Josephine (10/5): We had a family get together all different ages. from 18-70,everyone was comfortable& had their own space when neede - Everything you needed great for all ages . Nothing major , air conditioner didn’t work in one room & stove wasn’t working .
maria (3/5): if cleaned and maintained outside it could be a great stay - location, beds comfortable, nice showers, good layout poorly kept, run down, outdoor of home not appealing! Studio had awful smell, faeces in toilet and on seat, oven dirty, vacuum cleaner full to brim of waste, cobwebs on ceiling, plates in cupboard had animal droppings or something, skirtings not cleaned, windows and dills dirty, ashame cause layout is great and surrounds !We got sent wrong wifi code, key for studio wasn't where it was supposed to be, had to call staff, one room no wardrobe, studio none either, plumbing vents smell which permeates thru house, the dining table is really wobbly, needs thorough clean in and out, gutters have weeds growing out of them, pool tile area all old and surface coming away, pool chair broken, someone nearly hurt themselves when they went to sit on it! Sorry but all true, shame really!

William (8/5): We were 2 sets of grandparents with our kids and there 4 the house really suited our needs plus close to Hunter gardens - Remoteness yet close to everything plenty of accommodation different living areas so we were close but could still spread out Cleaning wasn’t perfect had a small issue with one air conditioner but staff responded promptly

Bingquan (1/5): Not suggested to stay. - The holiday house is clean and neat quietly with lots of entertaining facilities. The dining chairs are very slippery and the windows’ design has it’s flaws which made kids or the elderly falling and injured. The windows and glasses doors for the main house are not tempered glasses which is very fragile and old, residents might fall off the slippery chairs and break the bottom of the glasses doors and injured. And the host won’t recognize this problem and flaws with his cheapest cost of house renovations, and make the damaged bill charge to the guests.
