• Lee (3/5): Four nights in Rome. - Location to the metro was very good. The room was quite large. Furnishings was like garage sale. Nothing matched and the furniture was cheap. The shower diverter wouldn’t stay on and had to hold the button while showering. Shampoo , conditioner and shower soap looked like someone left them in the shower. Had to buy my own.

• Olga (8/5): 7 night stay - Close to metro Lodi, restaurants, shops Very friendly owner who checked on us couple times and offered to change towels. Apartment building with the coded entrance to the apartment. Huge closet space, fridge Kettle in room 1 was leaking so I couldn’t use it. We had 2 rooms so I used the one in the room nr. 2. Water pressure was very low but manageable . There were some issues with hot water in room 2

• Karolina (10/5): W Rzymie spędziłam 4 dni. - Lokalizacja i czystość. Gospodyni Manuela była niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna. Pokój zgody z opisem, z dostępem do prywatnej łazienki. Okolica bezpieczna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana, niedaleko przystanki autobusowe, metro i bardzo dobre jedzenie.
• Göç (10/5): Thanks - Manuela is a very good person, she provided it immediately when we needed something. When we couldn't find a taxi, we sent a message. She arranged a taxi. Lodi is close to the metro, it is a very good opportunity. There is a supermarket just in the back street. The room was clean. We thank her. If we come next time, we would like to stay here if there is an available place.
• Segreteria (4/5): - Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, comoda per raggiungere la metro A e spostarsi. La camera è molto bella, spaziosa, pulita. Dotata di tv, wifi, set asciugamani di cortesia e un ampia cabina armadio. La struttura fornisce solo bevande calde senza cibo, neanche una fetta biscottata. Inoltre segnalo che le camere della struttura sono tutte attaccate tra loro ed essendo palesemente un vecchio appartamento da cui sono state ricavate camere per affittare, l'insonorizzazione è praticamente nulla, la cosa più fastidiosa è stato il rumore della caldaia, oltre a quella presente nella camera in cui ho alloggiato, quelle delle altre camere che, ogni volta che veniva usata l'acqua calda da qualcuno si sentiva in tutto l'appartamento, disturbando il sonno. Sconsiglio quindi a chi ha sonno leggero o vuole un posto per passare un weekend di relax.
• Nurlan (4/5): - It was mostly quiet, and had a good sleep every night during my stay. Property was listed with 2 beds, but there were only 1 when I arrived, and it was very late at night to get a 2nd one in. It created a problem for my friend so he had to go to a different place. That being said the host offered to bring another one the next day if required. Would be better if it was there in the first place. There was a major problem with the hot water. While showering the heater would randomly stop heating, and the water would be cold like tap water. I was lucky I did not get sick. I talked to the host about it, she tried to get it fixed, but the issue was still there. I figured I could leave the tap on while showering to force the heater to keep working so the water temperature is consistent, but that would significantly lower the water pressure in the shower. It was very annoying, and the issue was there during the entire stay.

• Ruben (9/5): Lovely, friendly staff in a comfortable and clean apartment - Property was right next to the metro, bed was very comfortable and the owner was very friendly and helpful We like to walk everywhere instead of getting public transport but it was still an hour walk from the centre, metro was right next door so wasn’t a problem!

Logement sécurisé. Nous avons eu la compagnie de beaucoup de fourmis qui sortait du mur et la douche était très compliquée : Pas d'eau chaude et pas de puissance.

• Daniil (9/5): I recommend - The room was comfortable, featuring its own spacious private bathroom and a separate garderobe for clothes. It came with essential amenities including a coffee/tea teapot and a small fridge. An elevator was available. A supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away, with a small shop nearby. Metro station is also 10 min away.

Even though the apartment is not in the city center, you can reach interesting places within half an hour on foot if you don't mind longer walks through the city. Alternatively, you can use the nearby metro or bus. The biggest plus was the nearby bakery with excellent pastries and coffee. The location is quiet. The floor in the apartment is cold. It's not a big problem, but I would have appreciated at least some slippers. In the bathroom, the water temperature often fluctuated between hot and cold, and the water pressure was quite weak. Otherwise, everything was fine.

• Mi (9/5): Superb - Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with metro station close by. The host helped our late check-in which is really appreciated. WIFI quality is good. The shower water volume is quite small.

• Xiao (8/5): Very good - Walking distance (~10 min) to Metro Line A and 2-3 min to line C. Room is very big. There’s a kettle in the room and a hairdryer. There’s also an elevator in the building to use in case you have luggages. Good bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Don't miss the amazing seafood restaurant Il Ritrovo a San Giovanni on Via la Spezia. Amazing food and great staff. A genuine Italian restaurant just outside the turist area. A real gem.
• Gunay_a (8/5): Perfect place worth its value - Location is perfect, 2-3 minutes walk from Lodi metro station and bus station. One stop away from San Giovanni Basilic. Room is spacious. Bedroom has extra place for dressing. It was an apartment, so bigger and more comfortable than ordinary hotel room. Shower head did not work. You need to hold it in your hand all the time to use it. It can not be hung, which was difficult to use. Bathroom was narrow and small.

Good location as it is close to the metro, takes about 30 minutes to get into the centre of Rome. There’s a few nice bars and restaurants around the area too. The host was very nice and gave good instructions on getting into the apartment.
