• Antonio (1/5): - Nefasto Fatal Mal el día anterior, me lo cancelan x qué si, dicen que x no pagar una fianza cuando ya tengo pagado el apartamento totalmente, les parece poco dinero x adelantado? Dinero que no se cuando me devolverán, yo pagué ipsofacto, pero la devolución, sin prisas 7 y 12 días, y dinero el que ellos quieran, ESTFA en toda regla, además de haberme intentado timar con un correo de booking falso me dejaron teniendo que buscarme otro sitio, voy a denunciar x todos mis medios posibles estás prácticas fraudulentas espero que esto sirva a otras personas para que no contraten con booking

I got a message saying I need to leave a deposit otherwise they were going to cancel the booking. We stayed and nothing special about the place just the view.14 days later I messaged the owner asking where my 100 euros was.They said I wasn't getting it back because we were smoking which is a load of lies because none of us smoke. Even if we did smoke we're four fully grown adults and not stupid enough to smoke inside. Now I have been complaining to booking.com and the bank about this place. 100% scammers, stay clear of this place.

• Sheden (1/5): Le loueur est un voleur qui réclame une caution mais ne la rend pas. - La vue sur la mer Le loueur est un VOLEUR !!!! Il m'a réclamé 100€ de caution via booking en me menaçant d'annuler la réservation. Puis après la réservation il n'a pas voulu me rendre ma caution en prétextant que nous étions plus que 4 ce qui est totalement faux. Il ne veut pas envoyer les images de la caméra qui lui servent de preuves.

• Sylvia (10/5): Wunderschönes Penthouse mit Meerblick! - Das Penthouse ist wunderschön! Die Lage ist ideal, direkt am Meer, sogar von unserem Bett aus konnten wir das Meer beobachten. Auch der nah gelegene Supermarkt war perfekt. Die riesige Dachterrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Gäste brauchen eine Kreditkarte, damit die Kaution vorab gezahlt werden kann.

• Mach (2/5): It's the type of accommodation that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. - The behavior of the owners or administrators is absolutely appalling. The answer after 24 hours, without a signature, who you are actually dealing with. I sent a message to the accommodation in advance that our plane lands at 8 p.m., if we can check in until 9 p.m. The next day the answer came that check in is until 8 p.m., then the code expires. If we want to check in later, we have to pay an extra 25 euros. For what?? The keys are collected in a regular metal box with a 4-digit code, so nothing can expire. They simply misled us into paying an extra 25 euros. They had absolutely no agenda with a later arrival, I filled out the online registration myself in advance. We looked for the box for a long time, and it was also difficult to open. The highlight is that they require a deposit of 100 euros, which they will only return after 14 working days. Why?? I don't understand. A terrible experience, never again.

O mare minciuna ,ne a intarziat avionul si am ajuns dupa 12 noaptea si codul era accelasi. Mai mult ca sigur si daca nu specificam ca ajung dupa ora 16 intram linistit. Pretul din aplicatie nu este real,dupa ce rezervi si primesti mail de confirmare aflii ca trebuie platita o garantie de 100 de euro care se ramburseaza in 14 zile lucratoare daca nu gasesc ei ceva deteriorat. Apartamentul arata groaznic,nu am platit acea garantie la apartamentele de lux in care am stat. La telefon nu iti raspunde nimeni,sunt doar pusi pe facut bani fara a oferi conditii.

Cobran una fianza que te ves obligado a pagar para poder acceder a la llave, después tardan 15 días en devolverla y solo tras reclamar a Booking.com. Por otra parte el equipamiento era justo, no había una manta para añadir a la cama ni algún sistema de calefacción. Entiendo que no es habitual tener clientes en invierno, pero si se ofrece en estas fechas deberían de disponer de algo.

Esta vez me estafaron, me cancelaron la reserva ya pagada, antes de llegar, y me mandaron un enlace para volver a pagar cobrandome mas. Estaba con mis hijos pequeños, y tenia que pagar si no me dormia en el coche. Voy a poner una denuncia tanto en el booking y tambien en el consumidor.

