• Rosario (3/5): Un desastre - La ubicación Colchón de cama undido e incómodo , solo un vaso y dos copas cuando es un apartamento para 4 , cuarto de baño que se les caen los azulejos .sillas se le mueven las patas, no pudimos utilizar el microhondas, llegamos de madrugada por retraso del vuelo y el anfitrión no me había dado la clave para coger la llave tuvimos que llamarle de madrugada y al dia siguiente ni se preocupó de preguntar la sistema del water un verdadero desastre , los grfos del lavavo de pena en fin yo no lo recomiendo y creo que se me queda bastantes cosas por decir... ... ....

• Valentin (6/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem Londoner Altbau - Leider etwas heruntergekommen. Das Badezimmer fällt auseinander und an der Decke recht übler Schimmel. Der Wasserkocher ist voller Kalk oder was da auch immer drin war. Es war alles da, aber es sieht auf den Fotos besser aus als in echt. Die Lage hingegen war super! Gut angebunden und nette Lokale in der Gegend Die Betten inkl. dem Schlafsofe waren überraschendbequem! Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke!!
• Michelle (8/5): Good trip decent good value accommodation for this area in London - Great Location good communication prior to arrival good size apartment. No heating other than 2 plug in heaters which I wasn’t happy leaving on while we went out or the kids were in bed therefore cold most of the time! No lock on inside of door felt a little uneasy not been able to lock it, very thin curtains in bedroom could do with blackout curtains, bathroom desperately needs updating not dirty just old
• Chris (8/5): Amazing location, good price, needs a little TLC in places. - The location is hard to beat. Very close to the tube and a good selection of local shops. It was easy to get any groceries we needed. A number of pubs, local bars and restaurants. The apartment is of a good size with all the amenities you need including a good sized TV and very fast internet connection. There is a little outside area with table and chairs. Being late October, we did not use those. The bed in the lounge was quite noisy due to service vehicles very early in the morning, The back bedroom was better. The plug was missing from the bathroom sink. A bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Decorations need a bit of TLC in places.

• Jaswant (8/5): The place was safe and in good location with comforts of almost a home. - The 2 room unit was spacious. The Kitchenet was well equipped with oven, toaster, cooker, nice crockeries, hot water flask, even dish washing soaps, cleaning detergents and ample cleaning cloths. The master room bed was king size and comfortable. The sofa bed was also large and comfortable. Comfortably 4 persons could sleep in this unit. The beddings and towels were more than sufficient. The Owner replied promptly to our queries via whatsapp. The unit has a flight of steps which was challenging for us with luggage bags to bring up. The toilet need some improvements such as long bath rubber mat and also a side holder to get in and out. The toilet flush is a pump type which needs to be replaced as the flush works after several pumping. The TV controls - Owner need to tidy up the wirings and also label and give instructions as to how to use. Owner was however helpful when called.
• Jennifer (3/5): Definitely not a deluxe apartment, noisy and overpriced. - Location was very central, easy to walk to sights. On arrival room had not been serviced or prepared for us. We had to go out for over 2 hours to allow the cleaner access. Noise a major issue , music from restaurant below, neighbours noise and you could hear footsteps when anyone used the stairs or walked inside their apartments. Windows draughty and allowed all street noise to enter apartment. The bath/ shower would be dangerous for older people as it had a very high side to climb over to get into the shower, with no handrails to hold onto.

• Petrus (5/5): Matig maar wel okay - Locatie was prima Oud appartement heeft een renovatie nodig en vooral de badkamer. Veel geluid van buiten en bovenburen. Vloer was ook al een tijd niet gedweild. Terras was fijn maar vol met onkruid, blikken verf en een koffer die er al een tijd stond. De eerste poort valt niet goed in het slot, de tweede deur is altijd open en de deur van het appartement is ook redelijk gammel. De slaapkamer heeft geen raam maar alleen deuren dus dat is ook niet fijn met slapen. Vriezer deed het ook niet. Woonkamer was wel prima alleen staat er een klapbed in de hoek van de kamer.

• Abigail (4/5): It was ok but I definitely wouldn’t describe it as “deluxe” and am glad I had a last-minute deal that was almost £200 ch - Good location, relatively easy to get in. It was a bit tired, there was only one ‘glass’ tumbler (it was plastic) and it was quite noisy in the early hours.

• Aidan (5/5): Location brilliant, easy instructions for stay, secure and safe. Just lacked any nice feeling. The place desperately nee - Location was brilliant, instructions where clear and concise. Fans were put in for the heat which was very appreciated on the hottest day of the year. Pictures look great on booking however, in person things weren’t quite the same. Roof terrace was a mess, unappealing and made us not want to use due to mess, unclean, dirt and junk everywhere. Facilities were dated and in need of a renovation.
• Paul (8/5): Great value for money - Great value for money and great location. There's a pub round the corner so expect to be able to sleep on the sofa bed only after 23:00.
• Chris (2/5): Very disappointing - Location was good - close to Covent Garden etc We arrived at 20:30 after a long day to find out the apartment hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants - the beds weren’t made, there was rubbish and dirty glasses everywhere. We were then asked to leave the property for 90 minutes to allow time for it to be cleaned. Unacceptable really. When we did return, the apartment had been cleaned, however, the pull out bed fell apart meaning that one of our party had to sleep on the floor, really poor experience overall. The apartment itself is very dated, missing drawers etc. the roof terrace is a mess full of old suit cases, paint tins etc.

