• jeanette (8/5): Schöner restaurierter Palacio in guter zentraler Lage - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es ist ein schön restaurierter Palacio mit Innenhof. Der Zutritt erfolgt bei der buchbaren Garage und Suites mit Code, dennoch ist zeitweise Personal anwesend. Im Palacio hallt es sehr stark und ggf bis 2 Uhr früh hört man daher das Lärmen der Leute auf der Altsstadtgasse.

For sure recommendable for more nights, but one Night was too complicated for us with two small Kids and one car. The garage is incredibly narrow and it was very complicated to Check-in After 7 pm without personnel.

• Jason (8/5): - Really noisy until early in the morning. Obviously this is the trade off with a central location, however having experienced the noise, next time we would probably leave ok for a quieter spot.

Nous entendions énormément les gens dans les communs ainsi que dans les appartements voisins.. TOUS les matins nous avons été réveillées par les gros travaux de démolition sur la façade du bâtiment juste à côté du nôtre.. même si l’établissement de peut rien y faire il aurait été appréciable de prévenir les clients. La salle de bain sent l’humidité, la paroi de douche n’était pas étanche, et les joints n’étaient vraiment pas propres.. Heureusement l’hôtel est très bien situé.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste parfait nous avions loué une place de parking par l’intermédiaire de l’hôtel qui est dans une autre résidence, il faut un code pour y accéder. Malheureusement le matin du départ le code ne marchait plus (celui ci avait été changé), nous avons dû attendre l’ouverture de l’accueil de l’hôtel pour avoir le code (1h d’attente). Cela aurait pu être contraignant si nous avions eu un impératif. Pensez à vérifier la veille s’il fonctionne toujours.

El aparcamiento, dejamos el coche fuera de la ciudad y cogimos un taxi hasta el alojamiento. Y como sugerencia dejar unas servilletas.

• Olga (10/5): Очень классные апартаменты в самом центре - Очень красивые апартаменты! Все продумано для хорошего отдыха после дня впечатлений от Гранады. Просторно и все новое. Хорошее постельное белье. Мы остались более чем довольны! Кровать слишком узкая для двоих, но мы высокие и нам было очень тесно. Имейте выиду что окна спальни выходят во внутренний двор - патио и пожтому достаточно темно и слышно все звуки. В целом пришлось все окна закрывать - шумно. Плохо было то что в 8 утра начались ремонтные работы и было невыносимо громко. Никто не предупредил что там ремонт.

Si necesitas comprar algo cerca tienes andando a dos minutos un carrefour spress Que el aparcamiento está fuera del alojamiento y tienes que pasar por la puerta de otro edificio. Puerta que me encontré varias veces cerrada y tuve que acceder andando por la plaza del parking

• cinzia (9/5): granada bellissima e alloggio top!!! - posizione ottima, alloggio grandissimo e arioso-sebbene mansardato, arredato con molta attenzione ai colori e al design-piacevole all’occhio- staff gentilissimo, ci han portato loro le valige giù nel loro storage perché noi usciti presto-parcheggio comodo e funzionale - tutto benissimo, una cura maggiore su piccolissimi aspetti avrebbe raggiunto la perfezione( esempi: macchinetta caffè gocciolava, tavolino davanti al televisore con una gamba parzialmente rotta e un sibilo costante dal ripetitore wi-fi )-se inviassero esatta posizione parcheggio sarebbe meglio di ricevere indirizzo approssimativo e sole indicazioni fotografiche

You’ll will find everything you need (cleaning products, shower products, coffee capsules, thé etc). Given the standard and location of the accommodation, we didn’t pay much for one night, but the next morning we were awakened by renovation work next to the apartment where we stayed. We know it's not the complex's fault but we would have appreciated it if we had been told.

• Pei Wei (1/5): Poor and scary - Location was all it had going for it Our studio room was extremely noisy. The sound insulation was non existent. We could hear people talking, walking in and out of the property, up the stairs and closing the main entrance door. The room is also very dark with little access to natural light and the bathroom wall had mould. We were going to just tough it out for several days but the scare we got at approximately 4am on our first night, made us check out immediately the next day. Some people were trying to access our apartment late at night with a passcode. We shouted at them but yet they kept trying. They didn’t get the right code but it was enough for me to feel extremely uncomfortable and scared. We messaged the property that didn’t had a limited hour of reception attendance to let them know the issue and requested immediate refund but they have not provided a satisfactory response. I will not be returning and not be recommending this place to anyone as it affected our holiday in a negative way.
• Jewgenij (10/5): Besonders schön und sauber. Top Lage. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Besonders gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Wohnung war besonders sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Eine der besten und vor allem günstigsten Wohnungen auf unseren zweiwöchigen Reise. Das Personal am Empfang war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls jemand mit einem Auto anreist und einen Parkplatz benötigt dann bitte beachten, dass die Rezeption bis 19:00 besetzt ist. Die Wegbeschreibung zum Parkplatz durch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich. Ohne dieser wäre es deutlich schwieriger das Parkhaus zu finden. Dieses befindet sich übrigens nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, mit dem Auto kann es aber etwas länger dauern. -
• Michelle (10/5): Spacious and comfy apartment in historic center - The property is a spacious apartment conveniently located in the historic center. The beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the large table and comfy chairs in the dining room. The kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer in the unit was an added bonus, and it was nice to have a drying rack as well as lots of hangers available. The stove was a little tricky to use, though the staff was able to help us on that. The coffee machine was also tricky.

I arrived by car and needed a place to park, as stopping or parking in front of the hotel is prohibited. I wanted to ask the reception for guidance, but it turned out the hotel uses online check-in and there was no one at the front desk. I started the online check-in process: the first form was easy, but the second one kept crashing, both when uploading photos and entering data manually. Meanwhile, I asked about parking via Booking.com chat. I was sent a link to an app where I had to register just to park. After submitting the request, I had to wait an hour before I could actually park there. Honestly, it was a bit more automation than I could handle after a long drive.
