Андрей (4/5): Надо решить вопрос с возможностью оставления багажа в квартире или на ресепшен. - Место расположение хорошее. Многие достопримечательности Рио-де-Жанейро в пешей досьтупности. Чтобы получить информацию по заезду в квартиру ее хозяин выслал мне по Whats App только в день заезда. В здании, в котором расположена квартира своеобразная архитектура - внутри здания где расположены лифтовые кабины и за ними существует пустое пространство, а квартиры расположены по периметру этого пустого пространства. Мы проживали в этой квартире в период с 04.05ю.2026 по 09.05.2026 и в этот период времени шел ремонт в соседней квартире и на других этажах, поэтому работа перфораторов и молотков начиналась с 8 утра до 7 часов вечера. Более того, 8 мая 2026 года вам начинает бот каждые 2-3 часа присылать напоминание, что вы должны съехать с квартиры до 11:00 - это раздражает. Кроме того, я обратился к хозяину/хозяйке квартиры с вопросом, что у нас рейс в Сан-Паоло в 19.30, а выехать мы должны из квартиры до 11.00, можно ли будет оставить вещи до 15.00 либо в номере либо на ресепшене. На что я получил отказ и предложение оставить вещи в местах хранения багажа, которое ближайшее было расположено километре от места расположения квартиры и за каждую оставленную вещь на хранения взималась плата 6 долларов США.

Christian (8/5): - Me atendieron muy bien y estuvieron atentos a cualquier percance. Solucionaron un problema del wifi pronto y fueron muy amables La ubicación es un poco insegura, sin embargo asi el edificio tiene seguridad 24hrs lo cual es muy bueno :)

João (9/5): - A localização do hotel é ao lado do metrô da Carioca, também é ao lado do VLT. Isso facilita o acesso às praias do Rio e a centros turísticos. A cama do hotel é bem confortável e o espaço é ótimo. Consegui usar a televisão tranquilamente. Os utensílios de cozinha disponibilizados são o suficiente para cozinhar. Quando fomos ao hotel tivemos um problema com a tranca da porta mas foi resolvido rapidamente quando contatamos a pessoa responsável pelo hotel. De vez em quando achamos algumas pequenas baratas no hotel.

Alex (4/5): Ambiente bom, mas muito barulhento (andar baixo 1 e próximo a rua) - Quarto extremamente barulhento, andar baixo (1 andar) próxima a rua e as janelas não tem vedação alguma. Outro ponto, no anuncio indica "Apartamento com Varanda" e não tem varanda.
