Kevin Angongo for his excellent service🌟🌟🌟, Marise at the reception, Vivian at the restaurant, Dimitri at the pool/bar, Aristote and willy, Fortuné for his attendance and Gerard for the driving service I highly recommend this hotel for Business trip or vacation,

• Wakifuila (8/5): Plaisir partagé de séjourner chez vous ! Le sommeil reposant est réparateur. - La convivialité du Personnel quelque la zone où ils sont en activités. Des femmes et des hommes chaleureux et très hospitaliers. Le sourire rassure les visiteurs. Rien à signaler !

I love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton. There are too many bats on the premises, making it hard to work from the terrace or relax after a long day. The decoration has been the same over the last 6 years; a bit of redecoration to lift the mood will go a long way.

• Kalombo (5/5): Pas mal . - L’emplacement Nous étions à deux pas, mais il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes. Les femmes de ménage ne passent qu’à 14 h pour nettoyer les chambres. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il faudrait varier un peu : vous êtes trop limités dans vos propositions.
• Dirk (10/5): Best Place in Town. - Wunderbares Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Pool und Poolbar mit toller Musik bis 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet. Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr schönes Familienzimmer - zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür. Zimmer sind wirklich gross.

Chambre Deluxe avec vue sur l'océan Pas de peignoire ni de chausson pour un 4**** - Rody et son service à la piscine: pas très souriant mais professionnel et j'ai beaucoup aimé. Le cadre de la piscine agréable, les chauves-souris. en plein jour, trop mignon. Le lit était confortable. Le manque de produits dans les chambres pour un 4 **** L'ors de ma réservation j'ai fait la demande d'une navette à l'aéroport! Mais pas de navette à l'arrivée!!!! Le personnel, gentil, Oui! Mais pas professionnel. Sauf le soir de notre arrivée, la personne qui nous a reçu a facilité notre check-in, c'était cool après 11 H de vol. Manque de serviette dans la salle de sport! Faut aller demander à la piscine. Je prends des hôtels des 4 **** tout le temps et je m'attends à un service et du professionnalisme. Coupe de Champagne sans bulle, obligée de réclamer! Eh ben oui, la bouteille à été ouverte il ya 2 jours.
