• Admir (5/5): Doci cemo opet kad nebude ona budala sto je kod voza - Naslov: Predivan kompleks – ali organizacija i osoblje ponegdje katastrofa Mi (2 sobe – dvokrevetna i trokrevetna) smo odsjeli u hotelu Pirg u Etno selu Stanišići kako bismo proslavili čak dva jubileja: našu 10. godišnjicu braka i 30. godišnjicu braka mojih svekra i svekrve. Sobe: Obje vrhunske – vrlo čiste, uredne, bez ikakvih zamjerki. Recepcija pri dolasku ljubazna i profesionalna. Restoran: Hrana i lokacija odlične, cijene potpuno korektne za ono što se dobije. Negativno: Nažalost, organizacija unaprijed potpuno je podbacila. Putem Booking.com-a sam mnogo ranije rezervisao jedan od najboljih stolova u restoranu s pogledom za 11.08. Na licu mjesta niko nije znao ništa o tome, niti ko je „Aleksandar“ koji mi je to pismeno potvrdio. Čak ni nakon što sam pokazao poruke, na recepciji nisu imali pojma – za ovako poseban povod to je bilo veoma razočaravajuće. Još gore iskustvo bilo je kod male vozićke pruge u selu. Na jednostavno pitanje o terminima polazaka, odgovorni radnik je reagovao ekstremno agresivno i neljubazno, udario bijesno iznutra po staklu i samo drsko uputio na neki papirni raspored. Takvo ponašanje je potpuno neprihvatljivo u kompleksu koji inače ima toliko toga lijepog i ugodnog da ponudi. Zaključak: Kompleks i hotel su prelijepi, hrana vrhunska – ali organizacija i pojedini radnici lako unište pozitivan ukupni utisak. Ovdje je hitno potrebna reakcija. Onaj radnik mora biti odmah otpušten i dobiti lopatu, da nauči šta je pravi rad

Old standard It is authentic, made to look like a fortress, I understand and there are no complaints about it. But non-working light bulbs, cabinet doors that do not close, damaged surfaces, a smell as if drunk people slept in this room, for 5 stars it is a disgrace. The radiator in the room did not work, I saw the heater in the hallway myself and brought it to the room, no one offered it, if I had not done so, we would have frozen. The bedspreads on the bed require urgent washing, they are covered in stains. Awful breakfast The cheese and sausage were sliced ​​yesterday, dry and cracked. It feels like they threw in what they didn't finish eating yesterday at the restaurant for breakfast. The juices are not natural, they are very chemical, you can't drink them. The tea from bags is the cheapest, you can't drink it. Other complaints There is no kettle, if you want to drink hot tea or coffee in the room, you won't be able to do it. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, it's all in one bottle outside the shower stall, this is a very bad and the cheapest solution

• Ashley (8/5): Relaxing and great for 2 nights - We booked here for our child’s birthday. We wanted a place with a pool that would keep us cool during the hot days. We were upgraded to a suite, which was large and comfortable. We liked having restaurants, activities and comfortable accommodation all in one. Restaurant staff were especially kind. We had fun at the spa on one of our days and the water temperature was very comfortable. The wifi didn’t reach all of our room and would cut out all the time. The part of the hotel we were in did not have an elevator from ground to first floor - so was a little awkward getting luggage to room. It would be great if the spa was included in the price of the room.

• Alenka (8/5): Interesting stay and beautiful surroundings - The Etno vas is an interesting project, and we liked the idea of medieval buildings. The surroundings are beautifully maintained and offer everything, attractions for children, athletes, families... We really liked the fact that pets are allowed for free. That is definitely a big plus! The room was clean, the only annoyance was that despite booking for three people, the child's sofa bed was not made. The comfort of the beds is average. However, the hotel as an attraction certainly deserves 5 stars! Dinner at the restaurant was amazing and the staff is nice. Prices are a bit high for this area. But worth it. The breakfast was quite below average compared to similar accommodations. There was no coffee available, and we had to look everywhere for waiters, who were on cigarette breaks. Instead of milk, there was really thin yogurt, and when they finally brought coffee, everyone poured it in, thinking it was milk. The bananas were rotten and the selection was quite poor. Not in terms of quantity, but the variety offered. The receptionists were average and did not inform us about the amenities available. Check-in was like: there's your room, you also have an elevator. Have a nice stay. The receptionists at the breakfast area were on their phones, and we stood waiting to be told where breakfast was. Also, there was not enough informational material in the room. We were also bothered by the lack of outlets by the bed for charging phones and that in the bathroom there was only a 3-in-1 shampoo and a tooth washing set available. Shower head was broken, toilet seat was smaller compared to a toilet itself and the bathroom could use renovation. For a 5-star hotel, a bit more effort could have been made.
