• Dzung (10/5): Comfortable, enjoyable stay in Florence. - The location was very convenient, close to everything: Piazza del Duomo, Accademia Gallery, train and tram stations, restaurants. The host provides other little conveniences such as a small kitchenette, coffee/tea machines, mini fridge, etc. One small inconvenience was how the bathtub shower is set up with just a small glass panel as a shield instead of a shower curtain or glass door covering the entire bathtub. The big problem is the glass panel is too small to keep the water from splashing out onto the floor which makes showering an uneasy experience; at least another foot longer would be better.

It’s in the heart of Florence, 2 steps from the Duomo, but our room was also super quiet as it was not facing the street. Molto utile e funzionale l'angolo cottura a cui non manca nulla persino una sufficiente dotazione di caffè, zucchero, sale, pepe, olio ed aceto. Alloggio situato in zona centralissima che consente di raggiungere a piedi tutti i più importanti siti storici e culturali fiorentini. Tutto eccellente.

L’alloggio con bagno è piccolo ma confortevole, molto caldo e dotato di tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. La posizione è eccezionale, a pochi passi dal Duomo e dall’Accademia, ideale per visitare Firenze comodamente a piedi. Il gestore, Fabrizio, è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per chi cerca una sistemazione pratica, accogliente e in pieno centro. Va bene così

The room itself is cozy, practical and eveything looks quite new. No issues at all. Nothing to complain.

• Philip (9/5): Cosy, central apartment. Charming host. - Excellent location. Within five minutes' walk of the Duomo and most of the attractions of central Firenze (the image is the view from the front door). The apartment is small, but clean, and contains just enough kitchen equipment for a short stay. We stayed in November, and the heating was fine. Despite the central location, our room was very quiet. Fabrizio met us at the property and was a perfect host. A particular bonus is that the Academia is 3 minutes away, so if you buy an advanced ticket for the opening time (08:15) you can be in before the crowds. Similarly for many other attractions -- including the EXCELLENT Beato Angelico exhibitions, which are running until 25 Jan 2026. Nothing. Even the coffee maker is much better than the usual one you find in Italy. It is stainless steel and (for me at least) did not leave a metallic taste.

• Sonia Aparecida (10/5): Estadia superou o esperado! - A localização era ótima, próxima às principais atrações de Florença. O espaço muito confortável com recursos extras, como a pequena cozinha que permitiu a realização de café da manhã e refeições simples. Gostamos muitíssimo da acomodação.

• Solovieva (10/5): Удобно расположенная и практично оборудованная квартира - Апартаменты расположены в самом центре города: всего 3 минуты пешком до Галереи Академия, 5 минут до трамвая в аэропорт и примерно столько же — до площади Дуомо. Отличное место для прогулок и осмотра достопримечательностей. В округе есть несколько супермаркетов, а также магазинчики с изделиями из кожи. Квартира небольшая, но очень удобно обустроена. Кровать комфортная, ванная комната чистая и современная. Особенно понравилась кухня — в ней есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды: чайник, электроплитка на две конфорки, микроволновка, сковородка, кастрюли, посуда и даже мелочи вроде прихваток, салфеток и бумажных полотенец. Хозяин — очень доброжелательный, встречает гостей лично. Если нужно что-то сделать в комнате (например, вынести мусор или поменять полотенца), достаточно написать хозяину — он быстро организует уборку. Отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет чувствовать себя как дома в центре города!

Nice bed, nice decor, sheets and pillows were great. Small kitchen with coffee and toddies, they leave you a couple bottle of water and a set of keys. A/C Maybe the shower, since it was a bit cold and bathroom is very big, it is a bathtub shower with almost no glass door or curtain so it can be a little nippy. No room cleaning.

Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps - Super appart'hôtel situé tout près du Duomo, dans un petit immeuble très calme et doté de tout ce qu'il faut pour qui désire y cuisiner. Deux mini market à proximité. Notre hôte, d'une extrême gentillesse, n'hésite pas à répondre à vos questions. Nous avons été ravis de faire sa connaissance. Tout était parfait. Notre séjour a été fort agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et surtout son emplacement au calme et qui permet de visiter tout le centre de Florence à pied.

• James (10/5): 10/10 - Incredible location! Can see the Duomo as you step out the front door. We walked there from the train station, but should have used the Metro. Did not need a car at all. The room was gorgeous and well appointed. I did think that a suite was multiple rooms, but in this case it was a bedroom with small kitchenette and bathroom. There was a queen bed and a single bed, so everything worked out.

Very convenient and walking distance to everything. You can even see the duomo from outside the hotel. A lot of restaurants around the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is also good size. The bed was comfortable and there was also a bonus bed. Fabrizio was very helpful and attentive right from the beginning. None.
