• DAIANA GABRIELA (5/5): - Ubicación. Limpieza. Faltaban varios utensilios de cocina como bandejas de horno y otros. Tenía solo 2 cafe para una estancia de 2 adultos x 3 dias. Habían toallas sucias en el baño escondidas arriba de un mueble de blanco.
• Paola (7/5): L'arte di arrangiarsi - Check- in lungo e complesso; appartamento luminoso, caldo, vicino a tutti i servizi (supermercati, ristoranti, caffè, attrazioni della città). Silenzioso e posto in un palazzo signorile ben tenuto. Piano doccia e doccia datati. Purtroppo non c'è la lavastoviglie (come detto nella descrizione dei servizi); il forno è inutilizzabile perché non c'è né il piatto forno né la griglia; il frigorifero non ha la maniglia e per aprirlo bisogna prendere lo sportello dal basso; i tegami sono costituiti da 3 padelle di teflon, un unico grande tegame di teflon, non ci sono mezze misure; abbiamo dovuto scaldare il latte nella padella!!!! Le tazze da caffè sono tutte spaiate e di misure diverse; assenti le tazze da colazione; le posate insufficienti e di modelli diversi; non c'è uno strofinaccio per la cucina, né presine, né detersivi e panni-spugna per pulire (c'è solo il detersivo per i piatti e per il bucato). Comunque arrangiandoci un po' siamo state discretamente .

• Kari (8/5): - Bra beliggenheten. Verten var lett å komme i kontakt med. Var litt støy fra varmtvannstank på rommet. Kjøkkenet noe dårlig utstyrt. Savnet litt større kaffekopper og vannglass

• Janelle (6/5): Pleasant - The location was close to the Milan Central and easy to walk to Metros into the main city area. The size of the accomodation was good and plenty of room for your belongings On check in we couldn’t get through the main doors as per instructions. Lucky for people coming out otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten in. Although the host through booking.com was easily contactable. The apartment floors were dirty and dusty ++, bed and pillows uncomfortable and the toilet seat is broken

• Gift (2/5): The cleaner the dark guy was nice and one other man that came to fix the heater - The kitchen The location and its was a bit cold the first day.,the check in was stressful oh my God …..we payed and they didn’t collect the city tax together with the payment and arriving at the property then we couldn’t go in …and said we must pay the city tax along with the check in this online check in was so frustrating and it’s was cold …we stayed outside almost 2 hours

• Amir (6/5): Not so good - Location is good near to central station. Apartmemt to station is about 700m. Halal food is easily obtained around. Many restaurant nearby. Supermarket is just around the corner The floor is dusty. Apartment did not have tea, sugar. Take longer time for water heater to have hotwater for shower. The room is cold at night as the room heater/radiatir is not working. Have inform the owner twice but they did not come to check.
