• Lalaine (8/5): It was a lovely weekend staycay the amenities provided helped us feel at home. We were able to cook our meals and enjoy - The master room bed was extremely comfortable. I haven’t laid in a bed like that before. The decor was a beautiful beachy vibe. The noisy floor boards. I suggest a rug by the tv as I like laying on the floor and the kids were on the floor doing puzzles.

You can see a lot of thought has gone into ensuriing guests are comfortablle and have everything you need - including the little things like coffee pods, biscuits, milk in the fridge, washing powder in the laundry. Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to coffee shop and beach. 10 minute walk to beachside restaurants.

• Jenny (5/5): Very disappointed - Position was great. We only stayed one night, and that was probably for the best. The apartment is in desperate need of repairs and maintenance. The screens throughout are damaged and need replacing, and there’s a real lack of proper air conditioning – only portable coolers venting through broken fly screens. Additionally, the furniture, especially the lounge suite, was in poor condition and badly stained, requiring either replacement or a professional clean. The kitchen was also disappointing – there were splatters in the microwave, dirty cups in the drawer, and food residue on the fridge and cupboard doors. On a positive note, the management was responsive. After we contacted them with photos highlighting the apartment’s disrepair and cleanliness issues, they promptly refunded our cleaning fee.

Shower head and water pressure- Hot water ran out showeing 4 people. but was ok just took showers at different times.

No free to air TV, small shower cubicle and shower rose height not good for 6ft person. Master bed very soft for anyone that has a bad back.

Also booked for 5 adults, which the rooms didn't accommodate for as the bunk beds are not adult friendly There was no light in the toilet

• Denis (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cove Villa and would not hesitate to book there again. - Palm Cove Villa had everything we required as accommodation and was only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Only 1 of the bedrooms had air conditioning

• Kieren (7/5): Good - The only issue we had was the lack of decent air conditioning or ventilation upstairs, in the bedrooms. Being hotter weather during our stay made it very uncomfortable upstairs, even overnight with a the provided fans on. Would recommend an air conditioner being installed upstairs. We ended up sleeping on the couches as it was too uncomfortable for us and the kids. Everything else was tidy and clean, location is good, and the contact was helpful and friendly with helping us get our keys.
