Rachele (5/5): I give a 5 only for the position. It has a good potential but IT NEEDS TO BE CLEAN! - The position was excellent, very close to the center It was not clean. We found all the sheets dirty and all the towels were full of hair, there were hair EVERYWHERE. I had to wash all of them twice. Also a lot of stuff didn’t work as the Tv, the toilet paper holder broken, the towel holder broken as well. There was no shampoo or shower soap in the bathroom.

Henry (5/5): Not suitable for a long stay with a damaged bed - The location and also the space of the apartment. The owner or person in charge was unresponsive or not interested in providing timely solutions. We had a case of a power outage that lasted 14 hours, which was informed, but we kept waiting longer than the ETA promised by the person in charge. Also, I requested to have the bed changed as it was damaged, and the request was completely ignored.
Fiona (10/5): All in all we were very satisfied! - There were some troubles in our original apartment the night before we arrived. The host was super friendly and organized and optional stay for us last minute. The rooms were super nice and clean and the location was also perfect with a bit more quiet than in the city center.
Melissa (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation is in a residential area. I quite enjoyed being away from the bustle of the tourist centre. The shower also had great water pressure and there was an in room washing machine, which was welcome. Like some previous reviews this accomadation could really use a revamp. The toilet seat was broken, the bed uncomfortable and the room slightly dingy. I could also never open the door first time. As a solo female traveller I felt quite uncomfortable that someone could easily enter the room as the front door wasn't very secure. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation until it's improved.
Bruno (4/5): Dirty place and disappointing facilities - The place was okay-ish with a new kitchen and a good bed. Too bad that it seemed like they never cleaned the place. It was stuff from nightmares. For starters, the place wasn't clean when I arrived and the property manager told me that "I had to let him know about it" - I'd assume that when you rent a place, you would have it clean by default. The bathroom was disgusting with black mold all over and dried pee/water under the sink and behind the toilet. I asked them to send someone to clean the place again while I was away and came back to the same dirt with some water thrown on top. The bathroom kept smelling like sewer all the time (even after I cleaned it). Eventually, I bought a much needed mop (as I was going to stay for one month) and did all the heavy cleaning myself. It wasn't the end of it tho... there were blackouts and construction noises (at the apartments above from the same owner) all throughout my stay that they didn't let me know in advance. The "private terrace" was actually a dump full of the AC machines that kept dripping on or around you.

Lundgren (10/5): Great experience, will be back. - - I got contacted the day before check in and was asked if I need help with anything, offered a pick up from the airport. The host was easy to get in touch with at all times. We needed help with something and got a quick friendly response and the help needed. Smooth check in and out. - Stunning apartment that is very bright, fresh and clean and with generally good vibe to it. - Nice location, a bit off center but that was exactly what we were going for. Plenty of nearby businesses and convenient transportation to center.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable, there was nothing missing in the apartment and the truth is that I felt right at home. I really liked the location because the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Thank you for a short and enjoyable stay in Athens(:
