Bernard (1/5): - The environment was a calm place My stay at Birhan Guest House was very unpleasant. The management, especially Hilena, was rude and disrespectful. Although I was told I could use the kitchen, I was insulted for cooking and using basic utensils. She even opened my pot without permission and complained about what I was preparing. Despite paying $5 per night for 12 days, my room was never cleaned, and the waste bin was not emptied. The toilet and bathroom were also very dirty. I regret staying there and would not recommend this place to anyone.
