Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, da consigliare a tutti per soggiornare e visitare la splendida Atene. Ultima stanza al secondo piano dopo 2 rampe di scale molto strette

My favourite property in Athens! A part of me selfishly does not want to share this lovely property because I want to be able to book it when needed; however, I need to be fair and share my appreciation for being able to stay at such a lovely property!The communication with the Host was seamless, the location was ideal and the interior design is very nice! I travel to Athens at least once a year and this is my go to place every time! I'm looking forward to returning for the second time this year... ohpohpohpohpoh! See you soon!!!💖 Not a criticism; rather an FYI if someone has heavy luggage, be prepared to take your luggage up a small winding staircase. Also, might I suggest the installation of a small light near the key lock box in case the guest arrives in the evening and the provision of a bottle of water in the refrigerator upon arrival.☺️

Το μόνο σχόλιο για βελτίωση που θα ήθελα να προσθέσω είναι πως χρειάζεται ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης και μια καφετιέρα Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το δωμάτιό μας βρισκόταν στον δεύτερο όροφο και δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ, οπότε τα σκαλιά ήταν πολλά.

• Giulia (9/5): Posizione e servizi ottimi, qualcosa si può migliorare - Posizione eccellente, era tutto comodo e raggiungibile a piedi. Camera moderna, pulita e poco rumorosa nonostante si trovasse nella via centrale. Letto molto comodo e i servizi offerti comodi per una breve colazione mattutina. Camera al secondo piano con scale a chiocciola molto ripide e assenza di ascensore (scomodo per i bagagli) Assenza di armadi (erano presenti solo 3 appendini). Presente solo un grande asciugamano a testa per la doccia. L'indirizzo presente su booking, se copiato e incollato su maps, riporta a un bar poco distante invece che direttamente alla porta di ingresso. È necessario scrivere L'indirizzo manualmente per arrivare alla giusta posizione lungo la via principale.

• Dave1310 (8/5): Superweekend Athene - De plek in de stad was top. Veel geluidsoverlast, slechte isolatie van ik denk het dak. En vervelende lampjes die constant branden. Warm water was uitgezet en geen uitleg dus na contact gelukkig duidelijk. Het was een echt flink hoog, smal trappenhuis voor koffers.
• Jennifer (8/5): Estancia genial!! - Alojamiento super céntrico con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. La cama te atrapa y se dierme genial. Buena comunicación con el casero. Sin duda repetiriamos. Tiene unas escaleras de caracol un poco estrechas que para subir con la maleta es un poco molesto, pero nada grave. Tienes que estar subiendo y bajando el diferencial del cuadro de luces para que salga el agua caliente (30 mins antes) pero sabiéndolo, lo puedes encender al llegar por la tarde a la habitación.

Saub - Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, auch die Möbel waren sehr gut und modern. Auch mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat es gut geklappt. Summer summarum war alles gut. Nicht informiert war ich allerdings in der Frage wie man das Wasser fürs Duschen anwärmen konnte. Der Vermieter hat mich diesbezüglich bei einem Telefonat aufgeklärt
• Ian (7/5): Well positioned apartment providing unexpected cardiac workout. - Well positioned for tourist sites, shops, bars, and restaurants. Very clean. Double glazing reduced noise. Access via very steep spiral staircase. No information about using heating. Fridge didn’t work. No mattress topper and sheets not big enough. Some crockery and cutlery provided but no cleaning materials. WiFi very slow

• GREGORIS (7/5): - This was my second time staying in these apartments, and overall I am satisfied, especially considering the value for money. The room was clean and the facilities were good. The apartment was on the second floor and there is no elevator, which made it difficult to carry a large suitcase. Also, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

• Bayraktar (8/5): Great for a short trip to Athens - Excellent location. You can walk everywhere in 10-15 minutes. The room is well decorated. The bed is really comfortable. The Wifi wasn’t working when we were there. Also we were not able to use the dryer since the socket in the bathroom was broken. Cleaning could have been better.

• Andreas (10/5): A well recommended stay for Athens City Centre - A great place to stay. Definitely recommend!! The location is ideal for the city centre, since everything is in walking distance. A well cleaned and spacious room with all the facilities you may need. One of the most important things is the comfy bed, and the responsive staff. We stayed on the second floor and since there is no elevator the stairs are a bit too much.

