• Stefano (9/5): - L'appartamento è confortevole e molto pulito. Tutto l'arredo è nuovo. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti su whatspp e ci è venuto incontro accompagnodoci all'appartamento. La carta vincente di questa struttura è la location, nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, poco distante dalla zona del murales di Maradona che è la più affollata. Nella struttura c'è un piccolo terrazzo che vi proietta nella quotidianità culturale degli abitanti del quartiere, che a mio avviso, vale tutto il viaggio! La sera è tutto molto sicuro, siamo stati fuori fino a tardi, rientrando a piedi senza alcun problema. La zona è circondata da spritzerie, piccoli mini-market, pizzerie, trattorie etc etc. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla centralissima via Toledo ed a 10 dalla metro. Tornerò sicuramente ad alloggiare qui nel mio prossimo viaggio a Napoli.
• Alfons Michael (10/5): Wir hatten ein tolles Zeit. - Besonders liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Mitten im spanischen Viertel, Restaurants, Bars und Nightlife nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und trotzdem total ruhig. Dass unser Aufenthalt nach 10 Tagen vorbei war.
• Maurizio (7/5): Leuke verblijf - Perfect locatie en zeer goede gastheer. Het huis is een goede slaapplaats. De douche is aan vernieuwing toe. Slechte silicone wat een onhygiënisch gevoel geeft en de regendouche werkt niet. Afzuiging keuken maakt lawaai al hebben we deze niet gebruikt. Als dit aangepast wordt, dan is deze woning zeker een aanrader.

• Giampaolo (10/5): Alloggio da noi super consigliato in una zona centrale - La struttura è ampia e arredata con gusto nel minimo dettaglio. Pulita e accogliente. Vincenzo ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità dandoci degli ottimi consigli per visitare la città
• Aidan (10/5): I will 100% stay here again next time I’m in Naples - We had an amazing stay and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is spacious and the area of town is really cool and walking distance from lots of attractions and restaurants!
• Luca (9/5): Napoli è bellissima e Capri è una meraviglia! - L'appartamento è carino e dotato di tutti i principali comfort per un soggiorno di 2 giorni in 4 persone più una cagnolina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'insonorizzazione (veramente non si sentiva quasi niente e in un quartiere come i quartieri spagnoli e alcune recensioni che ho visto su altri appartamenti della zona credo sia un grande plus) e la posizione (si raggiungevano a piedi via Toledo, piazza del Plebiscito, il lungomare etc nei minuti indicati da GoogleMaps). Ci sono 3 televisori (abbiamo avuto modo di accenderne uno solo per pochi minuti perchè siamo sempre stati fuori a vivere la città). Molto apprezzato Vincenzo, il proprietario, e la sua disponibilità, flessibilità, affidabilità e i molti consigli che ci ha dato. Valuteremo di ritornarci sicuramente. Forse le camere sono un pò piccoline ma ripeto siamo stati benissimo in 4 persone e una cagnolina!

• Snezana (1/5): Very unpleasant experience - Only host The apartment is located in a rough neighborhood, quite far up the hill, which made access inconvenient. The air inside felt heavy and moldy, which was very uncomfortable and seemed unhealthy. There was also a noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately, opening the windows didn’t help, as scooters were running outside throughout the day, creating constant noise, pollution, and an overall dirty environment. Overall, this made the stay quite unpleasant.

• Tanja (10/5): We loved the huge apartment, and we will defo come again! - The apartment was absolutely amazing. We loved the area and the equipment. I can only highly recommend you to visit Vincenzo`s home!! The beds and kitchen were perfect and the apartment was completely new!

The apartment was great and just what we needed. The shower could've been a little better, the pressure was quite low but it was OK.

• Hadrien (8/5): Amazing place, very kind host - the situation is crazy on the good sense of the idea. Vincenzo cares about his guests, and it feels like family. some small equipments (shower, AC remote, coffee machine) need some repairs, but nothing bad
• Amanda (10/5): Great stay - The apartment is great :) It was very clean and spacious, I stayed for the weekend, but could see as a place that would also work for longer stays. The host Vincenzo was very friendly and responsive. The location is in a great area, near a lot of touristic sites, but still with a local feel. The wifi worked great. One thing to note is that this area is very hilly, so if you're coming by train, be prepare to go up :) I'd definitely stay again if back in Napoli 😊

• Dobromir (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is near Toledo, like 5 min. away. There was coffee, tea and some small things to eat which come in handy. Everything was pretty nice. Not really the owner's fault but mobile cell coverage is lacking. Thanks God the wifi was present. 🙂
