Guest Reviews
- Marlene Isabel (9/5): Location and convenience for attending an event - Location to area and proximity to an event Noise in adjacent room, horseshoe restaurant was closed
- Mafer Burkart (6/5): - La cama es muy comoda Que la alberca y el jacuzzi estaban en mantenimiento, y el anfitrión no comentó nada sobre este inconveniente.
La habitación no tiene mucha luz.

- Jay (9/5): Great and cozy stay for our family. Would visit again. - Host is very easy to communicate and remains very helpful. Very good location (easy walking access to swimming pool and gym). Cozy and warm inside suite Private reserved parking would be nice (vs using visitor parking)
- Chrystal (8/5): - Everything was as to be expected . Our second night there was disrupted by the neighboring unit as they triggered the fire alarm that went off continuously for over 20 mins. We were unsure of the cause so we had sat in our car for the timing of the fire alarm going off.

- Elizabeth (8/5): pleasant stay and would consider staying again - location was good, room a good size, comfortable bed fairly noisy from laundry next door, some aspects of decor a little tired
- Jeffrey (9/5): Great Value. Great Location. Would book again with Quite in Nature. - Everything was great. One reservered parking spot right out front, more parking very close. Balcony is very nice. Kitchenette is well stocked. Bathroom is a bit dated, but totally fine to use. Lighting in bathroom was in adequate for doing makeup.
- Sonia (1/5): Complete lie and false advertising. - It was close to our venue. The unit had no AC and we were boiling hot at over 30 degrees in the unit when it was a 40 degree heat wave. Sleep was impossible! We messaged multiple times to have it rectified and no one did anything. They also agreed to refund us part of the stay and DID NOT!! I have screen shots of the chat that prove they offered to do this and did not. Do not book with this owner unless you want a sub part stay with no support, who lies.
- Andrew (8/5): - Comfortable and clean room, the recreation centre was very nice. Entry was a bit convoluted. Entry way hall shared by 2 apartments. You could hear everything happening in the hall and the walls were not too well sound proofed. But it was quiet after 11pm.
- James (8/5): Quiet, convenient, affordable in the perfect location - Location was perfect. Quiet. There were a few areas that are beginning to look like they could use a deeper scrub
- Phil (10/5): Exceptional - Just as advertised, amazing pool area! Definitely would rent again.
- Tammy (9/5): Great - Location, pool comfort Wish the balcony was shoveled off so we could have a coffee in the chairs
- Anna (9/5): great value for the place and good space for two people, would stay again! - Property was clean, the property location can be confusing but hosts send a great video day of check in that helped us navigate it. The room can be a bit loud with neighbours entering/exiting in the morning. The pool is pretty chilly when we given, given is was -10 degrees celsius. good locations are limited around to bring some easy snacks and food.
- Zihang (5/5): Passable -
- Priya (10/5): Good experience with the property. Would love to visit in spring summer again - Close to Nordic spa and horseshoe valley. There are few restaurants close by but Barrie is aswell 20 mins drive. Not much visitor parking near the building we were located
- Jiadi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (7/5): Good - Bed was comfy, relatively clean, pool amenities were nice, on-site laundry. Room was very small, pictures slightly misleading, kitchenette not what we had hoped for, questioned the size of fridge and/or stove/cooking options prior to arrival but never recieved a response. Shower slippery, floor lamp stuck on requiring to be plugged in or unplugged. No assigned parking close to the unit. A/C control was not functioning to expectations. Over sensitive smoke detector.
- Salamat (8/5): Very good - It was great location the resort was quiet and there was great bbq facilities. The bed sheets were not washed and the floor in the shower had soap scum on it but was otherwise a really nice room
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and very clean.
- Jason (10/5): Quiet stay surrounded by nature. Amazing - Very clean and cozy
- Graham (8/5): Nice Area - I liked that there were BBQs available to use and the pool area and it was close to the Boots and Hearts venue I didn't like that the description of our apartment stated that it had a hot tub and didn't. The first line of the apartment description says it has a hot tub and didn't.
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional - Pool was wonderful - just wish it was open longer. Gym had a lot of equipment and the ones we used weee all in excellent condition. Garbage bin was over flowing - may have been because of the long weekend
- George (8/5): Overall enjoyable. - Clean, efficient and comfortable. Met our requirements. Nice pool at recreational facility. Host didn't respond to my question via booking.com had to call. Lockbox a bit of a challenge. A bit more detail needed in booking.com description, like toiletries included, private washroom...
- Mac (10/5): All in all a great stay, no major complaints. - I enjoyed the rec centre/pool close by, really added to the relaxation. The location was good (food isn’t really close though, so keep that in mind), parking was easy and close to the unit, the kitchenette was convenient, I liked that I had access to Netflix/Roku (your own log in though for Netflix, just fyi), also enjoyed the balcony and that there was a washer and dryer just outside the unit. It was a very easy check in and out, literally just a lock box to deal with. Excellent. Unit was really clean as well. Quiet area as well, since you’re essentially on the border of the properly (facing west). It was pretty easy to get in touch with the owners when I needed to and they answered my questions.
Side note: I made my booking very late in the day so my room wasn’t clean when I arrived but they quickly rectified it and had someone come the very next day to take of it. Luckily, I had access to the washer and dryer so I could wash the bedding and towels myself, so I could have a comfortable sleep and shower the first night until she came. I’m not sure if I was using the air conditioning properly because it seemed to not shoot out cold air during the evenings the first two nights but the last night, it did, maybe it was my fault, not entirely sure, but I didn’t sleep the greatest because of it.I also would recommend cotton sheets for the bed because I was hot all night, which didn’t help with the lack of cold air. I also didn’t love that pool didn’t open until NOON every day. I can imagine there are people that would love to have a morning swim before the start of their day or a swim before they check out. 9 or 10 seems a little more appropriate, although 6am would be superb.
- Sheila (10/5): Very comfortable and peaceful. - Clean and organized
- Alana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heather (9/5): Great value and conveniently close to Horseshoe. - Great location near Horseshoe resort. Kitchenette is very convenient.
- Sulai (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, close to ski hills
- Jennifer (10/5): Great getaway! - It was quaint and perfect for what we needed. Great king size bed and room, instructions and directions were great and accurate. Owner sent pictures that were helpful and appreciated!
- Ashley (3/5): Owners don’t care - It took the owners 3 hours to figure out why the door key card wasn’t working and to get it fixed. We sat outside in the car driving around randomly to find a “welcome centre” which wasn’t even connect to the area. All the guy could say was “sorry for the inconvenience” … it snowed 17 cm of snow the night we were waiting for the room. Managers/Owners were not fast to call or fix a problem. Honestly I would have at least offered a discount considering we spent from 6pm-9pm outside… pretty much our whole night.
- Deborah (9/5): We were refreshed - It was a real nice quiet getaway which we needed :) Nothing. It was great
