• Hartwig (9/5): Sehr gut. - Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig, freundliches Personal, gutes Restaurant und alles in einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
• Svetlin (9/5): One day trip - The hotel is recently renovated and offer self checking after 8pm. The breakfast is very good. There should be an additional pillows to choose the hardness/softness.

• Konstantina (10/5): Lovely location in Etropole - I loved the cleanliness and the price is really good for a night or two. There's a lovely restaurant/bar under the hotel which is so convenient! The beds could have been a bit more comfortable but other than that, I am very satisfied and would book again for short-term stays. The pillows and hardness of the mattress

• Georgi (8/5): Доволен съм от престоят си, независимо недостатъците. - Закуската беше превъзходна, като се избира от меню-лист с 5 различни вида закуски. Всичко беше прясно, вкусно и достатъчно като количество. Хотелът е разположен в центъра на Етрополе и има собствен паркинг. Липсва асансьор и това е проблем за трудноподвижни хора. Двойните стаи са малки по размер.

• Violina Dinova (9/5): - Wonderful place, in the center, there is parking, very clean and pleasant, the staff was very kind and helpful, I recommend it with both hands! There is no elevator! It is quite inconvenient to get to the top floor with luggage, difficult with a baby in your arms! We had dinner in the restaurant, which is great, but the food is well below its level, we expected more! The breakfast was nice!

• MARIAN (9/5): Decent și confortabil - Camera tip studio, suficientă pentru 3 persoane. Curat și confortabil, încălzirea era pornită. Luminos. Camera situata la etajul 3, există ascensor. Recomandat sa ai bagaje mici. Dușul e tip walk in , nu e montată perdea de duș.

• Maria Elena (10/5): Es excelente y a muy buen precio - Precioso, cómodo y limpio. Buenas camas, temperatura, baño perfecto. Volvería sin duda La recepcionista que nos realizó el check in, un trato desagradable, no sabía apenas inglés y parecía que le debíamos algo.
• Michael (8/5): Zweckmäß - Das Hotel diente die uns als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bei der Durchreise und passte dafür sehr gut und das Frühstück a la Carte war noch ein Bonus oben drauf. Daher habe ich auch die Bewertung nach oben aufgerundet.

• Bozhidara (10/5): - Изключително приятно място - чисто, комфортно, с красива гледка и уютна обстановка. Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив. С удоволствие бих се върнала пак.

Долу при рецепцията - много приятно кафене с усмихнати млади хора. Зареди ме престоя там - дори ми беше малко. Със сигурност бих се върнал отново там дори и да нямам работа в Етрополе. Не се сещам за такова нещо. Общо взето всичко беше на отлично ниво.

• Valentina (6/5): Трагичната закуска! - Хареса ни местоположението,имаше паркинг!Стаята беше чиста и подредена,новичко,в самия център! Двойното легло беше две отделни разместващи се легла! Закуската беше пълен потрес,чакахме 45 минути за уж пържени филийки,които бяха само с олио филийки! Нямаше дори чай или кафе към супер липсващата закуска,нищо не ядох,по-добре изобщо да не е упомената въпросната закуска! Лошо сутрешно представяне!

• Silviu (7/5): Fair for the price we've paied. - Nice restaurant with terrace, good beer, parking, very helpful staff, even if their english isn't so good. We managed to understood eachother. We forgot a wallet there with personal id's and banking cards and they called us and kept it there until we arrived back from Greece (after 10 days).. And that's deserves a huge appreciation 🙏. And they didn't accept any "attention" for that 👌. No separation of the shower in the bathroom. The sheets weren't without stains, but clean enough. Sophisticated location to found, but we've managed.

• Spasimir (9/5): Отлично разположение, добър ресторант и отзивчив персонал. - Страхотно централно място, практически на пъпа на града. Приятен и отзивчив персонал. Добра кухня в ресторанта, бързо обслужване и нормални цени. Стаята (студио) е много широка, с чудесна гледка. Отлично съотношение цена/качество. Доста ограничено място за паркиране. Няма балкони към стаите. Изпод вратата на банята водата се процеждаше в стаята и мокреше мокета, трябва да се помисли за някаква лайсна. Това не е по вина на хотела и в интерес на истината от рецепция веднага реагираха и постигнахме подобрение, но: вечер група планинари оставяха мръсните си обувки в коридора и из последния етаж се разнасяше ужасяваща воня.

• Виктория (2/5): Very poor - The interior was good, the room was beautiful and the furniture was very very new. Booked for one night only. Went to the reception and had to wait for the staff to assist us. She gave us the key to our room on the 3rd floor and told us that we should look for the number. There is no elevator. On first glance we liked the room a lot. In the bathroom there was nowhere to put our towels. Later found out that it has been 'broken' if i may put it that way. It had been placed on the wall with a double-sided tape and the housekeeper had left it under the bin's pedal. The sheets had plenty of stains. Waterflow was far from satisfying and the toiletries' packaging was open. Bathroom was very small. On the next day, early in the morning around 9:30-ish we were still in bed and heard somebody knocking. Thought it was for another room and ignored it. There was a second knock and I got up and went to the door but wasn't able to get there fast enoughbecause the housekeeper had already unlocked the door even tho we locked it and the key was on it. When i looked at her very sleepy and annoyed she said that they thought we had already left. I asked her why would they assume we did considering that on the laminated information list it is stated that check out is at 11:00 and she retorted that it is at 10:30 and i asked if she would like me to bring it to her and show her and she said no and left. Found the experience very displeasing.

• Anela (8/5): A nice place to stay - Very nice location. Spacious room, equipped with all basic necessities. The staff was OK. The price was decent. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the voices of the people in the neighboring room when they talked. The room was clean but I would have liked it a nudge cleaner. There is no elevator. It was fine for us to climb the stairs but people with heavy luggage should have that in mind.
