• Isabelle (6/5): - L'emplacement à 2 pas de la via gran La literie déplorable,la cafetière inutilisable pas de verrou aux toilettes
• Sara (6/5): - La posizione è veramente ottima per poter girare a piedi la città. Casa grande e spaziosa con due bagni. La casa è a un terzo piano, senza ascensore con 3 rampe di scale, poco comode e assolutamente sconsigliate per persone grandi. La serratura della porta molto difettosa, molta fatica per trovare il modo per aprire la porta. Sulla via della casa ci sono una serie di bar che durante il week-end fanno chiasso fino a mattina presto. Inoltre casa non molto adatta alle famiglie con bambini piccoli perchè sulla via ci sono prostitute ( assolutamente innocue ma non molto consigliato per bambini) Letti scomodi e pulizia molto superficiale Non c'è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima o dopo il soggiorno

La primera impresión es muy buena, pero luego ves que aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente; ;ninguna de las dos cafeteras funciona; falta ropa de cama; menaje de cocina escaso; ni sal, ni azúcar ni nada, hay q comprar de todo para un fin de semana?

• Pierre-Michel (7/5): Endroit idéal pour découvrir Madrid sur 5 jours - Emplacement exceptionnel au beau milieu de tous les endroits à visiter, calme finalement la nuit même si une des chambres donnait sur la cage d’escalier La qualité médiocre de la literie Matelas vraiment à changer Un petit ravalement des peintures est à envisager Un nettoyage en profondeur (derrière les meubles, canapés etc..) s.impose même si le logement avait été bien nettoyé avant notre arrivée
• Martafxxb (7/5): Agradable para un finde - Está en pleno centro y es amplio para un grupo de amigas. Camas bastante cómodas y a pesar de que el apartamento es frío, la calefacción con los aires acondicionados es muy buena. No estaba muy limpio, faltaba papel higiénico, 4 rollos insuficiente para un grupo de 6 adultos. Un tercero sin ascensor.
• DAYANA (5/5): Excelente ubicación piso alto sin ascensor - La ubicación es a 1 calle de la gran vía 4 pisos de escaleras estrechas, el agua caliente es solo para duchas de 10- 15 min máximos y toca esperar 30 a 45 min para q vuelva a salir agua caliente, cuando son varias personas es algo incómodo, la llave se busca a unos 5 min de donde está ubicado el apartamento

• George (5/5): A bad rental apartment - Location is good No elevator!! Property is in 4th floor, though it says 3rd, but floor count starts at zero. It should be indicated on the ad that THERE’s NO ELEVATOR. It was really bad for seniors like us. The apartment has complete kitchen but we have to buy everything, including toilet papers. No coffee, soap and everything needed for a comfy stay. The address as provided by the owner don’t have street number, that even the taxi driver can not identify. He has to call the owner who said he is in a meeting. Have to wait 15 mins after someone showered, otherwise, no hot water. Worst of all, it’s very hard to open the door with the key provided !!!
• Dzikrullah (1/5): It is only suitable for young people, not for those with small children, let alone the elderly. - The location is quite strategic for those who love shopping. It is suitable for young guests but not ideal for families with small children. Moreover, it is highly unsuitable for those bringing luggage, as guests must climb several flights of stairs while carrying their suitcases because the apartment does not have an elevator.
