دكتورة هانيا (1/5): - انا حجزت المكان على أنه private room with private bathroom and private kitchen. و لما روحت لقيت انها شقة فيها shared room من غير private bathroom و private kitchen و العفش مش زى اللي في الصور. و لقيت كمان ان صاحب الشقة رجل مقيم في غرفة و عارف من معلومات الحجز اني بنت جايه و لم يتصل بي يفهمني الوضع. و لما روحت هناك و شوفت الوضع دا لم أقم في هذا المكان و لا ليلة و مشيت.انا اطالب ب full refund
