• Pratik (5/5): Great location, but the building block need to sort out bathroom smell - The location is great , less than 10 mins walk to Vatican museum and 15 mins metro ride to city centre / colosseum The property has a bad smell from the bathroom. Almost unbearable at times if you close the bathroom window. The staff was unwelcoming and not friendly

• Nancy (8/5): Clean, comfortable and connected in Rome - Damiano was very kind and despite language issues, we were able to communicate everything in the end. Our flight was delayed, yet he was nice enough to wait for us and gave us very specific directions on how to arrive at the property from Termini train station. The neighborhood was a residential area without too many tourists, but enough restaurants and places to eat. There were also a couple of small supermarkets nearby and the metro stop was only a block and a half away. The property itself is exactly as advertised and very comfortable. There were enough separate spaces that my two teenage children and I were able to chill out and have some alone time after a day of touring around Rome. The bathroom and kitchen were both very clean and modern. The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some sounds from the other apartments, but this didn't disturb us too much. The elevator is small too (for 2 people), so one of us always had to walk up. Finally, there's a tourist tax that has to be paid directly to the accommodation owner. I did not know this, and I ended up paying an extra 54€ in cash for four nights.
• Aileen (9/5): Superb - Property was clean and close to Metro station . Just had a problem opening the door . Owner was helpful . Also will suggest to collect the visitor fees upon check in and not wait for the owner to come when checking out . Overall I recommend this place and will stay here again.
• Ana-maria (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and bright apartment, clean rooms, a lovely view! The kitchen is very well equipped with even a dishwasher. The owner left us coffee capsules, croissants and bread for breakfast.
