Die Zimmer haben direkt auf eine Wand gezeigt, und da es ziemlich warm war, mussten wir nachts das Fenster auf lassen, was nicht sehr angenehm war! Die duschen waren sehr einfach und eine Klimaanlage gab es auch nichts. Auf jeden Fall nicht im Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmerkarte durften wir abends nicht mitnehmen und als wir zurück kamen, gab man uns eine andere Zimmerkarte, was ist der vertrauenswürdig?

(Минус 100) Причина — сотрудник по имени Yusuf Altintash, чьё поведение полностью испортило наш отдых. Он вёл себя грубо и неуважительно, позволял себе резкие и некорректные высказывания и не пытался помочь в решении возникающих вопросов. Такое отношение к гостям недопустимо и не соответствует базовым стандартам сервиса. В результате наше впечатление об отеле оказалось крайне негативным. Я не могу рекомендовать этот отель, пока руководство не примет меры и не обеспечит надлежащий уровень обслуживания. Никому не советую данный отель. 🇬🇧 English If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would rate this stay −100 (Minus 100). The main reason is a staff member named Yusuf Altintash, whose behavior completely ruined our holiday. He was rude and disrespectful, made inappropriate remarks, and showed no willingness to assist with issues. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and does not meet even basic hospitality standards. As a result, our overall impression of the hotel is extremely negative. I cannot recommend this property unless management takes action and ensures proper service standards.

- Peny (1/5): - Είχα κάνει κράτηση 2 μήνες πριν και μόλις φτάσαμε έλεγαν δεν είχανε δωμάτιο να μας δώσουν ενώ έχει πληρωθεί κι ολας , μας έλεγαν κάθε μέρα να αλλάζουμε δωμάτιο και διαφορετικά ξενοδοχεία , να προσπαθούμε να βγάλουμε άκρη με αυτόν τον μάνατζερ και ενώ μιλούσαμε σοβαρά αυτός να γελάει λες και ήταν αστείο που μας αφήσανε στον δρόμο . Α π α ρ α δ ε κ τ ο ι !!!
- Calin Marius (2/5): Total dezamagitor acest hotel! Nu o sa mai revin acolo in aceasta viata! Nu recomand! - Locatia este excelenta, fiind foarte aproape de piata Taksim si acces la metrou. Camera nu era pregatita la ora de check-inn. A trebuit sa mai asteptam o ora sa putem intra. Ne-a fost solicitata o garantie de 50 euro pentru eventuale daune/furturi!!! Au dat vina pe Booking.com cum ca trebuia sa ne anunte despre aceasta garantie. Absolut ireala aceasta afirmatie! Incredibil asa ceva!

- Demirel (5/5): Nette Mitarbeiter, die im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten sehr hilfsbereit waren - Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Es gab kaum Auswahl und war zum Teil nicht frisch. Wir haben es nach zwei Tagen bevorzugt draußen zu Frühstücken. Die Reinigung hätte besser sein können. Wir sind mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist. Es war Oberflächlich gereinigt, aber die Leisten und Möbel waren verdreckt. Der Parkettboden war voller Brandlöcher und der Raum hatte bedingt durch die alten Abflussrohre einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Abbiamo fatto il check-out 15 minuti dopo il check in e abbiamo cercato un altro alloggio. Una volta rientrati in Italia abbiamo chiesto il rimborso della somma tramite booking e la struttura non risponde nemmeno a loro. Non veniteci. ENG: Everything. Room we were given was far different than the one we booked. checked out after 15 minutes after checking in and found another accomodation. Once came back to Italy we asked for a refund via booking and they're not responding even to booking. Don't come here.

