There was a small balcony; it was dirty and unappealing. For the price paid, this accommodation was a long way below expectations.

Wifi wasn't working, neither was the dishwasher. This was a little frustrating. I mentioned to the host but neither were addressed.

Communication was 10/10 from host, kept in touch, instructions were clear, was there for help/ any questions if needed & helped thoroughly with searching for items that had been left behind. Definitely needs abit of TLC, you can tell the apartment is due for some renovation (wall paint coming off, bottom of doors breaking etc) just needs abit of love as you can definitely see the wear & tear as it’s getting older. Ceiling fans only in certain bedrooms and aircon unit only in lounge-room/dining room. There needs to be ceiling fans in all rooms especially with the summer heat as the portable floor ones don’t do enough. I’d say slightly too expensive for the area/ quality of the apartment but it was a last minute booking.

Host communicated well and it was nice to have a hidden laundry to access. The bedrooms were crowded with a double and single in each room - it was difficult to navigate around the furniture to get into the bathroom. The apartment could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms

- Natalie (3/5): Poor - We were given a room (107) for our stay from 22/9 - 28/9 that had mould all over the curtain and walls. There were some weird marks on the beds and ants all over the kitchen. There was also ants in the baby’s crib which meant we didn’t feel safe letting our newborn sleep there so I held him while he slept and also put him is his pram. My children slept on the couch as we didn’t want them in the room with mould. We immediately contacted the place and they advised they would contact us in the morning. They then made us wait till 1pm the following day to rectify. We were very unhappy. We requested a full refund as we didn’t feel safe or comfortable and they refused this, instead swapping our apartment to 305. This apartment was clean however then had workers come in multiple times during our stay and they even let them in without notifying us on one occasion. I would NOT recommend staying here. Unsafe. Mould. Not clean. Don’t risk your safety. Shouldn’t be allowed on public site.

Communication shocking, apartment shocking - The location When we entered the apartment, it was clear that this apartment had previously been flooded. there was water damage to most of the doors and the apartment it's self smelt damp. We arrived on the Friday night and woke up on the Saturday morning to discover the 2nd bedroom curtain was covered in mould. We made contact with the owner and asked for them to contact us as we did not want to stay in that apartment anymore as we would not be able to use the second bedroom and had paid for a two-bedroom apartment. We did not hear back from them until the Tuesday once we had checked out. So, five us ended up having to make do in a one-bedroom apartment with a double and single bed. I have been in communication with the property since then and was offer a refund of $30 for the cleaning fee after many many emails I sent through being ignored or replied to days later. As I explained to them, we essentially ended up in a one-bedroom apartment so should receive the difference back in the cost. I do not usually write reviews like this, but I am so disappointed by the response or lack thereof response that we have received. One of my children suffers from a lung condition so using the second bedroom was never an option.

- Joseph (8/5): Great apartment with plenty of room - Perfect location with plenty of shops and takeaways nearby. Underground parking which suited my UTE, beware that the height restriction is 2.1m. Rooms were big and comfy. Beds were great!. Bathrooms need some minor TLC to be more presentable. The battery on the NBN device beeped throughout the night as it showed on the device that the battery needs to be replaced.
