• Yurii (10/5): The best apartment for favorable price! - The apartment is very clean and modern. The owner's hospitality is on the highest level. It's equipped with everything required for comfortable living, including kitchen utensils, coffee machine, washing and drying machines, 2 sets of AC (which is very advantageous during hot summer).The location is great as well, very close to the downtown. I'll definitely return to such a nice apartment next time with great pleasure. ---

• Zoia (10/5): - Хозяйка квартиры очень милая и заботливая встретила меня на машине ночью на остановке, так как самолёт прилетел поздно, заселила, всё показала. Приятным бонусом были фрукты, круасаны, кола, кофейные капсулы и чай. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: стиральная и сушильная машина, микроволновка, духовка, 2 кондиционера. Желаю процветания Анне и буду рекомендовать всем знакомым. Не хватало штор на окнах, так как через ролеты солнечный свет пробивался по утрам и хорошо было бы иметь настенные часы в комнате.

• S (10/5): Superfijn gehad en geweldig appartement. - Heel aardige gastvrouw waarbij je je meteen erg welkom voelt. Ze heeft zelfs gezorgd voor lekkere verrassingen in de koelkast en op de aanrecht. Fantastisch 🤩
• Mirela (10/5): - The best apartment we have stayed in! It was spotlessly clean and tidy. The hostess warmly welcomed us - an extremely kind and lovely woman. She and her husband provided us with a parking place for our car. There had even prepared water and small snacks for us. The apartment is close to the centre, there is a market nearby and the neighbourhood is quiet. We will definitely come back!

Посещавали сме доста апартаменти със семейството ми, но това е най-уютния и най-чист дом в който сме имали удоволствието да гостуваме. Важно знать: после 20.00 парковка до 9.00 бесплатная. Не надо искать ту,где не надо платить. Квартира на 1 этаже,сразу налево коричневая дверь. Если вы не семейная пара,надо сказать,можно спать на диване. Нет такого.

• Oksana (10/5): Super apartment, fully equipped! - We stayed for only one night but left extremely impressed. Ann has made sure that you arrive and feel immediately at home; it is clean, there is something to drink and to eat, and the couch and bed are super comfortable! Nothing!
• Achim (10/5): - Apartament foarte curat si elegant, situat in apropiere de Catedrala din Varna, dar cu deschidere catre o străduță secundara, linistita. Mobilier modern, foarte bine intretinut. Mic market in apropiere, un centru comercial la mica distanta de proprietate. Proprietar deosebit de amabil si disponibil, care te ajuta cu toate informatiile necesare si chiar mai mult. Raspunde prompt, apartamentul sau corespunde intocmai descrierii de pe site. Toate facilitățile descrise se regasesc in realitate. Am fost incintata de sejurul meu si cu siguranta voi reveni fara ezitare! Mulțumesc pentru toate produsele puse la dispoziție (fructe, cafea, vin). Am apreciat grija proprietarului pentru oaspetii sai! Nu este cazul.

• Artur (10/5): - The apartment was spotless. Very clean, well furnished, nice size and located in walking distance from the town centre. The owner is fantastic, very nice, speaks English. We communicated through WhatsApp before arrival and throughout our stay. She left some breakfast treats for us in the fridge, which was also very nice. I'd surely stay here again.

Μεγάλο ψυγείο, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, μηχανή καφέ, δύο air conditioning, μεγάλη τηλεόραση, πολύ άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι, μεγάλη ντουλάπα για τα ρούχα, πλυντήριο. Πεντακάθαρα όλα!!! Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με τα πόδια.Η Anna είναι καταπληκτικός άνθρωπος, πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική!!! Μιλάει Αγγλικά και έχει συνεχή επικοινωνία μέσω κινητού τηλεφώνου για τα πάντα!!! It is furnished with lots of attention to the detail and personal love and care. Everything is brand new! I was extremely positively surprised by the little but still important gestures the apartment is full of. You have coffee, beverages, water, even food there prepared for what you might possible need. The owner is very polite and cooperative with whatever you ask for. I am very happy I chose Ann's apartment for our stay in Varna and I recommend you visit it too! I hope I will too.

We only stayed one night, passing through from Turkey to Moldova, but that didn’t stop the host from leaving us snacks and sweet surprises for the kids. We’re delighted. Highly recommended with love 🥰 All parking areas in the city center are paid. The authorities are strict — you'll get fined immediately. We actually got a fine, but we also managed to find a free spot. Just be careful. (The host was impeccable.)

She even came to greet me personally, which made me feel right at home. She also gave me so many lovely compliments. The apartment itself is spotless, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for great stay - every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. The location is also excellent: there's a supermarket right across the street and it's very close to the city center and bus stops, making it super convenient to get around. I highly recommended this place and would definitly stay here again. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience! Nothing

The location is very good too, close to the train station and not too far from the center. Very close to a bus stop too. The host is also awesome. She went out of her way to help me check in earlier, because of my early arrival in Varna. She is a great and caring woman. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
