• Manuela (8/5): - Pulita e semplice Mancano le accortezze, ad esempio pochi asciugamani. Era presente un mobiletto aperto x le valigie ed uno piccolissimo in bagno. Eri costretta a spostare le sedie dappertutto, ma se ovviamente ti dovevi sedere rimanevi senza. Host Lorenzo molto gentile

• Daas (10/5): - Un appartement très bien pensé et très bien agencé. Tout est neuf. L'appartement est refait à neuf. Colisée à 20 minutes à pied,station metro a 5 min de marcge et un supermarché en face. Rien à dire. Tout a été parfait.
• Martina (8/5): Príjemný pobyt - Výborná poloha, uteráky k dispozícii, čisto. Veľmi slabé vybavenie kuchyne, a teda týkajúce sa varenia ani nemyslím, ale nie je kávovar a poháre/šálky obmedzene, boli sme celý čas mimo ubytovania tak to zásadne nevadilo, našťastie. Ale čo považujem za veľké mínus je permanentný zápach v kúpeľni, akoby kanalizácia, nepomáhalo mať ani celý den a noc otvorené okno a vždy nás tent smrad čakal ☹️🥴.

• cs75021 (10/5): Excelente - Apartamento muito bom, espaçoso e confortável. O anfitrião Mark estava nos esperando e explicou com detalhes tudo que era necessário saber para a estadia. Cozinha equipada e próximo do supermercado Conad. Também tem uma farmácia na frente, mas estava fechada devido ao feriado. Localização excelente, dá para ir ao Coliseu a pé. Gostamos de tudo.
• Samet (8/5): Top Lage - Die Lage war perfekt. Leider nicht sehr sauber gewesen und Handtücher gab es nur einmalig. Bzw. weitere Handtücher nach Zahlung. Bei zwei Kleinkindern eher schwierig mit so wenig Handtüchern auszukommen. Und bei dem Preis sieht man es nicht ein für weitere Handtücher zu bezahlen.

• Aleksey (10/5): - Очень хорошая квартира, находится в очень интересном доме, кровати удобные, нас порадовал кондиционер, в квартире было очень чисто и красиво. Очень интересный лифт в доме. До Колизея пешком около 15 минут, рядом продуктовый магазин и аптека, много кафе, рядом станция метро и даже до вокзала пешком около 15 минут. Нас встретил администратор и все показал, когда нужно он был с нами на связи и помогал советами. Проживание было комфортным. Все было хорошо, возможно хотелось больше места в кухне, где стоял диван, однако в то же время в квартире выделена отдельная спальня с дверью.

• Marlon (7/5): - Good location. Close to amenities like grocery, restaurants and attractions. Caretaker is very helpful and fast response in answering questions. There is no washing machine as advertised. Aircon not working sometimes, you need to reset before it works again. Water in the shower too long to drain.

• Pavel (9/5): Absolute satisfaction. - The accommodation was in a very good location, about 5 minutes from the metro and about a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum, supermarket just across the street. The street was busy, but with the windows closed, almost nothing could be heard. The apartment has air conditioning. A quiet and nice house. Absolute satisfaction.

• Josue (9/5): Very nice flat. - The flat was very spacious. The person who I met was worried because there was no hot water when we arrived but he fixed in a few hours. No issues at all after that. A nice detail was that the bathroom was away from the room. The appliances al very good and despite the street was very noisy, the windows helped a lot to not hear anything. Location is 20 minutes from Fontana di Trevino and 10 from Coloseo. Very nice area though.

• Kodra (7/5): GOOD LOCATION BUT TOO SMALL APARTAMENT . IDEAL FOR 2 PEOPLE IF YOU RE COUPLE - THE LOCATION WAS GREAT ,NEAR ROME TERMINI AND COLOSSEUM . WE LIKED THE AREA , IT HAD A COOKING PLACE AND A MICROWAVE . IT WAS WARM IN GENERAL THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL , SMALLER THAN IT LOOKED ON THE PHOTOS . THE DOUBLE BED WAS PLACED IN A ROOM TOOO SMALL AND THE BAD THING WAS THE DOOR . IT WAS A GLASS DOOR .SO IF YOU ARE A COUPLE AND HAVE FRIENDS WITH YOU DONT GET IT CAUSE IT TRANSPARENT AND ME AND MY BOYFRIEND SETT UP SOME BLanket AND WATER BOTTLES TO ISOLATE IT . IF I KNEW I WOULDNT RESERVE IT . THERE WAS SOME USED PAPER UNDER THE BED .

• Anonymous (8/5): It was pleasant staying in Rome. - Its location was central and it was super clean. Host was helpful and accommodating. The neighbors were quiet so one can sleep nicely although occasional emergency services sirens were annoying sometimes. Colosseum is just minutes of walk and with kids we visited several times. We found it clean and stayed there for four days no intermediate cleaning even no more toilet paper and garbage bags to throw garbage.