- Mariam (9/5): Hôtel très bien situé et personnel agréable - Cet hôtel est très bien situé (à côté de la Place Taksim). On s'y sent en sécurité. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mortadha à l'accueil qui a été très serviable, aimable et souriant tout au long du séjour. De même que le personnel en cuisine lors du petit déjeuner était très agréable notamment le jeune garçon. La chambre était bien. Je recommande car avec Mortadha on ne peut qu'être bien accueilli. Les marches de l'escalier avant de rentrer dans l'hôtel sont assez hautes mais à part ça je n'ai rien à signaler

- Kami (4/5): Good for a short stay thanks to its central location, but issues with noise, layout, and ventilation - It’s okay for a short stay, especially given its proximity to Taksim Square. The reception staff were mostly friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The room had no view, which was disappointing. The stovetop was quite old and difficult to use, as it wasn’t clear how to adjust the heat. The flat appears to have been reconfigured, with an emergency exit passing through it, resulting in unusually narrow walls. It also felt odd that parts of it were built over parquet flooring. Noise was a major issue: whenever someone used the emergency exit—often to go outside to smoke—it sounded as if they were walking inside the room. The door was particularly disruptive, as opening or closing it caused loud vibrations, almost like a small earthquake. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom lacks proper ventilation—a fan is definitely needed.

- CHAIDEFTOS (10/5): Διαμονή 5 ημερών - Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσουν , μιλούσαν Αγγλικά . Το ξενοδοχείο σε καλή τοποθεσία, 5-10 λεπτά από στάση μετρό , δίπλα έχει μίνι μάρκετ και μανάβικο . Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό όχι άριστο αλλά ικανοποιητικό. Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο είχε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά , από υπόνομο . Θα μπορούσαν να αλλάζουν τις σακούλες σκουπιδιών και τουαλέτας αν όχι κάθε μέρα τουλάχιστον κάθε 2 ημέρες . Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μεταξύ 2 μπαρ/κλαμπ που σημαίνει το βράδυ είχε θόρυβο από μουσική (φυσικά δεν ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο για αυτό ) , επίσης για να πας στην πλατεία Ταξιμ θέλει να ανέβεις μια τεράστια ανηφόρα .

- gar (8/5): - Ήταν πολύ κοντά στην Πλατεία ταξιμ και σε όλα τα μέσα συγκοινωνίας τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και κάθε μέρα είχαν και κάτι διαφορετικό. Για 6 μέρες έπρεπε να έχουν στείλει να καθαρίσουν τα δωμάτια και το χαρτί υγείας μας το έδιναν με το σταγονόμετρο
- Adna (2/5): BAD! - The staff is the only good thing about this hotel. I stayed at this hotel last year and had such a good experience that we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time everything was twice as expensive while the quality was much worse. It felt like the management had changed — everything from cleanliness to breakfast was very disappointing for such a high price. We were first given a small ground-floor room with a window facing a wall, and the third person had to sleep on an armchair, which was not suitable at all. The room was dirty and worn out. Everything was broken, even the elevator did not worked the last day. Walls are so thin you can hear all of the voices. The second room was on the first floor had a view of what looked like a garbage area. There was barely any toilet paper at first, and although the kitchen had dishes, there was no sponge or detergent (the staff kindly provided it when I asked, but said it’s not normally included). Breakfast was very poor — not even eggs on the first morning, and the coffee machine was replaced with instant coffee. One staff member in the kitchen was also quite rude. The only positive thing was the very kind and helpful reception staff. Overall, it is not worth the money.

Стаите се нуждаят от освежаване, а нивото на почистване следва да бъде подобрено и контрола при смяна на чаршавите. Използват нафталин или подобни силни ароматизатори в санитарните помещения, които са много тежко за вдишване и неприятни. През вечерта се чува музика от дискотеките/баровете, които са на близо. Малко трудно се отключва врата на тоалетната на нивото на кухнята.

