• Amin (1/5): - I faced a very disappointing situation during my stay at the hotel. I left my AirPods in the room, and according to the location tracking, they still appear to be at the hotel premises. I contacted the hotel immediately, and initially I was informed that they would investigate the matter and find a solution. However, despite my follow-up messages, I have not received any further response, nor has any refund or resolution been offered. This is the first time I have experienced a situation where a personal belonging may have been taken from my hotel room, while the hotel administration appears unwilling to properly address or resolve the issue. I find the lack of communication and support extremely disappointing. Please find below the communication I had with the hotel regarding this matter.

• Hasbani (5/5): - the breakfast was good and rooms are nice and clean, price to vlaue it's nice i booked on bookin.com and the price was 860 riyals, but when we got over there for checkin they made me pay 1090 riyals. i asked why? they told that the price on booking was excluding taxes. when we went to get to the breakfast buffet at the first day, the waiters told us that our room was only allowed for one person for breakfast although this was not mentioned on booking.com and on checkin

• AHMED KHAIRY (5/5): - الفريق محترم والمكان مميز المسبح بارد جدا ورغم انه خارجي ومفتوح لكن لايوجد اي حل للتدفئة و اعتقد أن الإدارة تلقت شكاوي من جميع النزلاء ولاكن بدون اي رد من طرفهم، المراتب قاسية جدااااااااا تكسر الظهر ولايوجد لاباد عليها.