• cesare (8/5): Bella stanza in zona centralissima - Stanza ben arredata e pulita. Lenzuola troppo piccole per il letto che si è disfatto subito. Nessun caffè o tè per il bollitore.
• Carolina Del Carmen (8/5): Muy bien - Lo que nos gustó fue la ubicación muy céntrico y todo lo tienes a mano, super moderno y limpio, personal muy atento. Las dos cosas que no nos gustaron: muchas escaleras para subir ya que nos tocó en el segundo piso y teníamos dos maletas y dos bolsos, y son muchas escaleras. Y otro punto la cama era muy incomoda, se hundía en el centro y no pudimos dormir casi nada porque era incomoda, por lo demás todo bien. Recomiendo también que pongan una pegatina en la parte del cuadro de luz que sea visible para que los huéspedes la vean y puedan activar el tema del agua caliente aunque no ponen en las instrucciones.

• Kevin (7/5): Bijou apartment in lovely spot - Central location in lively area. We enjoyed walking from the rooms and exploring locally. Rooms were smaller than expected. Just a double bedroom with bathroom, really. Bed was fine but one pair of curtains was hanging off its rails. It was too tall for us to try and fix so we had to use hairgrips to keep it together. Bit surprised that it was left like that. Also, no top sheet on the bed. We found a duvet and were assured by the owner that the duvet is laundered between guests. We thought it would be easier to launder a sheet. Also, the bottom (only) sheet was not fitted and kept coming adrift. Shame, because the bed itself was comfortable. With a little more attention to detail, we would have given a higher rating because the apartment is in a great spot.

• Andreas (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι πολλή καλή. Τα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα ! Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν και υγρό σαπούνι. Ύστερα από επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες , ενώ μας είπαν ότι θα μας φέρουν την επόμενη μέρα και σαμπουάν και υγρό σαπούνι, δεν μας δωθηκε τίποτα από τα παραπάνω. Αναγκαστήκαμε να τα αγοράσουμε μόνοι μας. Η σκάλα είναι λίγο απότομη. Αρκετή φασαρία απέξω. Και καλό θα ήταν, να μπουν και πατζουρια.

• Алина (6/5): - The location and the building itself are great. The area is very pleasant, close to the metro, and it’s very convenient to get to the airport by public transport. The room was warm and the interior is nice and cozy. Unfortunately, the stay was affected by several important issues. The room was not properly clean when we arrived. The floors were dirty and there were no slippers provided. What troubled me the most was that the duvet was not inside a duvet cover. This is very unhygienic, as I had no way of knowing how many previous guests had used it, so I could not use it at all and had to sleep only under a thin sheet.

• Διονυσια (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν μοντέρνο και καθαρό με πολύ βολικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια! Η πρόσβαση με βαλίτσες μέσω μια ξύλινης στενής στρογγυλής σκαλας ήταν απογοητευτική. Επίσης στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε νερό για εμάς που φτάσαμε αργά στο δωμάτιο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική !

• Cosmas (9/5): Great accommodation in downtown Athens - Centrally located with all the necessary equipment for an enjoyable stay. Easy instructions to find and enter the apartment. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Very lively. If I had to put something as a downside, it would be the lack of lift to the rooms. You need to take into consideration that there are 50 steps to climb for the second floor, on a winding staircase.

• Monika (9/5): Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Apartament czysty i funkcjonalny. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Wygodne łóżko. Strome schody prowadzące do pokoju mogą stanowić problem. Żywa okolica z lokalami otwartymi do późna generuje pewien poziom hałasu. Nawigacja pokazuje adres podany w opisie apartamentu w innym miejscu. Dla mnie nie były to znaczące niedogodności, ale wyobrażam sobie, że dla kogoś mogłyby być.
• Nicoletta Giovanna (8/5): - Ottima stanza in zona centralissima, vicino alla metro e a tutte le principali attrazioni. Molto comodo il letto e gli spazi sono adeguati. Attenzione a chi ha difficoltà a deambulare o semplicemente ha una certa età perché le scale sono a chiocciola e abbastanza ripide. Per fortuna avevamo solo due piccoli zaini ma immagino che salire delle grandi valigie sarebbe stato molto faticoso. In bagno sarebbe da aggiungere la ventola molto rumorosa e la luce dello specchio che lampeggia. Il letto andrebbe posto su un'altra parete perché attaccato al muro risulta scomodo salire e scendere per chi dorme da quel lato. In ogni caso il soggiorno è stato piacevole e consiglio questa struttura.

Hızlı cevap veriyorlar ama dönüş yapacağız yazıp kayboluyorlar. Yorgan sağladılar fakat saatlerce cevap alamadığım için kendim dışarıdan örtü satınalma konusunda kararsız kaldım. Sabun kaliteleri çok düşük. Check-in saati 3 ve asla esneklik sağlanmıyor. En azından bavulları koymamız için yardımcı olabilirlerdi
