• raitaniemi (2/5): Aamun kiire - Meille oli ilmoitettu väärä pysäköinti ruutu ja lähtö aamuna meille soiteltiin kokoajan että automme on väärässä paikassa. Emme myöskään saaneet parkkihalliin avainta joten menimme halliin kiertäen autoramppeja pitkin. Asunnossa oli hyttysiä jotka söivät öisin. Vessanpytyn kansi oli myös rikki ja astioista puuttui puolet. Asunnon haltioita ei saanut kiinni. Myös lähtöaikamme olisi pitänyt olla 12.00 mutta aamulla meille ilmoitettiin että on lähdettävä 11.00.
• Hansen (3/5): The place was surprisingly dirty and uncomfortable. Non of us got a good night sleep during the stay - Location was good. Free parking. In the guidelines photo the access keys were supposed to be in one place (the guidelines text and photo). It wasn’t there. Contact numbers were not reachable. After a long wait they called back and told that the key was hidden in a totally different place. Somewhere else. With the family room was promised multiple copies of keys, but there was only one key. The room was supposed to be prepared, but there were previous guests things left behind. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. In booking there was no mention about additional fee for having bed linens. Not even after the booking was made. Previously they sent several informative letters about arrangements but nothing about the additional bed linens fee or to bring our own was mentioned. But ONE day before our arrival and in the middle of our travel was sent an information that bring your own or rent for additional fee. I rented bed linens for four, received towels only for two. Rooms were very hot with zero air conditioning. Toilet seat is loose and the toilet seat cover has a fixed crack in it. The leg of a coffee table is also loose. And the edge is chipped. Soft furniture is stained. One lamplight does not work in the master bedroom. The set of dishes is severely lacking. Only three glasses. Four people had to manage to eat sup with one bowl. So we had to use mugs for eating soup. No scoop. One rather repulsive pan. The apartment was full of mosquitoes. Everyone got thoroughly bitten while sleeping (not sure it was just the mosquitoes). Door to the apartment is paper-thin. Neighbors kept walking in and out from their apartments all night long. It was possible to follow their loud conversations, laughter and banging doors all night long. There was free parking in a nearby parking building. The parking space was on the 4th floor. The staircase and the lift were only accessible with an access-card which wasn't included with the key.

• Juha (3/5): Asunto hyvä, majoittajan viestintä ja vuorovaikutus surkeaa! - Asunto on siisti. Bookingin asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällinen ja auttava, kun olin yhteydessä ongelmiemme vuoksi. Majoittajan lähettämät tiedot majoituksesta eivät pitäneet paikkaansa ja viestit sähköpostiin tulivat niin myöhässä, että ehdin jo huolestua. Missään vaiheessa majoittaja ei vastannut lähettämiini teksitiviesteihin/sähköposteihin eikä vastannut soittoihin. Avaimen säilytyslokeron koodi piti 24.6. tulleen sähköpostin mukaan tulla tietoomme noin vuorokautta aiemmin. Saimme siitäsähköpostin klo 16.11, siis 11 minuuttia sen jälkeen kun majoittautuminen alkoi. Tuossa samaisessa 24.6. tulleessa sähköpostissa check out on merkitty 10.7. Klo 00.00-12.00 ja sen mukaan illasta ohjeistin lasten heräämiset. Aamusta kuitenkin tuli viesti Bookingin välittämänä, että check out klo 11.00. Tähänkin yritin vastata ja kertoa tämän olevan eri aika kuin mistä on sovittu ja tämän tuottavan meille suurta haastetta. Viestiin ei voinut vastata ja tekstiviestiini ei ole kukaan vastannut. Minua on harmittanut tämä koko reissun ajan. Lyhykäisyydessään; majoituspaikka hyvä, majoittajan toiminta aivan surkeaa. Tulen olemaan vielä Bookingin asiakaspalveluun soittamalla yhteydessä, koska majoittajan täytyy saada etukäteen lähettämänsä tiedot täsmäämään sitä, mitä hänen automaattisesti (oletettavasti) lähtemät viestit majoittumisen aikana taasen antavat tiedoksi.
• Elina (7/5): Good - The apartment was very nice and modern with all the equipment you need. It was possible to cook and use the washing machine. The location was also quite good - city centre isn't super close, but still walkable distance and if you have a car, there's no problem at all. It was very difficult to get into the apartment since the host never sent us the right codes to the key box. The directions to the parking house were also completely misleading. The parking house has an actual address that makes it easy to find, so hopefully the host will share the address in the future instead of a misleading map.
