Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain so close! Great communication from the management team Only one toilet and shower but the excellent location makes up for it!

• Anonymous (10/5): A quiet, cool, roomy escape in the heart of Rome that gave the 5 of us plenty of space - It would be hard to beat the location; central Rome, safe and surrounded by grocery stores and good restaurants. There were 2 things we prized the most about the flat itself. First, it was exceptionally quiet. Secondly, we were able to get the rooms very cold at night. Both of these things were appreciated on a hot July visit to Rome. Having one bathroom was not ideal, but we knew that going in and wasn't a big deal if you planned appropriately. We had 5 people in our party.
• Brendon (10/5): Location, Location, Location - Fantastic location in the historic old town and close to everything. The apartment is large, tidy and well equipped with a welcoming home-like feel. We loved being able to hang washing on the outdoor line strung across the balcony. Communication with the host was excellent. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working on arrival due to an issue on the street, but the host promptly delivered a new modem, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend. One bathroom was manageable for our family of seven adults, and while the bedding setup worked, some may find it tight for nine adults if more than one person doesn’t want to share a bed. The late 4pm check in and early 10am check out are a bit restrictive.

• Dawn (10/5): Incredible host’s and excellent facilities ⭐️ - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This stay was incredible!! I can’t recommend them high enough. The communication with the hosts was fantastic, the house was clean, comfy and well equipped. The location was in a great area! They were available to us late at night when we needed assistance. Don’t look anywhere else in Rome this is the spot you should book!!!! Everything was Perfect !

Host was helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations. House was clean and tidy. Only 1 bathroom and toilet in such big apartment.
