Important Information
- Upon your arrival the host will be waiting for you and will show you the house, give you the keys, explaining all the rules to be followed in the establishment.
- During your stay, only the guests who have initially booked will be allowed in the house. Additional guests are not allowed without requesting permission from the host.
- Guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. They will have to be accompanied or be members of the same family with people of a higher age.
- Pets of any kind and size are not allowed.
- No parties or events that have not been previously agreed with the host are allowed.
- It is not allowed to make commercial reports in the interior and exterior of the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, around the pool and in the barbecue area. In case of noncompliance a penalty of 150 euros will be applied to cover the costs of additional cleaning.
- The access to the swimming pool is exclusively for people over 12 years old, who are tall enough to stand in the pool. Parents must keep an eye on children under this age at all times to prevent them from hurting themselves or jumping into the pool with the obvious risk involved.
- The pool is heated at all times, please use the cover that is wrapped around the edge of the pool to keep it warm. Upon arrival you will be shown how to use the pool cover.
- Please pick up towels and mats in the pool area every night and store them inside the house.
- Responsibility for damages:
Any damage caused to the property will be the responsibility of the guest, in case of not declaring the damage caused and proving the same, we will proceed to the collection of the Guarantee Deposit agreed in the reservation of the stay.
- At the end of the stay the guests will have to pick up the garbage. There is a bucket for each kind of garbage. They will have to throw the bags in the corresponding container, all located in front of the same entrance of the house. Guests who do not throw their garbage into the garbage cans will be penalized with a penalty of 300 eur.
- Respect for the staff:
Inevitably there will be times of the day when our staff will access the property for cleaning, gardening, swimming pool maintenance, etc. The day of the delivery of keys the schedules and days in which this team will access the property will be communicated ahead of time. Please be respectful and tolerant and refrain from any verbal abuse.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
- Regarding the distribution of the rooms:
According to the number of guests the 7 available rooms will be enabled. Specifically, the 7th room and the corresponding bathroom on the first floor will only be allowed when more than 12 guests are accommodated or upon request.

Exterior con barbacoa Frigo y todo lo necesario junto a una gran mesa para comer. Y amplísimo salón con unas vistas fascinantes. Por otro lado, la ubicación en la costa noreste de Tenerife, la convierte en un punto de partida ideal para lo que buscábamos: Anaga, el Teide o San Cristóbal de la laguna. Agradecer a Elvira, el cuidado de cariño, que se nota ahorcado en la casa. Nada.

Highly recommend for those looking for a beautiful villa in a residential area The only downside to the location is getting a taxi to other areas. Getting back was no problem at all. The host was fantastic in helping us secure taxis though

Elvira, was very helpful and very efficient. The villa was excellent in every respect. Well equipped and very comfortable with everything in pristine condition. - Izabela (10/5): Magic place I wish I could come back some day - We stayed at Mango House during a family trip for Christmas. The experience was wonderful! I feel like we couldn't have chosen a better place for this time. This house is beautiful! Its location, layout, makes you cook with a view of the sea. Each of us had their own bedroom, there are also at least a few bathrooms, so that no one interferes with each other. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with many different appliances and a lot of dishes. We managed to prepare a big family dinner for 7 people without any problems. Another thing that deserves praise is the swimming pool - clean, heated and deep enough to actually swim in. The garden is another strong point of this property, there is even a second kitchen with a grill. Everything is really very well-kept and pampered. Contact with the owner is hassle-free. What's more, we had a special request of preparing a Christmas tree for us, so that we could put presents under it. This request was fulfilled without any problems. This is a wonderful place to watch magical sunrises, to relax after a whole day of sightseeing. The area itself is peaceful and quiet, ideal for location. Almost as soon as I closed the door behind me for the last time, I began to dream of returning there someday. Evertything was more than perfect
