- Kathryn (10/5): Overall our stay was excellent. Thanks to the wonderful host. - The host was very accommodating and replies instantly. The room is very spacious and the view from the room was spectacular. It is located within the heart of the area so everything was accessible. Petronas tower and KL Tower were very near that you can just walk and enjoy the bustling city while walking. During our stay, one of the elevators malfunction. It was kind of scary to be stuck inside for a couple of seconds.

- Syed (8/5): The location was perfect to explore the KLCC. Twin towers are just around the corner. Bukit Bintang is 10-15 minutes wal - The location is perfect for exploring KLCC. 7/11 is next to lobby and McDonald’s is just 3 minutes walk. You have to pay for the facilities like gym and pool. Apparently it is managed by third party. So even if you don’t stay in Vortex Suite you can still use it. The price I paid I was expecting this facilities should be included.

- Arun (7/5): A decent stay - The lication is very easy access to train station n all eateries. The place was spacious for families, however the bathrooms were congested. There were no toileteries provided for the pricing and also there was no breakfast provided for the pricing offered. This coukd have been a value add. The cleanliness coyod have been better. Breakfast and toileteries shoukd have been included for the pricing.

I attempted to contact the owner/manager (INDIAN OWNER) for approximately five hours to arrange check-in, receiving no response until 8 AM. At that point, I was told they would arrive at 1 PM. Given that my family, luggage, and I were waiting on the street, this was unacceptable. Subsequently, I was informed that there was no apartment available for me, despite having already paid for the booking. Contacting the booking platform for a refund was unsuccessful, as they stated the funds had already been transferred to the property INDIAN owner, who did not accept the cancellation. As a result, I lost $160. I strongly advise caution when booking this property due to significant communication and booking management issues. ALSO HE SAID THIS NUMBER ONLY ACCEPT WHATSAPP AND WE DONT ACCEPT DIRECT CALL SO HE COULD BE SCAMMER AND BOOKING.COM SUPPORT SCAMMER. - Siew (8/5): Very good - Came for vacation with family. Strategic location to KLCC twin tower by 8min walking distant. 3 min walking distance to MCD and CU mart and surrounded by Malaysia local food. Room is clean with basic facilities. Requested to check in at 12-1pm and is approved by the host. But when reach the apartment was told that the check-in time remain at 3pm due to room is not available. But still thanks for the helpful staff who help to keep our luggage so that we can go out to take our lunch.

- Dalena (6/5): Good location but warning - Pool Not Free - Fantastic location. Walking distance to Petronas towers and good restaurants close as well as the MRT. Cheap accommodation and had a washing machine and dryer. Pool is NOT free. It’s advertised as having a pool but it’s a separate organisation and costs 20rm per person. Very disappointing as we booked this place for the pool but it was going to cost an extra 100rm per day for us all to swim. The apartment had leaks in the ceiling so it smelt very musty and one toilet wasn’t working well so it had a sewer smell coming out of it. Didn’t have enough cups or glasses for the number of guests that it can hold. And no way to wash or dry the dishes.

- Anna (1/5): NEVER AGAIN !!! NOT WORTH FOR MONEY AND POOR SERVICE. Host WhatsApp +60 11 1214 8630 - Location. Initially, we stayed in Room 35-1 for 2 nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room was supposed to include a microwave and washing machine, but neither of these amenities were provided. To make matters worse, no refund or compensation was offered for the missing items. While the host did offer a free laundry service, it did not meet our expectations, and I would have preferred the ability to wash my own clothes. The cleanliness of the apartment was also unacceptable. The floors were dirty, the appliances were unclean, and there was dust everywhere. The ceiling had noticeable spots from previous leaks, which had clearly not been addressed. The sofa cover was ripped, and the shower fixtures and cabin had visible mould. Additionally, the bed sheets and towels were worn-out and in very poor condition. The kitchen was another major concern. The pans and pots were visibly damaged by fire, making them practically unusable. It was disheartening to find such essential items in such poor condition. It’s also worth mentioning that no face towels were provided initially, and we had to request them. Additionally, the toilet tap was leaking intermittently, and we had to call for service to fix it at least two or three times. Swimming pool is not included in to the price, but is on the advertisement pictures. After two nights, we moved to apartment 26-6, which did include a microwave and washing machine. However, this apartment had the same issues: spots on the ceiling, poor cleanliness, and worn-out sheets and towels. Bath foot towel was with huge holes inside it. Unfortunately, it was no better than the first. Overall, these apartments failed to meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. It seems like it have not been properly maintained since the day of construction, and staying here is not worth the money. P.S. Unfriendly unwelcoming people (mostly), better to travel to Vietnam !

The apartment had a washing machine but was removed because it was faulty. When queried about it, we were told to leave our laundry in a bag by the door and someone will collect and wash them. This service was provided free of charge and the service was very prompt too. Cleaned clothes were returned by the end of the day. Excellent service! Only the distance to walk to Pavilion but it’s ok cause the walk was easy about 15 minutes.
