• Netanel (2/5): Disappointment. Big disappointment - While we were at the hotel, there was a leak from the air conditioner in one of the rooms. The entire room was flooded with water and our belongings also got wet. The staff did not respond and did nothing to help. In addition, we had to pay full price for the night. We expect a hotel of this level to take responsibility for even malfunctions.
• Alice (9/5): Great place to stay with friendly staff - It was a fantastic room exactly like the pictures. The staff were very nice and were very helpful. The location is good if you don't mind being away from the old quarter. Alot of expats in the area. There was a kids cafe below my room that could be very loud. The cleaners while did a great job sometimes came into my room without knocking. The time was quite early in the morning too. It gave me a shock the first couple of times. When I spoke to reception, they said I should be requesting cleaning so it shouldn't happen, but it happened my entire stay. While I appreciated the cleaning and thought they did great job, I wish there had been some warning in the beginning of the days they were coming.
• Jungching (8/5): It’s very cheap for a two bedrooms apartment. - The location is good. There is a convenient sore and coffee shop near by. The room card did not work for the elevator. I went out early to get coffee and had to climb up because no one at the front desk to swipe the elevator for me The shower head is the master bedroom didn’t work well. There was no shower curtain, either.

• Andrei (10/5): Great value for you money - Spacious apartment. It has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. Motorbike rental on site, free underground parking for guests. Smelly bathroom and toilet. We had to buy a cleaning liquid and clean it ourselves, otherwise it was really uncomfortable to be inside the bathroom.

• Romar (9/5): Great apartment and great service in international neighbourhood - The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable and the staff was very very helpful. Special thanks to Hai Anh who showed us the apartments before we booked them and helped us with our still drying laundry when we were checking out. Great service overall! The location is also great. Many nice bars and restaurants in this calm neighbourhood within short distance of the busy city old town. Some of the facilities in the room were not very well cleaned. There was some dust here and there. But it wasn't that bad.
• Victoria (8/5): Great place for a family - This is a fantastic location if you want to be in Tay Ho with a family. We used the washing machine and enjoyed having two bedrooms and separate living space to relax. The apartment was very comfortable for us, it could just use a more thorough cleaning as it was dusty underneath and behind things.

It hit for us a 10+ score, family with kids (5 to 15), with good bars, retaurants and nearby the lake, in a part of town that is much quieter and more "airy" in feel than the bustling and dense old quarter, with modern local style & upper class vibe too. Thanks. We will be back when possible.

• Almeida (10/5): Awesome - This was a pleasant surprise for us. Definitely exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Only negatives were that, shower curtain needs replacing and there was no 24/7 Staff but it didn't really cause any inconvenience. Highly recommend.
• Ajmal (1/5): Worst apartment stay ever - + Location is good + Rooms are big - Rooms are very dirty - WiFi connection low (<2mbps) - Staff unprofessional - Furniture is old - Construction in the same building (floor 7-10)! - Floors and elevators dirty - some apartments smell a lot Here is our story with this “paradise” apartment: We arrived, checked in and got a 2 bed room apartment although we had booked a 1 bed room. We checked the room and it was very dirty. We asked to change the apartment, they showed us another apartment, this one was cleaner but smelled a lot. You couldnt even stay there for a minute. We also realized that on the floor above a big construction was going on. We refused this apartment and waited for them to clean the previous apartment for us. After getting into the apartment we noticed that the internet is very bad (I’m working remotely). In the evening we went to a restaurant. After coming back the door key didn’t work and no one was at the reception. We had to find the number somewhere, text them and they organized the security guy to open the door, but then we didn’t have a key and couldn’t leave the apartment. After all this, next day they asked us to change the apartment to the 6floor, right under the construction, because the apartment we were in, got booked for 2 months. The cheery on op was that I had injured my leg in a previous trip and had to use crutches and was almost immobilized. So the staff didn’t take that into consideration when moving us around. I understand that the business tries to maximize the revenue, but doing business should happen on good principles. Apartments should be clean and the management should be precise. Everywhere else in Hanoi it worked. Finally, after one night and found a really nice apartment in a good area. The staff was friendly in handling it, but the solutions and the apartments situation was really bad.

• Venkatesh (5/5): If they work on the check in process and change the bed/pillow covers then this is a good property - The apartment is very good and clean with well equipped - the location is also very good . This is the biggest problem we faced - My daughter ( 12 years) and I were traveling - we live in Hochiminh, so we know how to communicate through the local app - well, in time, we communicated about my three times ( 3 nights ) check-in and paid at once before reaching Hanoi. Even after so many communications, nobody or no keys were left in the reception (so-called). The guy who was communicating was very slow and lousy - doesn't care about the guests waiting after traveling long hours. They might say this is due to festival season, but we also came here three months before and had the same situation. They really need to do something about the check, which is the first impression of any property.

• Hisham (7/5): Good - Spacious and clean and central location. GYM not clean and used as a storage, there were construction work going in the same building and the neighbors one, it was extremely noisy everyday even weekend from 7 am till 5 pm during our whole 27 days stay in the property.

Staff attempted to fix my complaints to the best of their ability They originally put me in a different room than was booked. I advised them, and they moved me to another apartment that was in a different building a few blocks over. The apartment was decent, but I booked mainly for its location, so being moved to another building on a different street wasn't ideal
