• beyza (7/5): Sürekli gezilecekse yani ev sadece yatmak için kullanılcaksa konum olarak çok iyi - Konumu, mutfak malzemeleri, banyodaki duş malzemeleri çok güzeldi. Kahve ve bisküvi için teşekkürler. Yatak karyolası çok ses yapıyordu ama yatak, yastık, yorganlar ve havlular çok temizdi. Pencere, zemin ve banyonun yenilenmesiyle müthiş bir ev olur. Ayrıca priz dönüştürücü ve şemsiye bırakılması da çok hoştu, teşekkürler. Tüm zeminin acilen değişmesi gerekiyor. Sessizce yürümeye çalıştığımızda bile çok ses çıkıyordu. Duş alanı çok küçük, kilolu ya da klostrofobisi olan birisi asla duş alamaz. Pencereler çok eski her açıl kapattığımızda sokak inledi. Biz kaldığımızda hava çok sıcaktı ve havalandırıcılar yetersizdi. Merdivenler çok dar, bebek arabasını her seferinde çıkarıp indirmek bizi çok zorladı.

• Finnuala (7/5): Practical for a quick city trip - The bed was comfortable and the location was very practical and I felt safe. It smelled of old cigarette smoke and it was quite dusty. The bathroom also needed some painting. Also the door to the front was often left open by others.

Il y avait 13.5 degres dans la chambre malgre le fait que j'ai annonce l'heure d'arrive pour 18h. Les environs tres bruyantes et l'isolement tres faibles. Le lit pas trop solide et le matelas pas de tout ferme

• Daniela (5/5): - La struttura è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e alla metro…..la zona è abbastanza vivibile. La camera adatta a una coppia senza figli con un letto matrimoniale comodo La struttura non è indicata per più di due persone e avendo una bambina di 8 anni , il divano letto presente in camera nn era adatto per dormirci poiché era un semplice divano senza materasso estensibile tra l’altro anche molto usurato. La cucina con fornelli arrugginiti e il frigo che nn si chiudeva bene quindi perdeva acqua.

• Kenneth (9/5): Great location , apartment great especially for 2 persons. - The apartment was excellent and much cleaner than expected. The location is superb – just 5 minutes from King’s Cross and St. Pancras, and only a couple of minutes away from all the bus connections you could need. There’s a Tesco just around the corner, plenty of fast-food outlets, a variety of restaurants, and even high-class dining options nearby. Inside the apartment, everything was thoughtfully provided – no need to buy anything. It came with shampoos, shower gel, conditioner, tea, biscuits, all kitchen utensils, and even a very nice coffee machine. A washing machine with all detergents was also available, which was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay – highly recommended! Ps. The owner was also kind in letting us check out at 12.00 instead of 10.00. . The only downside was that the floor of the apartment wasn’t level, and it felt like walking slightly uphill – especially noticeable in the morning.rongobtontye bathroom 😁 Since we only used the apartment for sleeping, this didn’t affect our stay too much. Overall, a fantastic place and highly recommended!

• Claudia (8/5): Great location only a short walk from Kings Cross station and close to a supermarket. - Only about 10mins from Kings Cross station and down the road from a good fish and chip place in Islington. Photos of property were accurate. The fan was strong. Laundry detergent was supplied. The sofa bed was really soft on one side. Only 4 small rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 6 nights so we had to buy our own. The curtains and windows were also left fully open before we checked in (it was a 30 degree day) so it was really hot until late in the night and doonas were set up during a heatwave.

• Jill (9/5): Lovely flat, good location. - Very good use of space. Very bright and well furnished. Comfortable double bed and bed settee. Small, but well thought out kitchenette with washing machine, full sized fridge and cooker. Small bathroom, but fine. Very close to Kings Cross and an easy walk to Euston. Looked like some nice bars and restaurants nearby. We didn't go to any as we were in London for the Marathon. Had we stayed longer, we would definitely have had a better look. Would stay again. The stairs might be a problem for someone with limited mobility as flat is on 2nd floor and handrails limited.
• Jadwiga (9/5): A very clean and cozy place in a fantastic location. - The property is in a great location. It is a well-sized studio flat with a private kitchen and a compact bathroom. It offers good facilities, including a large TV, a coffee machine, and a very comfortable bed. The place is very clean and cozy. I will come back to stay here! The shower is quite compact.

