• Louise (5/5): Mauvaise représentation - Arrivée autonome Cet appartement est affiché comme ayant 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Dans les faits, il y a une salle de bain avec douche et une salle d’eau avec toilette seulement. En ce qui concerne les 3 chambres, deux sont pourvues de lits standards et l’autre d’un divan-lit. Bien que nous ayons réservé pour 3 adultes (dans des chambres séparées), l’hôte nous a demandé un supplément de 50 euros, en argent comptant payable sur place, pour nous fournir la literie de la 3e chambre. Les unités de climatisation ne fonctionnaient pas. Un point positif pour l’arrivée autonome qui fonctionne bien.

• Conny (8/5): Heerlijk schoon, ruim en leuk ingericht appartement, goede uitvalsbasis voor verblijf in Rome - Zeer schoon en rustige locatie Meer handdoeken beschikbaar in badkamer en keuken ontbrak een theedoek. Er werd 2 badkamers vermeld, maar er is er maar één (de tweede ruimte is alleen een toilet).

• Bairo93 (7/5): Appartamento per famiglie - 5/6 persone - Appartamento molto spazioso con 2 camere da letto molto grandi e una poco più piccola. Arredato bene e completo dei servizi descritti. Cucina moderna con tutto l'essenziale per poter cucinare. Acqua calda sempre. Accessibile autonomamente senza problemi, molto facile. Gli scarichi sono da controllare, l'acqua non scarica bene e spesso ci so ritrova ad aspettare per vuotare il lavabo o bidet o lavandino. Anche i rubinetti di cucina e doccia sono poco gestibili, probabilmente rotti. Appartamento abbastanza freddo, risolvibile con le pompe di calore (rischio scatto dei contatori salvavita). L'host è gentile ma moooolto insistente sul check out, appena arrivati subito mi ha chiesto a che ora lasciavamo l'appartamento per poi mandarmi un messaggio ogni giorno chiedendomi a che ora me ne sarei andato. Non si è mai presentata e ho dovuto lasciare la tassa di soggiorno sul tavolo in sala.

• Irena (10/5): Rewelacyjne mieszkanie na pobyt w Rzymie - Piękne mieszkanie w kamienicy. Przestronne z klimatyzacją, w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji, tuż za rogiem przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dojechać do samego centrum, kawałeczek dalej stacja metra. W okolicy sklepy i restauracje oraz kawiarnie. W mieszkaniu przepiękne starodawne meble. Z okna balkonowego kuchni widok na dziedziniec z fontanną, w której pływają kolorowe rybki i olbrzymią palmę. Ogromnym plusem jest starodawna winda. Na miejscu w mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba, czajnik, zmywarka, naczynia do gotowania i serwowania posiłków. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżka i rozkładana duża kanapa. Na podłogach przyjemny chłodny kamień. Łazienka i toaleta w świetnym stanie. Ekspres do kawy owszem był, ale nie mogliśmy znaleźć pasujących kapsułek.
• Mk (10/5): Classy and clean within a local, safe, and clean neighbourhood within walking distance of the centre - The spacious and sunny apartment is set back from the road overlooking two sunny yards which is super relaxing after a long day in always busy Rome. The kitchen and the bathroom facilities are brand new and provide lots of comfort. The interior is very classy and sophisticated. This is not your standard IKEA but a genuinely high quality, late 19th century styled apartment which blends very well into the victorian style of the building. The neighbourhood San Giovanni has plenty of shops, supermarkets, and cafes serving mainly locals with few tourists. That said, it's a super central residential area with a mainly white middle-class population. The neighbourhood is clean and the metro station Re di Roma is 6 mins down the road. The centre, is a 20 mins walk and the Colosseum is about 25 mins away with lots to see along the route. This apartment is definitely value for money. If you want to live like a classy Roman in a residential, safe, and clean neighbourhood at the cusp of the city centre yet quite, this is the place to be!
