• María Belén (9/5): Departamento espacioso en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo - Departamento muy amplio en una zona muy tranquila de Trastevere, con muchos restaurantes y calles pintorescas cerca, pero sin el ruido del centro. El checkin fue realizado sin problemas. Las camas estaban bien. Había algunos insectos de humedad.
• KYRIAKOULA (9/5): - Location was excellent and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The communication was a bit difficult as they answered only in Italian. We had asked for an earlier check-in, but we were informed that it wouldn't be feasible at the last minute. However, I do believe that the staff's intentions were good, so I would recommend it in general.

Grazie Roma, grazie Trasteve - Essenziale ben curata, pulita, vicina a diverse fermate di mezzi pubblici per raggiungere diversi luoghi turistici. Un ringraziamento particolare a Christian per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la pazienza.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional stay and fantastic 5 days in Rome - This apartment is positioned co close to all that you want to see in Rome with short walk to Trevi fountain Vatican and Colosseum. This is vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We loved everything about it. It was amazing for our family.

• Adriana (10/5): Alojamiento de 10 - Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de una zona con buen ambiente para salir a cenar o tomar algo pero suficientemente lejos para que el ruido y la gente no te molesten para descansar. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario, además de ser súper bonito. Si volviéramos a Roma, volveríamos a elegir el mismo alojamiento sin duda.

• Russo (3/5): Mala comunicación - Ubicación, limpieza Frustrante, desorganizado y nada profesional Nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. Desde temprano (7:30 a. m.) intentamos coordinar un check-in anticipado y solo recibimos respuestas evasivas y contradictorias. Nos hicieron esperar horas con mensajes dispersos y sin compromiso real, para finalmente permitirnos ingresar recién a las 15:00 hs, el horario habitual de check-in. Si desde el principio hubiesen sido claros y nos hubieran dicho que el ingreso era a las 15 hs, nos habríamos organizado de otra manera y evitado perder el día entero esperando. En lugar de eso, nos mantuvieron pendientes, con supuestas “actualizaciones” cada hora que no aportaban nada concreto. La comunicación fue poco clara, condescendiente y totalmente desorganizada. El trato al cliente deja mucho que desear. Como si fuera poco, al día siguiente sonó una alarma dentro del departamento y tampoco respondieron de inmediato. No volveríamos. El alojamiento puede ser aceptable, pero el manejo fue torpe y estresante. No lo recomendamos.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment in an amazing location. You can easily walk to all the main attractions. The apartment had everything we needed and more.
• Fernanda (4/5): Good place, but be careful with the host! - Good location, good restaurants nearby and supermarket. By 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, I had not received any message with instructions for accessing the apartment, even though I had previously requested an early check-in at 2:00 PM, which had been acknowledged in a message via Booking ("if available, it was fine"). However, on the day of arrival, there was no confirmation or further communication, leaving us without clear guidance. The most unacceptable part of the stay was that the bathroom was clogged, and whenever we took a shower, the water would pool on the floor. I promptly sent a message to inform you of the issue, and although it was resolved quickly, the way it was handled was completely unacceptable: SOMEONE ENTERED THE APARTMENT WITHOUT OUR PRESENCE AND WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. This is a serious violation of our privacy and security. Once the apartment is rented, not even the property owner has the legal right to enter without the tenant’s explicit permission. We were extremely uncomfortable and felt unsafe knowing that someone entered the apartment, with all our belongings inside, without informing us and without our authorization. This behavior is completely inappropriate and undermines trust in both the host and the platform.
• Shah (10/5): Would recommend due to excellent location - Location was excellent - walking distance to many restaurants and bars and even the city centre. Hosts were great, helpful responding to any enquiries. The bathroom wasn’t spick and span, but it was good.
• Amorie (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment in Trastevere. Short walk to the restaurants. Spacious bedroom. Air-conditioning is fantastic especially in the summer heat. Easy to check in and out. Communication was great. There is a children's playground abouth 220 m (around the corner) from the apartment which is great if you are travelling with young kids. The tram station is also a short walk away. Easy to reach all the major attractions from here. You can even walk (about 2 km) and you are in the centre of Rome (Centro Storico). Can recommend staying here. Nothing
• Emre (7/5): Nice location, spacious flat which needs just little improvements and it will be perfect. - Not crazily touristic area. We really enjoyed our area a lot. Communication with the host before checkin was not great. Remember that this place is not a hotel or bnb. They are just real estate guys and have no idea about what can a tourist can expect from accommodation. Sofa in the living room was annoyingly uncomfortable. I strongly suggest our host to replace it. Flat was clean generally but in details it was very dusty. We moved TV desk and it was looking like it havent hoovered for couple of weeks.

• Antony (8/5): Very good - Property was spacious and clean in a great location. Only minutes away from restaurants, bars and cafes. Self check in was easy. Although there is no facility for storing luggage, there are options to store luggage a short walk from the property.

• Sreeram (10/5): Exceptional - The property exceeded our expectation, for the price it's a bargain. It's also in a very accessible location. I would totally recommend it to anyone. The number lock was badly designed, you might need a few tries to unlock the door. If you're not careful enough while opening the door, you might hurt your fingers.
• Ian (8/5): A lovely apartment, close to bus routes and cafes. - It was a lovely apartment - but wasted on me as I got there late in the evening and was on the move again early morning. It would make a nice base for a family holiday. Close to buses and easy to walk to the city and plenty of bars and cafes close by.

• Marie (9/5): Comfortable stay in a lovely area of Rome. Explore a few streets away for lovely restaurants and bars. - Very spacious for a couple. Very clean and very comfortable. Clear check in instructions and responsive host. No bottle opener!
• Marina (10/5): Nice place in a quiet area - This is an excellent place located in a quiet area, with good restaurants and a 20-minute walk from the center of Rome. It looks like the whole apartment went through a renovation recently. It is a clean place and decorated nicely; good-sized bedroom, open concept kitchen with a living room. The air-conditioner and wi-fi worked well. Mattia gave us some useful information about the good restaurants and museums. The sofa bed is a good size to sleep for a person but very firm. A matress pad would be good to have.