• Adéla (10/5): Nice place to stay in Turkuul - Everything was great! 🤩 Nice apartment with big kitchen and bathroom. Clean and quiet. The only thing we would still welcome is a bigger double bed, but that depends on everyone's needs. 🙈
• Al_kor (4/5): Disappointing - You need to pay for linen and towels additionally, and it was unclear on the booking stage. By booking terms, check-out is at 12:00, but at 10:00, you receive a message that you must check out at 11:00. Looks like all messages from the host are bot-generated, with no answers on your messages. The lockbox with the key is located at another building entrance.
• Rafał (6/5): Mixed feelings, the entire stay was spoiled by the check-in process. - The apartment was great, well-equipped in a new building with spacious rooms. The check-in process spoiled the whole experience. There was no key to the apartment in the locker we were given the address to. We had to wander around the area before midnight, tired and with a child, looking for the key to a substitute apartment that we were given for the first night of our stay.
• Robin (9/5): Enjoyed our time here, clean contemporary apartments, safe area, with local supermarket. Secure parking was very good. H - Clean contemporary apartment within reasonable walking distance to city centre. Supermarket near by. Host had good communication and gave clear instructions for obtaining key and access to car parking. Enjoyed the stay, Thank you! Minor points, could use a few more kitchen items - glasses, cups, plates, oven glove, pizza slice, but overall well stocked.
• Inci (9/5): Comfy and silent flat in the center - The location was good, the house was pretty clean and the beds were very comfy. It was verrryy silent as well. We loved that it was self check in and check out. The guidelines they sent were very clear and helpful as well for parking spots and bins. The apartment was getting a lot of sunshine and the inner yard was filled with pretty flowers! I liked most things but here are a couple of suggestions: A couple more towels ( i would say headtowels were missing and handtowels for kitchen and bathroom) The oven trays were dirty, I understand that maybe its not a place to check but it was surprise to find something dirty in a really clean place otherwise. Also the fridge could have used a clean, it was looking lived in rather than dirty despite being empty. I did not see instructions for turning the water on for the dishwasher but luckily i knew we had to do it as i have lived in Finland before, the other guests thought the dishwasher was broken because they did not know that they needed to turn the little thing to on from under the faucet. This little detail could be included in the guidelines. When parked on the 3 rd level across the street, one has to go down by foot because the access to the elevator and stairs are locked by a key and a code. Could be useful to have it to not need to walk back 3 floors in the same place as the cars especially when collecting the car back. Lastly, several more glasses and bowls could be a good addition to the kitchen. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
• Deborah (10/5): Clean and safe area and flat, close to a convinience store and a playarea that the kids loved. - That the parking was upgraded to a parking garage was a huge bonus.
• Nancy (10/5): Overall, we were very hapy with the apartment. - The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We had plenty of space. It was very clean. There is a K Market just down the road, which was very convenient. We walked to the river and to 10 Bikes to rent bicycles. Finding the key was somewhat confusing, as the lockbox was on a different building than the apartment. We did figure it out, and then all was ok. Better instructions on where to park would have been helpful, as we parked where we were told and got a parking ticket. Later we were told those were outdated instructions. We had to inquire numerous times to determine if the ticket was paid. The parking location was a ways off.
• Peter (7/5): Reasonable apartment with poor customer service. - We found it hard to find the lock box with the key and then we had been given the wrong code. On a Sunday in the cold and rain this was not great. The location was not very nice, building going on all around. The reception was poor and when I asked for more blankets I got no response.

• Willem (9/5): It was a nice plice, would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Turku for a weekend. - Nice apartment with everything you need. They are building some more apartments in the same area, so we first thought it could be noisy but we didn't hear a thing inside :-) Small thing but it was the instruction to receive the key from the lockbox. It is located in a different building and it was a bit unclear as the provided instructions which included pictures were a bit outdated due to the construction going on in the surroundings.
• Kimmo (9/5): Recommended also for longer stay. Home away from home. - Free parking. Friendly and helpful host. Apartment was clean and practical. Bed was super comfortable. There was construction work on next street but the apartment was still quiet. Separate bedroom and balcony gave good extra space. Parking was a bit far. Kitchen was good but utensils could have more variety and quantity.
• Alison (7/5): Good - Very clean and warm apartment No dedicated parking space. But we did find free parking near the apartment.
• Ueangfa (6/5): We had a comfortable stay. - The apartment was clean and modern. We felt comfortable. The apartment felt spacious even for three people The bedside light opposite the window has a short circuit or bad connection.
• Reet (9/5): OK - The bed (& silence day and night). The kitchen with all possible equipment. The TV-set. Free parking.
