• graham (1/5): Absolutely crap and unprofessional - Couldn’t find the property Couldn’t find the place, no contact number available, travelled all the way to said location only for them to say it doesn’t exsist anymore, so they cancelled my booking last minute, still haven’t been refunded for the “stay”
• Tiana (1/5): - - Cancelled my booking 2 hours prior to check in time. From other reviews appears to have happened to multiple people before me. Had to spend significant amounts more to find last minute accomodation due to it being F1 weekend.
• Le (9/5): - Awesome clean pool and spa. Views will have you pulling out your camera at all hours of the day. Take stills and video. I had to wait over 30 mins to get in. Combination of my late booking, I changed my arrival time as I was playing poker tournament at Crown and manager leasing with housekeeping. Took a few phone calls but we got there in the end. It was well worth the stay. Great management - they don't allow big party bookings and follow it up.

• Jennifer (6/5): I enjoyed my stay, it was very convenient, but the place needs some work. - The city views were amazing. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, it was especially cool when the midnight fire displays happened over the river. The bed was super comfy, great location. I was looking forward to having a spa bath, but I don't know where it was. The upstairs living room /balcony area was pretty rough, unfinished. I didn't realise I was booking a shared apartment, and there was no lock on my door.
• Dianne (5/5): New listing - Comfy bed,nice bathroom. Lap Pool though small was adequate for 1 swimmer doing laps. I was allowed 1pm check in included,though it wasn't ready when I arrived. I wasn't aware it was a shared accommodation, ,the ad is ambiguous. Being a new listing i thought it was a cheap introductory price . Another couple arrived to my surprise, they had the upstairs.There is a lock for the room (with ensuite &robe)but it didnt work so no security. Balcony door off bedroom didn't open(needs maintenance)There isn't a coffee machine as advertised only instant. No tv(was on the main living room balcony floor unplugged) which though unusual wasn't on inclusions. No hair-dryer which was on list. 2 jets not working on Spa bath. The kitchen,dining&lounge are shared. No written guides to how appliances work, what level pool&gym, rubbish disposal(though add says to remove). Can hear trains at night. Verbal communication face to face limited. Was new listing so some improvements needed.
• Jo (6/5): Own room in shared space, fantastic location, great price. - Great location, great view The accommodation is a room in a shared apartment space. We had our own bathroom and a locked door. It wasn’t clear when we booked but for the price it was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t see any of the other guests.