- Ungernes_far (6/5): Fin størrelse lejlighed, som ligger rigtigt centralt, dog i meget kuperet terræn. - Beliggenheden i forhold til centrum er ganske fin. Man skal dog være beredt på, at blive uddannet bjergged, da hele området er virkelig kuperet, med mange, lange og stejle bakker. Nogen steder med trapper, som ikke er ens i trinene, men nemmere at gå på, end vejen. Men små ti minutters gang, så står du på Taksim Square. Der er fra denne lejlighed, nummer 501, kig til Bosperus Strædet. Fin størrelse lejlighed, og hvis man er ligeglad med hygiejne og andre ting, så er den perfekt til prisen. Morgenmaden står beskrevet som værende kontinental - DET VAR DEN IKKE!!! Det var en meget ringe morgenmadsbuffet, som efterlod meget til fantasien, for den bestod totalt af mindre end 20 enheder, hvoraf de fleste af dem var en feta i tern fra dåse, og en ost, skåret i stænger, revet og i tern - alle samme type ost, tomatskiver og agurkskiver, stegemargarine (Ingen smør, selv om jeg spurgte efter det!!!) en lemon saftevand og en frugtjuice. Dertil en type lyst brød skåret i store humpler - ikke skiver, og nogle meget selvdøde, lunkne pommes frites. Børnene levede af kirsebær syltetøj og chokoladecreme (lokalt mærke, var ok) og peanut butter. Hvis man var hurtig, kunne man nå at få et hårdkogt æg. Der blev sjældent fyldt op på fadene, så det meste stod tomt mit, også selv om vi sagde det til personalet, som bestod af en ung, meget usoigneret mand, som lignede en der hellere ville ryge videre, end at lave noget, samt rengøringskonen. Med hensyn til lejligheden, så havde den en rigtig fin størrelse, MEN vi ankom søndag, og IKKE EN ENESTE GANG har rengøringen været forbi, enten for at skifte et håndklæde eller tømme en skraldespand - ikke engang spanden på toilettet til brugt toiletpapir. Hele lejligheden var også beskidt ved ankomst, og køkkenet havde ikke været gjort rent fra sidste gæst til vi kom!! Hele lejligheden var støvet og så ud som om den kun var blevet fejet. Man skal være forberedt på en del støj, også i de sene aften- og nattetimer, da der i naboejendommen er en natklub, som godt kan lide bas på musikken - meget bas!!! Støjen i dagtimerne kommer i form af en summen fra et aircondition anlæg i nabobygning (ca 2,5 meter væk!!) for udluftningen fra denne, står lige i højde med lejligheden.

- Samia (5/5): The worst hotel i’ve been to - I liked that it’s near Taksim Square. There is a market next to the hotel I booked for 5 adults and then 2 adults couldn’t make it because of the war in the middle east region, the hotel didn’t accept to change me the room to a smaller one or even pay me the difference which made them so disrespectful and not understanding. For the price i paid, the hotel isn’t clean at all. Tea bag in the kettle were inside from other visitors, i asked more than once for toilet papers because we have 2 bathrooms in the apartment and i only got one then i said i want more and they gave me only another one and everytime i ask they are surprised. The baby crib doesn’t even have a mattress in it so i didn’t use it for my daughter and lastly the sound of mosques every two hours is so loud. And to get to Taksim you need to climb a hill. No facilities in the room as napkin, toilet paper, shower gel there’s literally nothing. So disappointed and angry
- Anastasia (5/5): - I stayed at this hotel for five nights in March 2026. Unfortunately, the photos posted on Booking do not match the reality. The hotel is very old and generally poorly maintained. There is mold in the bathroom, the floor is old and worn, and the kitchen utensils were sticky and greasy. The kettle in the kitchen is full of limescale. The breakfast was very poor with very limited options. The staff was friendly, but that unfortunately does not improve the condition of the hotel. The price-quality ratio is very poor and, in my opinion, it is not worth the money. Overall, I left very disappointed.
- JOSE FERNANDO (9/5): Lo mejor fue el trato del personal del hotel, especialmente Mortafa - El personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Sobre todo Mortafa fue muy amable. El personal del desayuno también fue muy amable y nos atendió muy bien. También nos ayudó un chico con el pelo largo que nos montó el sofá cama y nos daba lo que necesitábamos. El acceso al hotel podría mejorar. No hay rampa ni ascensor y es difícil subir y peligroso cuando llueve. Algunos escalones resbalan y era difícil subir y bajar el carrito del bebé.

