Guest Reviews
- Keren (8/5): Comfortable and well-located Brunswick East apartment - Very nice apartment which was perfect for our stay while visiting family in Brunswick East. The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was excellent with the no. 1 tram directly outside apartment building and the no. 96 a 10-15 minute walk. I'd definitely stay again. I wasn't aware of the apartment management's Boarding Pass system when booking the apartment through Booking.com. Management could make this a little clearer at booking and that extra personal information will be requested. This was a worry the day before travelling to Melbourne, however, it turned out, and the Boarding Pass check in/out information and process was easy and straight forward to follow.
- Gillian (9/5): - Amazing location.
Steps to restaurants, cafes.
IGA at the bottom of the building.
Clean, nice minimal interior.
Surprisingly quiet, considering it’s on a busy street. Nothing.
No blind on the living room window, which didn’t bother me from a privacy point of view but it’s the only thing that could be improved.
- Graeme (10/5): -
- Brent (9/5): Superb -
- Mr (9/5): Already detailed, herewith. - Being of late flight arrival, made key collection, and property identification very difficult.
No number or distinguishing identification on the building, or address.
Totally in the dark, at midnight, only to be saved by a man leaving the building, who was able to identify and confirm we had discovered the right address, and how to enter the property, and where the parking entrance, in another street, was, and how to gain entry there, although, hit or miss picking the right door, out of two options, to reach the appropriate floor of the accommodation. Again, no signage, or identifying guidance. Once we finally reached our appartment, (TWO hours after arrival, and fumbling arround), we were dissapointed, and frustrated, to say the least.
The rest of our stay was perfect as was the condition of the Appartment, and, it's location, to the CBD, and Lygon Street, Restaurants Again, very pleased, and no complaints with anything else.
We WILL book, and stay at this property, and recommend to anyone else, considering this location. As aforesaid, arrival identification of Appartment, and parking direction.
- Michael (7/5): Good - Location, view. Building was dirty, carpark was tight and access was hard, there were no blinds on the living room windows, so there was no privacy.