• Ray (2/5): Owner should be ashamed - Location and 2 bedrooms Didn't like pump toilet (what century is that from?, picture shows after many pumps), iced freezer, light comes in through closed curtains, small glasses were used jars, bottom drawer missing from dresser, lights under kitchen cabinets didn't work, never got tv to work even though I explained issue to owner (didn't volunteer to come fix), crappy set of used hangers for closet, no pictures in the bedroom. Owner clearly takes little pride in this place. Many old issues left unaddressed. Wouldn't recommend for a friend. Owner should stay here for a few days and see if he feels good about himself afterwards.

I spent the first night on the (more comfortable) sofa bed in the lounge, but the street noise was SO loud! Also, i felt a little uneasy that i couldn't lock the front door from the inside - it needs a new lock.

Had to pay for another hotel and the owner refused a refund despite video and photo of evidence. Never apologised then tried to sell the apartment for a night I’d already paid for. Curtain panel missing from „second bedroom“ Pump toilet!

• Gregory (3/5): Never again. - Location. Convenient to the neighbourhoods we had to spend time in. Not renovated at all. Very archaic. In main room, which we also used, as advertised, for sleeping purposes, no insulation (noise or cold air). Very thin curtains, not even on full length of windows. Restaurant immediately below (music and noise). Archaic bathroom (toilet flush must be primed by manual pumping, difficult to make it work). Heater in main room not working. Had to use portable heaters (provided). Bedding quality horrendous. Furnishing of very low quality and poor condition.

• Dotras (3/5): Very bad experience. Super expensive and its the total opposit of a deluxe appartment. - This apartment is extremely overrated. I’ve never encountered a toilet that requires "pumping" before flushing, which makes a lot of noise and disturbs everyone, especially at night. One of the living room curtains was missing, which was inconvenient. The price is excessively high for what’s offered. The front image in the ad is misleading, as it doesn’t reflect the actual building. There's also a noisy restaurant downstairs, making it difficult to relax. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and a remote control was missing. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is very disappointing.

• Harish (4/5): Easy and centrally located - The apartment is located in the center of the city and was very convenient to my office. The apartment is outdated, with a clean but basic setup. It has one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, facing a noisy main road. The windows are not soundproof, allowing noise from the road and the apartment above to be easily heard, especially at night. The living room curtains are not blackout and offer little privacy, and the bath towels are kids size and too small for adults. The bathroom is old-fashioned with separate hot and cold taps, making it difficult to mix water. Overall, the apartment is decent but not impressive.

• Ismet (9/5): No BIKE TAXİS- ESPECIALLY Beware ADAM Tymc..k Perfect place to stay with your family.. - Its a property with a well equipped kitchen So we could prepare kids and our meals according to our taste.. Supermarkets were so nearby and for its offices area no noisy times we experienced. Hot water was excellent. By the way read and watch the instructions video for toilet flusher ! Its working Just a bit tricky Unusual but good.. one of the best part of the story is the balcony reachable from the bedroom - THE TERRACE... Good for smokers and breakfasts in good weather.. By the way dont use bike taxis. He charged my wife 400 GBP for a short ride in a rainy night from the concert hall to our apartment . Actually I would like to complain about it but I dont know where to write to . Its a credit card payment and I have all the receipts. I any one can give me an idea I would be very happy Thanks in advance...

I would have preferred to see the real apartment complex as my expectations were higher. 2. Fridge and microwave are too old, would be good to renew them.

• Aveen (7/5): A spacious well located apartment that feels safe and comfortable with a responsive owner. - Location was excellent. Near plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Communication with owner was excellent. Plenty of towels. Linen was soft and beds were comfortable. Picture directions were very helpful to locate the property. Good Hot water supply. We appreciated the key lock box for access to the property. TV channels and smart TV available, WiFi was pretty good in main living room. Liked that the owner left large good toiletries , shampoo, showergel, washing up liquid. Handy having a dishwasher, and full size fridge freezer. The Gazette restaurant underneath the apartment is fantastic, make sure you book in advance. Deluxe is a little misleading. The pump toilet was annoying after a while. There seems to be a problem with the sink drainage (video provided to deal with it). The curtains could do with an upgrade. The dining chairs were wobbly. Couldn't figure out heater in bedroom (that could be my fault). Some extra drinking glasses would be good. I prefer a new kitchen washing cloth/sponge.
• Filipa (10/5): We will definitely coming back - The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect and quiet It was a bit hard to find the building, as soon as we enter the flat it came a very strong smell of chemical like hospital smell ( it’s a good sign that means the house as been disinfected), unfortunately the dryer program broke luckily we just booked 3 days so it’s wasn’t too bad, the toilet definitely needs a upgrade

• David (1/5): Bad - Apartment was dirty on arrival - it had not been cleaned from previous stay. Beds, kitchen and bathroom were dirty. The second bedroom is missing a curtain, meaning it was impossible to sleep in.

• Clare (9/5): Clean comfortable basic apartment - Location was brilliant a short stroll from the tube. Instructions for entry were perfect. It felt like a safe and secure location to stay in London. The bed linen and towels were spotlessly clean. I think that repair of a missing curtain rail is a priority as the room is used as a bedroom. Although obviously clean it is fairly basic inside and maybe a bottle of water and or milk in the fridge would be a nice touch.
• Thijs (1/5): We should get a refund, not ok to charge money for a place with dirty laundry... - Ok location. There had not been cleaned before we arrived. The sheets were dirty, so we had to sleep in someone elses used sheets and use their towels.
