• Kathie (10/5): Very charming and safe. - Very clean, spacious room. Small balcony with table & chairs (view not so great). Breakfast brought to our room. Fridge in room. Fairly close to Naples airport. The manager/owner lives in the building. He was so nice and helpful and is an excellent artist. Several of his paintings are displayed. A little hard to find at first. Small elevator in building. The facility is on ‘piano 7’ or 8th floor.

• Greg (5/5): Basic room but in a horrible location. Not recommended, - The room is a basic room for a B&B. Clean and neat. The guy who runs it was organized and helpful despite not speaking English. The location in Naples was abysmal! It did not look like a safe place at all. While the floor of the building this property was on was OK, the location was an absolute turnoff. I would not stay there again!
• Mama Jilly (7/5): Comfortable for Short Visits - This was a one-night stay before flying out the next day and it certainly was convenient to the airport. The neighborhood, however, was not desirable. Breakfast was provided in our room so we did not have to hunt down something decent nearby. Our host offered taxi service to the airport (for a fee), which was appreciated. We did have a beautiful balcony. Somewhat scary neighborhood. Views from the balcony were of an abandoned industrial property next door.

• Corona (9/5): Agréable surprises dans ce quartier - Chambre et SDB très propre et bien équipés, très bon acceuil, avons eu des réponses claires à toutes nos questions. Se situe à proximité de l'aéroport, très pratique pour un vol le matin de bonne heure. En arrivant, nous n'étions pas très rassurés, immeuble et quartier douteux, mais arrivés au 7ème, tout l'étage entièrement refait à neuf, très propre et très bien entretenu.

Le quartier populaire peu engageant pour passer la soirée et relativement éloigné du centre. Très bruyant. Proche de l'aéroport à vol d'oiseau mais nécessité d'un un moyen de transport, à 44 minutes de marche du terminal 1. Tarif élevé pour la prestation.
• Linda (9/5): It was a lovely room on a floor of guest rooms on a 7 story apartment building. All was clean and a modern decor. - The host went out of his way to help us settle in and in the morning rose early to help us retrieve our car from the car park. He ordered pizza for us and delivered it to our room! No English language TV or Netflix channels.

We missed our flight back to England (British Airways fault) and had to book a hotel last min, the hosts at Napoli central Capodichino were so accommodating, sent a shuttle driver to find us at the airport so we could get to them. Paid for our pizza by cash so we could pay them on credit card as we had run out of euros. The room was very clean and modern, and the hosts amazing, woukd answered any messages I had for the straight away. They were life saves for us, and we can't recommend them enough! Nothing! Perfect

• Laura (10/5): Close to airport with shuttle and breakfast - Communication was excellent 👌 we booked two rooms for the night before our flight from Naples airport and the owner sent a video describing how to get into the hotel the day before. There's no sign, but once you get in using the codes provided, there are many rooms that are clean and air conditioned and have en suite full baths. The shower was spacious. The owner helped me order pizzas for dinner which were delivered right to the room, and for a reasonable fee, took us to the airport the next morning. Communication in English is possible via Whatsapp. Breakfast was a fresh cream croissant, jam, juice, and coffee or cappuccino. The woman who serves breakfast also collects the room tax in cash, which was complicated as we had arranged with the owner to pay the shuttle driver due to having only a large bill. We did not have any shared languages which made explaining our arrangement challenging. She had me type in English into her phone which translated to a Cyrillic language. It all worked out in the end. The bed was comfortable and there's a nice balcony to have coffee on, with a table and chairs. It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle was right on time. Our taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel as there's a similarly named hotel nearby. This hotel is in an unmarked building.

• Sara (10/5): Great stay, thank you - The owners live in the same building and are really warm and helpful. Anything you need they are on hand. I recommend downloading an Italian keyboard or translation app to your phone (I use DeepL as it's more accurate than Google translate) to communicate if you don't speak Italian - you'll likely need this anyway if you are exploring Naples. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. Breakfast served in your room if you want is a really lovely touch, especially at this price point! No complaints, everything was great

Antonio could not have been more helpful in providing airport transfers for a very reasonable cost, and even carrying our bags to our room. The space itself is spotlessly clean, the room exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and cleanliness. The shower is excellent. Breakfast is provided in your room for the morning. The staff could not have been more welcoming. For a base close to Naples airport, this is perfect. For a holiday to Naples, this isn't the prettiest part of the city. It is earthy, authentic and hard working, however.

The owners made arrangements to meet us at the airport for a reasonable price, and the driver was there waiting when we walked out the exit. The communication was prompt and informative, friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient to the airport and in an area that felt perfectly safe to walk around in the evening as well as during the day. We walked to the pizza restaurant that they recommended and not only did we enjoy some of the very best pizza we've ever had, we also thoroughly enjoyed the popular restaurant full of locals having a good time. The room itself was very clean and had all we needed, and the breakfast brought to our room was amazing! They even made arrangements for a car to take us to the Amalfi Coast the next morning, again for a very reasonable price. What's not to like??

Great for a short stay if you need to be close to the airport. The host was wonderful and even helped us get some delicious pizza and beers delivered. Super nice! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, delivered to the room with fresh baked goods. Lovely. They sent a video of how to access the property, which was brilliant because it's not very straightforward and in a somewhat rough residential area. I booked it specifically because it was originally listed as "free airport shuttle." They do have a shuttle, but it's extra. Would have been nice to know. The area is a bit rough and doesn't feel super safe. We walked to and from the airport in about 35 minutes because it was a holiday and no shuttle was available. But fine for a night or two by the airport. It would be great to have a water boiler kettle and some coffee/tea/sugar/cream in the room.

Perfect for an overnight stay for airport. Owners were awesome and provided transportation to airport for a good price. Owners were very helpful throughout. Location is terrible but perfect for an airport stay.

A fabulous breakfast tray as we were leaving early. Coffee and croissants before we left. The room was immaculate.

• Danielle (5/5): Convenience for early morning airport stay/transport, kind host, iffy location for site seeing - We only stayed one night at the end of our trip due to a 630am flight out of Naples. The site owner picked us up from the property and took us to the airport at 4am himself for 30 euro which was perfect. He made sure we knew where the nearest pizzeria he recommends was upon check in and supplied menu. Very quick responses, easiest in Whatsapp because of the language barrier, he did not speak english and we needed translator apps to communicate during in-person check in. The room was decorated well/updated. Aside from being close to the airport we were not a fan of the location of this property. It is not easy to locate, pushed back off the street on the 7th floor of a seemingly residental building. My partner and I both felt a bit unsafe walking around in this area. The unit itself is in a heavily locked door on a very high floor, so we felt some security in that. If you plan to walk around the city and explore the sites it would be worth staying elsewhere.

• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - Communication with us in arranging our arrival to the property was in english which was super for us as we don't speak Italian. A taxi was arranged to meet us after we got off the train and very clear directions given to us as to how to meet the taxi man in a very busy area in Napoli at very busy time in evening. The taxi man was very friendly and got us to the hotel very efficiently. The hotel manager was very nice friendly person and also organised a taxi to take us to the airport which worked out very well for us in the morning. Our room was very clean and provided everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Napoli especially if airport accessibility was required. Nothing I didn't like. It all suited our needs.
