GALINA (10/5): - Понравилось все. Мы забронировали квартиру 303 на 3 этаже,чистая постель,кухонная утварь,холодильник и все прочие удобства. Мы выехали из квартиры на пол дня раньше,вечером улетали, нам при выселении вернули 200000 донгов. При оформлении бронирования о возврате части уплаченной суммы речи не шло,мы были приятно удивлены. Мы останавливаемся в этом обьекте размещения второй год подряд,в следующем году планируем остановится здесь снова. Требуется ремонт замка двери туалета в 303 квартире.

Amrita (9/5): Superb - Comfortable room with all the amenities. Location was okay, a bit far from main attractions like Ben Thanh market but still decent and easy to get a grab. Description on booking.com said there would be a washing machine but there wasn’t one, and we were really looking forward to this at the end of our long stay in Vietnam. Shower drainage was quite poor and the water pooled up. A bit overpriced for a basic room and toilet in my opinion but still good.

The self check-in instruction is not working because the code to the door is wrong. At the end, we needed to call the host to assist.

Kylie (10/5): Fantastic, really comfortable - The single studio is super cute and faces away from the street, so it was really really quiet at night. There was some distant street noise but that was okay. The air conditioning was quiet too. I liked how it was decorated and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts were quick to communicate, and they did laundry quickly too which was super helpful. It's out of district 1 but the central area is an easy walk or ride away. There's a really good banh mi and coffee area by the river ten minutes' walk away. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed during my travels and I recommend it heartily. This is nitpicking and probably just personal to me. I like darkness when I sleep. There were good blackout curtains before the bed, but the kitchen window had blinds that didn't block the sun enough; I was woken up by it early, even through a sleep mask. Not a big deal.

Ahmed (9/5): Great price for a spacious room and good location. Responsive owners and powerful AC. - It was a great price for a whole room to yourself for a week. It’s only a 45-80k VND grab car away from district 1 which is pretty cheap. It’s on a quiet street and the owners are very responsive with your questions. The room service every few days was also really nice. At times it felt a little scary that the only lock for the door was the handle push button. It wasn’t a problem but didn’t give me an amazing sense of security. Either way nothing happened and nothing ever went missing throughout the stay. Also one towel had a small blood stain on it but it disappeared after a room service.
William (10/5): Great place will stay again. - Their bedsheets are so soft and smooth, had a hard time waking up. The place is quiet in a small street, yet near to the main roads. They had laundry service that are so quick, you just leave the basket outside and you get your clothes back the same day. The place is clean, the shower hot water can be adjusted to your liking, they have shampoo, body wash and even conditioner. Good WiFi, I booked 2 weeks for remote work, no problems. Would book again. Place is safe even at night, in the morning there are a few stalls like noodles for breakfast and 2 bakeries nearby too. Hmmm. Not much, but fair sharing, place is a tiny bit far from the main attractions but still within 10 to 20 mins grab bike at most.

Damiel (8/5): It is good place and closed to everything you need in Saigon. - Clean, quality in services Shower area floor is very slippery I felted one so hard very lucky my head did not hitting to the shower faucets. Need to replace shower floor because very easy to fall while people are taking shower.

Bao (9/5): Good location, valuable price, clean and neat - Location can connect to every areas. Starbucks is in front of the road, just 4 minutes walking. I hired a scooter for two days, which was good and new version scooter and adorable price per day. The staff and the owner are willing to help you any time. The sink in the restroom is a bit high for my girl friend.

Darya (9/5): Nice place to stay - The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, including a an electric kettle and a small stove. The bed is really comfortable even for my needy back) Our room was on the first floor, so we did not have any kind of view. I bet upper floors have it though. Also we heard all the neighbors outside the building especially in the morning, but it was generally quiet.

Morris905 (8/5): recommend for 1-2 night stay - Very friendly staff, nice value for money, clean, comfortable bed Not very comfortable shower head. The internet on the ground floor is unstable and not suitable for zoom calls. At the same time, my friends on the 5th floor had no problems with the Internet.

Chiara (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely room, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately we only stayed one night before an early flight but the neighborhood looked pretty nice and quiet. Self check in was easy and convenient. We didn't meet the host therefore we had to leave the cash to pay the room in the room, not very convenient if you don't have change.
