• Mohamad Najib (9/5): love the accommodation, the location.. all is great! - the location - on top of paradigm mall.. easy access the washer dryer - this is the main selling point for me.. I was hooked when there is washer dryer Will definitely come again! Recommended shower area - the water go down too slow and we have to pump it to make it flow better..

• Ithnin (8/5): Comfortable stay! - The host was very helpful and nice. Location was great, just beside the mall. We liked the pink theme room, quite cosy and very clean with full amenities. Wifi was great too! Air-con remote control not so responsive.
• Muhammad (10/5): - Firstly is the location. Just above paradigm. Definitely whatever the family needs be it young or old, it is there at Paradigm. Secondly, Clean and spacious. Just one small matter... No table lamp/night light... But sleep in total darkness is fine..haha

• wenx (9/5): lovely weekend stay - hosts that i was communicating with via whatsapp were very polite and helpful! location was great; room was clean & well-equipped; kids love the swimming pool and playground. hand soap for the toilet sinks would be useful!
• Nabilah (8/5): - It's convenient...shopping centre just below the apartment..apartment was clean and comfortable..met our expectation..owner was friendly and helpful..fast respond from them..will surely come back if we are there.. Need to clear up the garbage to the waste area.
• RAGHUKISHAN (9/5): - Amazing accommodation. Connected to mall. Very good location. Smell in master bedroom at times. Short time only. Have informed management, and this apparently has been sorted.
• Angsana (8/5): Good location! - Location is above the mall. The apartment is good and quite new. The internet is weak especially in the bed rooms. There is sewage smell at one of the toilet.

• Irene (9/5): Wonderful cosy stay - The place is very clean. Good place for 6 pax. The owner is very responsive. There was a bit of smell coming from the common toilet window outside. Good to close the window.

Staffs are friendly and provided very clear instructions on everything from check ins, check out, parking, wifi, dos and don’ts. Plus point is the location that is so convenient. Right above mall. Place is clean and cosy. Everything is provided! So don’t fret about anything, you are gonna enjoy your stay here. None so far! Keep it up…

• Meng (8/5): Value for money Family stay - Convenience and safe designated parking. Host will contact via Whatsapp the night before check-in to give details of self check-in and parking arrangement.. There are some foul smell from Master toilet drainage.
• Fathul (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant - Fast replies on confirmation and ensuring I understand procedures once booking is confirmed. Room was clean and tidy. Location was ideal. Carpark entrance too far, would be great if could park nearer for convenience to old people.
• Carie (10/5): will come back to stay again. we all love the apartment - very nice and clean apartment. kitchenette is fully equipped with cordless kettle, microwave and fridge. also washing machine with dryer function. towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided too. the decor is also very pleasing in pink theme.. beds were spacious and comfy. one of the best apartments we have stayed in johor. its located right above the Paradigm Mall. so very convenient to head down for food and shopping. The mall has many activities for kids too. 1. Wifi connection is very bad. keeps disconnecting and even after we turn on and off. The TV relies on the wifi connection so trying to watch something and be annoying with the bad wifi. 2. out of the 4 nights , one of the days there was a sewage smell from the master toilet… seems like on and off… after sometime it the smell disappeared. 3. Car park access door to lift doesnt have any big sign… so we went round trying to find which door to tap access.

• Sherif (9/5): Family Stay at Paradigm residences. - very clean, comfy apartment, with good facilities. connected to paradigm mall which is very convenient. easy check in and check out. helpful staff. They have upgraded us from 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom apartment. Netflix wasn't working

• Guntzenbach (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice apartment conveniently connected to Paradigm mall. My children were very excited about the pink decoration and size of apartment. Love the fact there are two toilets so if you don't have to spend a long time waiting for the other party to be done. Only the bedsheets didn't feel like cotton. But this may not reflect everyone's concern. My children slept very soundly. .
