• Kaja A (10/5): Really modern, clean and nice small apartment with green yard. - This apartment was small, but it had everything you need for life: a sitting area and a TV, a comfortable bed with beautiful bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower. Everything was beautiful, modern, new and clean. The very green courtyard area behind the balcony window was especially beautiful. The beach is within walking distance. The courtyard area also has its own swimming pool. Free secure parking. That I had too little time to spend in that apartment.

• Anita (10/5): - Nagyon hangulatos, jól felszerelt lakás. Kedves és segítőkész tulajdonos és házi néni. Mindenben a segítségünkre voltak. Külön köszönjük az üdvözlő italokat. Biztosan visszatérünk. Kicsit zajosak voltak a szomszédok. Ok is csak vendégek voltak. Talán Vékonyak a falak. De ez nem a szállás hibája.

De host was behulpzaam en zij heeft haar best gedaan om alles zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen Niet alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig en de host kon weinig Engels waarbij de communicatie moeizaam is verlopen. Het bed is echt te klein voor 2 personen.
• Iria (10/5): Excelente - Ha sido increíble todo, la limpieza ha estado estupenda, todo muy completo y el alojamiento muy renovado y útil. Muy buen almenaje de cocina, toallas, toallas de piscina, lavadora, lavavajillas, secador… La cama y las almohadas para nuestro gusto han sido increibles. La chica super agradable, cercana y se ha preocupado por todo. La piscina es muy grande con varias profundidades y con muchas amacas y sombrillas. No tengo nada malo que decir. La urbanizacion muy tranquila y Puerto Banus y la playa al lado. El parking privado muy seguro y espacioso. Todo excelente. Volveremos!

Very clean, working air conditioning, wifi and smart tv! Good pool and sun lounge facilities. Apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. Host is very friendly, and only a call away if you need anything at all. Nothing was too much for her.

We found the place tricky to find but we called the host and she sent us a dropped pin and then met us to give us the key and showed us where everything is. The space has everything you need including use of toiletries and suncream, a safe, beach towels and it was absolutely spotless. The access to the pool was great and the walk to puerto banus marina was 20 mins. Would definitely stay again I found the bed and pillows a little uncomfy and to no fault of the hosts the walls are thin and we had some noisy neighbours

• Ruud (10/5): Fantastic with a superhost! - Best accommodation we ever had in the region. Very modern and new with excellent beds, Nice clean Kitchen and a little terrace. Janice (the host) was available al the time and very helpfull with everything. The landscaping workers were mowing and blowing leaves for hours in the morning. That caused a lot of noise!
• Sinead (10/5): Beautiful place, nice and quiet, lovely owner she was an amazing gave us a lift to the strip and to the airport, anythin - We loved everything about this property it is very modern and has a lot of facilities that are provided, we literally felt like we was at home as it was such a comfortable place to stay. Very clean and fresh, everything you need is in this property and beach towels and wash towels were also provided and all cleaning products. Nothing bad to say about this property

Located a few minutes drive away (15 minute walk) from Marbella arena which we were going to that night. Pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The apartment itself really clean and spacious with lovely decor. Restaurants and bars in Puerto Banus within walking distance. Host was really friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. nothing.

• Vanessa (10/5): Little Gem - Absolutely beautiful apartment, which was immaculately clean with modern decor - perfect for our 3 nights with peaceful surroundings and lovely pool area. Our host, Janice was exceptional. She gave us all local information on where to go and good places to eat. She even offered us her own taxi service, she also had bikes for hire. We highly recommend a visit here. There was nothing we didnt like! We loved this little apartment, it met all our expectations. Great location - beach front was a 10 minute walk away. A further 20 minute walk along the seafront takes you straight into Puerto Banus.

To top things off the host was super friendly and facilitated early check in which we really appreciated and her dog ‘beauty’ was the stand out star of the show. • Dean (10/5): All in all it was a fantastic apartment and surroundings with a 15 mins walk along the beachfront to Puerto Banus. Owne - The studio apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, it was a ground floor apartment with views of the gardens and pool from the terrace with great air conditioning. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including a washing machine, clean bathroom/pool towels and there is a mini market with a fresh bakery/coffee shop at the petrol station next door to the apartment. Although we knew it was a studio apartment the only thing that we would say is the sliding door to the bathroom didn’t fully close so there were gaps on either side so when you’re sat on the toilet you can see out into the living area so not very private/discreet when you’re in company so maybe a small partition between the bathroom door and the bed/living area would give you a lot more privacy when using the bathroom and only one other negative as a British couple whilst we were there was no English TV channels at all but we did feed this back to the owner (Yanis) who promised she would sort this out for her future bookings as she has a lot of English customers.

• Lyn (9/5): Great will definitely be back. - Met the host Yanis (Janice) on arrival - we were early but our room was ready. Yanis was lovely and explained everything to us and also visited us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The studio was spotless, well designed and everything was there that was needed. Yes it was smallish but we knew that by the photos and plenty big enough for a couple plus far larger than a hotel room. Plenty of hangers! Hairdryer and towels provided. The pool area was lovely and the grounds were well kept. It felt very safe and secure. It was very close to the beach and a couple of bars. Puerto Banus was about 15-20 minute stroll one way and San Pedro a bit further the opposite direction. There was a taxi rank about 3 minutes away from the back entrance to the complex. There was a garage right next door for fresh bread, water and snacks and a Carrefour Supermarket about 25-30 minutes walk away. We had already booked airport transfers in advance however Yanis also provides this service. I suppose if I had to fault anything, I would have preferred a proper door on the bathroom rather than the sliding door for privacy.

• Patricia (9/5): Superb - The Studio is beautiful, brand new with a new kitchen, bathroom, and a very thoughtful host who explained everything to us. The studio is located in a large but very quite U-shaped complex with a stuning old and very well-kept tropical garden. We had an amazing and quiet view from our terrace into the garden, and further on the side was a large pool. The accommodation is just 5 minutes down the street to Mistral Beach and a comfortable walk along the beach to Puerta Banus. It's great for a couples stay away. One small thing, the bed was good but very narrow 140×200. Ok, but hard for two people to actually get some sleep.

• Sophie (10/5): 10/10, will definitely stay at this property again. - Couldn’t be happier with this accomodation! We were greeted on arrival and shown personally to our room and around the property. The location was superb with parking included and a back entrance / exit leading straight to the beach and Puerto Banus within walking distance. The property itself had a lovely pool and sun beds and the room was large and modern with everything we needed including a full sized fridge with freezer, washing machine and large bathroom. It was spacious with a small wardrobe and living room area, the photos don’t do the place justice! The host went above and beyond for us when I told her it was my partners birthday decorating the room with balloons etc and champagne and cake on arrival. Nothing
