Consuela (5/5): - Es gab viel Platz und den Pool auf der Dachterrasse hatte man eigentlich immer für sich alleine. Die Unterkunft war nicht schlecht aber weit ab von allem und der Besitzer wollte gleich bei Ankunft noch zusätzlich Geld in bar für die Reinigung haben was angeblich bei Booking.com noch nicht inklusive war. Etwas skurril.

Diego (1/5): Falta de seriedad - Reserva cancelada por el alojamiento, alegando overbooking, a pesar de haber sido confirmada con anticipación. La cancelación ocurrió durante un evento masivo en la ciudad, cuando no había alternativas disponibles a precios razonables. El alojamiento además intentó que yo cancelara directamente, en lugar de hacerlo por la plataforma. No recomiendo este alojamiento por falta de seriedad y cumplimiento. Situaciones como esta generan un impacto importante en los planes de viaje, especialmente cuando se viaja en familia.
