• Virgilio (8/5): Buon weekend a Vienna - Letti buoni, tanta luce spazio a sufficienza per 2 persone. Tutto bene organizzato ottime istruzioni per l'uso. Pulito. Ottima doccia e spazio doccia. Metro a 300 metri. Supermercato vicino metro La ventola del bagno water è insopportabilmente rumorosa. Va cambiata. La casa non è accessioriatissima. Per esempio uno straccio da cucina oppure un rotolo di carta asciugatutto e un tagliere farebbero comodo. Sarebbe comodo anche uno sgabello basso largo dove appoggiare almeno una valigia

• József Gergő (7/5): Mindent összevetve ez egy jó szállás volt, ha a konyha felszereltebb lenne, akkor tökéletes volna. - Jó volt az elhelyezkedése, elég világos volt és megfelelő volt a mérete is. Olyan mint a képeken egy szép új építésű társasházban van. Nem volt eléggé felszerelt a konyha. Nem volt éles kés, sütőpapír, fakanál, így nehézkes volt a főzés.

• Marlies (6/5): - Gute Kommunikation. Abreise mit Kfz empfehlenswert. Mit den Öffis doch ein Stück Fußweg von der Ubahn bis zur Unterkunft! - Hell, eher für Kurzaufenthalte gedacht. Für Paare oder Familien mit größeren Kindern. Das Interieur ist zwar schick, aber für Kleinkinder eher nicht geeignet. Die SZ sind sehr eng und kahl gehalten. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Es war sauber. Anweisungen klar und verständlich was den Check in betrifft. Die einzigen warmen Räume waren das Bad und das WC. Im Wohn-/ Küchenbereich, wie auch in den SZern blieb es, trotz Aufdrehen der Heizung (wohl Fußbodenheizung) extrem kalt. Das WZ heizt sich auch durch die größte Fensterfront, va mit nur den Jalousien, ohne Rolladenschutz, wohl generell schwer auf. Es gibt kein Geschirr Tabs, keine Küchentücher und weder Tee noch Kaffee, obwohl eine Bosch Tassimo Kaffeemaschine im Apartment platziert war. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber andere Gäste, ca bei Ankunft spät am Abend oder am Wochenende, wo wenig geöffnet hat (es befindet sich das Apartment in einem Wohn-/ Industriebezirk), kann es Gäste geben, die es eher unhöflich empfinden, nicht Mal 1 Kuechtuch oder 1 Tab für den Geschirrspüler, am ersten Tag, vorzufinden. Im Bad sollte der Duschvorhang etwas gereinigt werden,...die Armatur des Handwaschbecken s ist meiner bescheidenen Ansicht nach nicht passend, da Sie für die BV Eckenform zu kurz ist, dass das Waschen für Erwachsene mit größten Händen ein Spektakel wird.

• Bartosz (5/5): - Balkon przestronny, stosunkowo cicho, blisko stacji metra (7 min). Ręczniki i pościel czyste. Dobry internet. Elektryczny kaloryfer zdecydowanie na plus. W obiekcie zdecydowanie występują braki w wyposażeniu: deficyt kubków, szklanek, brak desek do krojenia. Była zmywarka, ale nie było tabletek, to samo z ekspresem na kapsułki, których również było brak. Pralka była, ale również żadnej chemii do tego. Za to płynów do kibla pod dostatkiem :). W pokojach brak szafek i lampek nocnych. Obrzydliwa cerata na stole jadalnianym i obrzydliwa zasłona w łazience. Apartament nie był czysty. Kurz i pajęczyny, lepiące się od brudu szafki i podłoga. Bezsensowne, niesprawne sprzęty, które zagracają przestrzeń. Brak moskitiery, a było dużo komarów. Na powitanie zastaliśmy rozgrzaną do czerwoności indukcję, gdzie łatwo można było się oparzyć. Obiekt proponuje miejsce postojowe przy obiekcie, ale cena 20 euro za dobę jest delikatnie mówiąc przesadą. Polecam zaparkować samochód przy P+R Leopoldau za 4,40 eur za 24h i dojechać do obiektu metrem jeśli nie planuje się korzystać z samochodu.

Staub auf dem Boden Lange schwarze Haare im Badezimmer Alle Fenster von oben bis unten voll geschmiert Ebenso der Fernseher und alle Spiegel Wie man eine Unterkunft mit solchen Fenstern vermieten kann ist mir ein Rätsel Konnte aus Aufgrund der Lichtverhältnisse leider nicht fotografieren

• Yonatan (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, in a quiet area with easy access to the U-bahn. It was perfect for what we needed.
• Artur (8/5): Very good - Location is super quiet, people in the neighborhood are friendly. Transport communications are close to the apartment, so you can get to the city center in 30 minutes. Climate in the apartment is a bit warm and wet, but there were two portable air conditioners.
• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - Very clean and large apartment, located in a new building in a quiet area. A shopping complex and the metro station are a maximum of 10 minutes walk away. The apartment does not have air conditioning, or at least it did not work. During the summer it can be uncomfortable.

• Siong (3/5): please don’t ever book this place for your stay - nothing location, service of host who can even speak English, dishonesty of host who tried to get more money for rental, kept us waiting downstairs in the cold when we arrived at the agreed time to check, rooms are so small that if we leave our luggage in them, there isn’t any walking space
