• de urrutia (4/5): En apariencia bien, en práctica..... - El armario Cogimos este apartamento por la azotea (terraza) que tenía y por la barbacoa. Segun nos está mostrando la terraza, nos dicen que a la barbacoa se le rompió la rejilla y no se puede usar, en los 8 días no la repuso. Fuimos a cenar una noche en la terraza y no pudimos por el olor a podrido que creemos que salía de un desagüe, por esto mismo tuvimos que mantener cerrada la puerta del apartamento, pues se inundaba de este olor nauseabundo. La ducha era tan pequeña que tenías que entrar de lado y para ducharte tenías que estar abriendo la mampara, pues no daba el hueco para poderse agachar a coger el gel o a lavarse de rodillas para abajo. La puerta del baño no cerraba. Advertir que el sitio está ubicado en una zona alta y para acceder a la calle en cuestión tienes que subir cuestas y por último para acceder al apartamento hay que subir 60 escalones.

• Sarah (10/5): Très agréable appartement - Logement au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur) avec une très grande terrasse (avec table, fauteuils etc...). Très propre, bien équipé (cafetière, bouilloire, lave-linge, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, micro-ondes, plaques d'induction, sèche-cheveux, gel douche et shampoing à disposition). Joliment décoré. Le propriétaire qui m'a accueillie est très sympathique et disponible si on a besoin de quelque chose (il habite l'étage du dessous). 2 bouteilles d'eau et un paquet de chocolats en bienvenue à mon arrivée. Quelques épices, du café et des filtres à café, des sachets de thé et tisanes dans les placards ainsi que des sachets de glaçons dans le congélateur. Logement proche de la plage (et de la promenade de la plage de la cantera) et des commerces. La station de bus principale (pour le bus pour l'aéroport notamment) est à 30/40 minutes de marche si on marche tranquillement. Logement au calme et très agréable.

• Evgeny (10/5): - Exceptional value for money in Las Palmas. Very spacious studio with large rooftop terrace that will be fully at your disposal, including grill. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has all that needed. Parking is not included, but it is quite easy to find a free street parking place in 2-3 min walking distance. And the location itself is actually pretty good and very close to the beach, and still in walking distance to city center.

• Tiia (10/5): A great flat with a wonderful terrace - We spent 3 weeks in this accommodation in Dec 2024 - January 2025. The host was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and nice and accommodating. He gave us advise when we needed it and even gave us a welcome gift! We also got an early check in and a late check out, much appreciated. The accommodation is great, especially the terrace! We loved it, it was nice to have breakfast there and also to sunbathe. The flat is clean and neat and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All services are close, there a grocery stores (Spar and Hiperdino) nearby, restaurants, and the Canteras beach is within easy walk. Also Las Arenas mall is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place and would come again! 10/10 Nothing.