• Andrew (5/5): Good location. Terrible WiFi. Narrow stair access. - The location was just four blocks from the King's Place conference centre As the windows were single glazed and location was at the corner of a relatively busy road, it was not entirely quiet. Access was via narrow flights of stairs, in part without a handrail. The bedsheet was too small to be fully tucked in on all sides. In the bathroom, the gas HWS provided hot water instantly, the shower was very narrow, the toilet pedestal loose, and the cistern inadequate to flush the bowl. Heating was OK from bathroom radiator, but thermostat seemed to have little impact on bedroom radiators. The biggest issue was a poor WiFi connection causing constant buffering of the television signal. In nine days, only once (between 04:30-06:30) was I able to watch for more than a few minutes before buffering. Owner stated that she had contacted the provider and that there "was a problem with a local mast", but no change occurred during my stay.
• Jennifer (7/5): The location is great. Close to the Kings Cross station. We were able to get everywhere easily. - Location was fantastic! I feel that we should have rented the top apartment. The neighbors were loud. I didn’t get much sleep some nights.
• Loys (8/5): Good location, not as noisy as we feared following comments of previous guests. - Good location easy to reach for King's Cross/St Pancras, and even Euston. Shops (Tesco) and restaurants nearby (Rex Cross restaurant excellent). Good appliances, and possibility to cook simple meals. Heating and hot water working correctly. Messages sent by the host are listed in chronological order: so to get the latest information you have to go at the bottom of the list. We had booked two appartements (which were in the same stairs, this was very convenient), and it was sometimes difficult to identify to which apartment a message was referring too. The system to validate our identities using photos of the passports was not very user friendly.
• Becky (8/5): Great location, value & authenticity - Location to the train station & tube was excellent. Made it easy to plan excursions to different areas of London. The owner was quick to respond to questions & if assistance was required. The Flat definitely made it feel like a true London experience. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The toilet started leaking, but the owner was actively working on fixing it when we checked out.

Communication with the host was very good: flexible arrival and departure times. The apartment was very clean but a little old. I had a very nice stay with everything needed. I would recommend it
• Carol (4/5): Overall too expensive for what you get. There are newer hotel in the area for less $. - The location was very good. The host was very responsive. It appears that the host put in a lot of effort into the unit. The building is very old and needs updating. The hallway is very, very basic with a narrow stairway, difficult for carrying luggage. The apartment windows need to be upgraded. They do not stay up on their own and don't block any noise from the busy street. No AC in the unit. The bathroom needs updating.
• Karin (5/5): The property's location is great, which is what we wanted. - Great location - easy access to the underground, main line trains and buses. This is the main attraction of this property. There are two Studio Apartments (C and D) in the building. Important that Booking.com informs people that they are getting Apartment C on first floor or Apartment D on second floor. The ground floor is simply the door opening onto the street. It does not state that there is one flight of steep narrow stairs to Apartment C and another flight of steep narrow stairs to upper floor Apartment D. Difficulty taking luggage up to Apartment D, which we had. There were two old sash windows in the lounge/bedroom - one window you couldn't open at all and the other window only opened by 3 inches. The owner of the property should have repaired these widows as on hot summer's days the room was extremely hot. Only the toilet window could open fully, but that also needs to be repaired so it worked properly. TV - initially worked, but one could not use streaming services (like Netflix) without knowing that you had to register online. The owner should provide guests with instructions. Only one half of the toaster worked. The oven functioned well, but the black flat oven rack did not fit properly. No bread knife. Two toilet rolls - no resupply. The so called "city view" was of a very busy road with lots of traffic - noise day and night.

About ten minutes' walk from Kings Cross. Lovely Thai restaurant "Supawan" nearby across the road from the apartment. Dated furniture and furnishings need an update. Not the nicest part of central London. Situated on a noisy road. Bathroom accessed via kitchenette.

• Jac (2/5): not fit for purpose. do not recommend. - comfortable bed and netflix. the host allowed me to leave my bags before check in. 2nd floor walk up. tiny staircase that is impossible with suitcases. small flat that could have been okay but the bathroom was a disaster - tiny, old, and not fit for purpose. on two of the days I was there the toilet did not flush. the host did attend to it but didn't seem to comprehend that it was a serious issue. I am not sure if she perhaps was even trying to suggest it was my fault that her toilet did not flush. she literally asked me if I thought she should offer a discount. I was shocked when she did not even bother to offer one. a disastrous stay.

I always travel with ear plugs so had no problem sleeping.

Nice walk around the nearby canal, old traditional house but very clean apartment, good shower with hot water, everythink what you need is in the small kitchen including coffee ant tea. • Aliaksandr (7/5): Good - the apartment is located within 5-10 min walk from Kings' Cross. Despite facing a busy street, it is rather quiet at nights. The apartment (apart from what I described below) met my expectations and is roughly as described. The building/apartment are rather old, but clean, and the fridge/tea kettle/coffee machine make the stay convenient. I was a little bit disappointed with the bathroom: a) a big window facing a street, which makes you feel exposed (with almost transparent curtain); b) in the shower, the water goes from cold through warm to "too hot" and quickly back to cold, which made showering not very pleasant:).
• Frank (10/5): Loved it and we want to come back. Great base in a great location - The property was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable. My daughter slept amazingly which is what you want. The location was great and we walked everywhere or at least to Kings Cross Tube which was 7 minutes. The Host was amazing and very clear instructions for the property and the entry details as well as advice. Always available. Nothing. Was brilliant.

• Viktor (7/5): Good location but noisy because of traffic - Description of the accommodation. -  Really excellent location: because of St Pancras that is a transport hub. Cleanliness was perfect. The equipment is perfect (kitchen utensils, trash bag, paper towel, aluminum foil, napkin, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, perfume in the toilet, trash bag) The information that the host gave about what to know before arrival was very good. During our stay, she inquired about how we were doing, and that was nice too. However, those who do not like the noisy street should choose another apartment, because there is a lot of traffic here even at night. My score is 7 only because of the noise outside.
