• Louise (10/5): - The place was perfect for our short 2 night stay!! We had flown in from London the Saturday evening. Jose the host was great! Drew us a map for places to eat. Uber to Little Havana was $6. Location was great, quite area, little house had everything you could need for a stay. Couldn't fault it at all. Brilliant little home from home. Thanks Jose!!! Nothing!! Place was great!

Le logement est petit pour 4 personnes. Pas de possibilité de manger à l intérieur à 4 sur une table. Plaques de cuisson peu pratiques pour cuisiner car il faut les poser sur un tabouret pour les brancher. Ménage à optimiser.

• Jennifer (10/5): I loved the private parking and it was perfect for 2 adults and one child. We were minutes away from everything we wante - Private setting in a very nice neighborhood. I didn’t have to worry about anything since we were gated in. Fully accommodated with anything we may have forgotten to pack. Everything was so cozy about the property.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but still close to the shops, restaurants and Coral way trolley stop. There are some antique furniture in the apartment, which I liked. Nothing.

• Maxime (6/5): Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas, même si propriétaire aimable et présent pour vous renseigner. - Le propriétaire, José, a été très aidant à notre arrivée. Il m'a proposé de m’accompagner au supermarché pour faire quelques courses pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain. Logement bien placé, quartier sûr et résidentiel. Place de parc à disposition. Serviettes et affaires de plage à disposition. WiFi fonctionne bien. Accès gratuit à Netflix. Le logement n'est pas adapté pour 4 personnes. La table à manger ne permet pas de s'y mettre à 4 mais 3 personnes maximum. 2 personnes dans une chambre et 2 autres dans un canapé lit à l'entrée de l'appartement où se trouve la cuisine. La cuisine est trop petite pour se préparer correctement à manger. 2 petites plaques électriques avec une petite casserole et une poêle. La propreté du logement est très sommaire avec beaucoup de poussière. L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise. On entend la TV/musique de l’autre côté du mur où vit le propriétaire. Nous aimons beaucoup les chiens et ceux de José sont très mignons. Toutefois, ils aboient dès qu’ils sortent et voient des passants. Nous en avons fait particulièrement les frais un matin dès 07h00 ! Des vélos sont annoncés en prêt, en effet ils existent mais sont très vétustes. Ce n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire mais à savoir qu'il était impossible de rester dans le jardin commun à l'entrée de l'appartement car beaucoup trop de moustiques.

• Carolina (8/5): Apartamento práctico para alojarse un periodo corto. - Está muy bien situado para ir tanto a downtown Miami, Brickell, como a Miami Beach. Dispone de todo tipo de complementos: toallas playa, higiene, pequeño electrodoméstico,… Sin problemas con los horarios de checkout, muy amable! Un poco justo para tres adultos ya que hay muchas cosas por medio y muebles.

We were able to keep the rented car in an enclosed area, in the yard. Good and stable wi-fi. Overall, the price/quality ratio is very good. For a family of four, the kitchen space was a bit narrow, especially for cooking, but it wasn't a big problem. :)

We checked in very late and he was there waiting for us around midnight. The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen contained all needed utensils and complimentary coffee and tea. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was very clean with very good flow of hot water when needed. The neighborhood was very safe and classy and the garden was very nice where you can have a nice relaxation. The host was very helpful in giving advices about places to go and directions. We received the deposit immediately before leaving the premises without any delay. I recommend the place to any one going to Miami. All attractions are reachable from the there. The AC are noisy and the one in the bedroom is not possible to turn off. As the AC from the bedroom comes from the owners side of the house, the smell comes to the Airbnb side.

The only small issue was that the AC in the rest of the home was not connected to the main bedroom. So it got a bit warm in the bedroom.

He suggested a local place for dinner. Beds were very comfy; shower handled all four of us; everything was clean and in working condition. Bedroom was a nice size. Futon couch was comfortable for our kids. Small kitchen area was good enough for us to make a small breakfast. The place could use some maintenance, but these were minor concerns and did not affect the use of the space. Bedroom and kitchen area could use newer plug power strips.

I wouldn’t be fair. it’s really like walking into a fairytale.the living room is Spr cool and the bedroom is even better, you’ll enjoy a quiet night and you will rest as you probably haven’t done in a while. it took me 5 minutes to get to the hard of Brickell. 15 minutes to get to Doral, 3 minutes to little Havana. 10 minutes to Wynwood and 20 mins to Miami Beach. if you wanna explore Miami, you MUST consider this place as your headquarters and on top of that, Mr Ochoa is an amazing person and host. He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay becomes a story to remember. oh!!! I almost forgot: and it has private parking. isn’t it great
