Angie (3/5): I don't recommend it - This place has just 2 good things: the location and the size of the rooms • The internet doesn't work in the room. • You could access both rooms with just one key (I asked them to fix that, at least they did it) • They cannot guarantee your security (there is no communication when someone else is staying, you just know when they are already there. The last night a couple just entered and started smoking weed, which made me uncomfortable. And once I thought someone was trying to break in in the middle of the night. • You need to justify why they should go and clean up, they don't offer you the cleaning service or tools to clean up yourself. At the end if you send videos of all the dirt, they show up, but the cleaning is very superficial. • They just care about taking the money and then forget about you. • Even the checkout was horrible, I hadn't the code to leave the keys and no one answered. Also, in the check-in, the instructions weren't clear, the code was wrong, I had to figure it out by myself. • They reply to your messages and are very kind, but it looks like a robot most of the time and if you don't push the conversation, they just left you on seen. • So many ants, especially in the kitchen. When I arrived, everything looked "clean" but looked like no one had stayed there a long time ago, there where spider webs everywhere.