Le foto pubblicate su Booking non corrispondono affatto alla realtà: la struttura appare molto più curata online di quanto non sia effettivamente dal vivo. L’intero edificio avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante. In camera ho trovato diversi segni di degrado: alcuni battiscopa erano staccati o addirittura cadevano, dando un’impressione generale di scarsa manutenzione. Illuminazione da cimitero. Anche il bagno presentava problemi evidenti: gli scarichi della doccia e del lavandino erano otturati e l’acqua defluiva molto lentamente, creando disagio durante l’utilizzo. La cucina era poco fornita e mancavano diversi utensili di base, rendendo difficile anche preparare qualcosa di semplice. Un altro grande problema è stato Internet: praticamente non prendeva bene. La colazione era estremamente povera, con pochissima scelta e prodotti di qualità discutibile. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, la pulizia generale lasciava molto a desiderare, in 4 giorni non sono mai passati a pulire la camera Nel complesso, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative create dall’annuncio. Spero che la struttura possa migliorare questi aspetti, perché allo stato attuale il rapporto tra quanto promesso e quanto offerto è davvero molto distante.

- Sofia (3/5): - Δυστυχώς είχαμε πολυ κακή εμπειρία. Το δωμάτιο ήτανε πολυ βρώμικο και οι καθαριστριες δε μπήκανε ούτε μια μέρα για να το καθαρισουνε και αναγκαστηκαμε να το κάνουμε μόνοι μας. Όταν είπαμε στον υπάλληλο της υποδοχής να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο μας είπε οτι ηταν το καλύτερο δωμάτιο και άμα βλέπαμε τα αλλα θα φεύγαμε. Στα ίδια χρήματα βρίσκεις πολυ Καλύτερα.

- Anissa (1/5): très Deçevant - rien Présenter comme un hôtel familial l’accès en poussette y est impossible beaucoup d’escalier à monter pour arriver à l’hôtel + vis à vis sur une boîte de nuit et évidemment fenêtre non insonorisée. L’équipement est en mauvaise état prise arracher, micro onde cassé, frigo rouillé sur la porte, aucune luminosité une seule mini fenêtre cacher entre les murs + le plafond est peint en noir ce qui fait encore moins de lumière+ manque d’hygiène donc bébé ne peut pas se permettre de bouger. Pas de lit bébé à disposition, pas netflix comme écris, pas de four, salle de bain oppressante et à refaire, personnel de mauvaise foi quand on demande le lit bébé qui était soit disant ok le matin même de l’arrivée on nous répond limite de faire dormir le bébé par terre avec de quoi le couvrir le temps de trouver une solution alors qu’il n’y a finalement pas de lit bébé donc il n’y aura jamais de solution. Je ne suis évidemment pas rester jusqu’à la fin de mon séjour on y est vraiment pas alaise j’ai du changer d’hôtel mais avec 0 remboursement de leurs part des 3 dernières nuits restantes sur 5.

BOOKING.COM HAS NIT RESPONDED TO KY MESAGAES AND THE GOTEL REFUSES TO HELP. I WILL BE TAKOMG LEGAL ACTION AND GO TO COURT. THIS IS CRIMINAL!. DO NOT STAY HERE AND. IT IS NOT FAMILY FRINEDLY AND IS NOT CLEAN OR HYGENIC. THEIR PICTURES ARE LIES.

- carlos (1/5): Un desastre la atención del personal - La habitación estaba bastante nueva un desastre. tenia dos reservas seguidas en la misma habitación y ni ellos se aclaraban. les avisé al entrar, en dia de cambio y nada. Nos entraron en la habitación, nos revolvieron nuestras pertenencias personales porque creian que entraban otros clientes, pero eramos nosotros mismos. El resultado fue que nos perdieron varias cosas personales. No se responsabilizaron de nada, solo les preocupaba que pusieran una reseña positiva. Ademas, el ascensor roto todos los dias, el desayuno malo. La ubicacion y habitación estaba cuidado y nuevo pero el personal un desastre por completo. No lo recomiendo nada

They didn't clean anything and didn't take care of their customers at all. A serious lack of professionalism and customer service. Not recommended.

(ani ovladač nefungoval, neopravili ho počas celého pobytu). Izba nezodpovedala fotkám na booking. Keby boli uvedené reálne informácie o izbe, nerezervovali by sme toto ubytovanie.
