- Nicholas (7/5): Although there was a noise issue the owners rectified the issues to my satisfaction - Good value self little contained basement flat. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors so you can hear the people upstairs walking around and in this case that was at 4am one night.

Getting around was a breeze with the nearby transport, and the neighbourhood was clean and quiet. Next time we’re in London, we’ll definitely stay here again!

- Ritalab (10/5): We wanted to have something more spacious with the energetic kids and this place was perfect. - This flat was soooo comfy and well equipped! with a family of 4 people we spent 3 days there and we were totally satisfied. It is well connected to the the central spots but was a bit difficult to go to Legoland and to Gatwick. But all in all the facilities and the space was worth the effort. We will surely return. Actually, there was nothing wrong, it is a very good place for short or longer stays and I just can recommend it. The area is quite interesting, with a lot of good street food options.

- Jeff (7/5): Good - The apartment was in a great location being a 5 minute walk to the strip of shops, restaurants and public transport making it very convenient. Upon checking in there were a few goodies as a welcome gift, including milk. Always appreciated. Communication with Sophie (property manager) was prompt via WhatsApp and also appreciated especially over a long weekend. We have not stayed in a basement apartment before and due to the heavy footsteps from the tenant in the apartment above during the day and night, we probably won't again. If stairs are an issue for you (not us) going down the stairs to the basement apartment may be a problem. TV did not work but Sophie promptly organised a technician to fix the issue but unfortunately he could not fix the streaming service which also was not working. Another technician came in the afternoon of that same day to fix that issue. For our inconvenience we received some more goodies. There is a booklet explaining how items in the apartment function/ how to operate appliances but in some instances not clear or correct. This has been pointed out to Sophie who was going to update this document for future tenants.

The property is spacious and very well organised so it feels like at home straight away. Sophie was impecable in her communication so all instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The flat is clean and extremely well maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere.
Basics are provided - milk for instance and it is a nice touch for people who just arrive in the accommodation N/A