• Ashwini (1/5): SCAM. - SCAM. BEWARE. They ask for 100 euros deposit to be paid through external link and not booking.Com. It was not told to us prior to booking that payment will be through external link. The message was only given after the non refundable booking was made. I refused to share credit card details on external link. Booking. Com also advises on all bookings not to share these details outside the platform. However, the host insisted I pay. As I did not pay, they did not share the check in details and cancelled my stay without refund. I had to make a last minute new booking elsewhere.

Communication about this matter could have been clearer and more timely. Be careful: the apartment itself is fine, but the host did not return the security deposit, and resolving the issue was very difficult. The property is decent, but I never received my €100 deposit back despite following all rules. Apartment is nice, but deposit refund issues make dealing with this host risky.

Właściciel wiedząc iż przelatujemy po 20tej kaxał nam dopłacić 25€ za rzekomą pomoc i zmianę kodu. Pomoc nie byłaby potrzebna gdyby wprost informował że nad drzwiami do klatki jest napis morena a nie nazwa apartamentu . Klucze w skrytce naprzeciw klatki na kiosku.

• Alison (5/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean, with a huge terrace. It was very nice, and exactly as it had been described. It has a lift so was very useful as we had a young child. Great view from the terrace. The property owner was very uncooperative about check-in. They will only send you a message with instructions for collecting the keys at the time of check in. I explained that once I left home in Morocco I would have no wifi and asked if I could have the code before I left home. I was offered an early check in, for a fee. I said we didn't arrive at Malage until an hour before check in time so we wouldn't be misusing it to check in early, but they repeated the offer to check in early for a fee. In the end we had to search for a cafe with wifi once we arrived.

Giriş kapısı evin bozuk, eğer kilitlenmezse kapı açılıyor. Aynı şekilde banyonun anahtarı yok. Mutfak malzemelerinden çoğu bardaklar kırıkmış kenarları ya da tavalar kullanılamayacak kadar yanmış soyulmuş durumda. Salondaki L koltuk ise içki kokuyor üzerine dökülmüş sanırım ama temizlenmediği için ağır bir şekilde alkol kokuyor. Uyurken çok rahatsız edici.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres ( température extrêmement chaude la nuit malgré ventilateur au plafond) hotte très sale ( graisse), drap housse trop petit pour le canapé-lit du salon très inconfortable (extrêmement dur). Porte de salle de bain- wc : bas très abîmé et ne se ferme pas de l'intérieur. Aucune intimité.
• Rita (3/5): Never again - Good location, spacious and clean. I would never book there again. Their contact person is very unhelpful. You have to pay an expensive deposit and they have all of these rules that you have to follow and some are even ridiculous and simply wrong to be imposed. I was so uncomfortable and had to be very meticulous so as not to lose my deposit to the point it ruined my stay.
• Eldar (1/5): Bad - Never had breakfast I prepaid for the room and sent message to the rental place that we arrive in Malaga Airport at 22.30. While we were in the air a message came that we had to pay a deposit. At 21.00 they sent message that since we did not pay deposit this was a no show ans cancelles the booking. All this we could read when we landed at 23.30. They left family with children on the street and kept the money. I will never use this place again and never prepay for any room. This is how the Mafia works with good help of booking.com
• Loraine (9/5): Amazing balcony and apartment, overlooking a stunning beach. - The appartment was very clean on arrival and I found the owner to be very helpful and responed to my emails quickly. We had no problems obtaining check in information and the keys from the secure box. The neighbours in the apartment block were very friendly and helpful. There is a small lift if you struggle with the stairs and to get luggage/shopping up and down. The location was excellent with beautiful views of the sunset and the beach from the balcony. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby the apartment and it's only about 20mins to Malaga by taxi (approx 25 euro). The apartment is also on the bus route to Malaga, which takes about 40-50 mins and cost 1.70 euro. Nearby restaurants serve the best sardines which are cooked by bbq. We ate out every night and every meal was delish! There are chairs and tables for outdoor seating and dinning, but I would have liked more outdoor furniture on the balcony to make proper use of the superb space. I think the balcony has so much potential with the addition of sun loungers and a bbq would be excellent. In the kitchen there was only hobs for cooking with pots and pans and a microwave. There is no oven in the kitchen, but this wasnt a problem for us as we ate out every night and the hob was very good for making breakfast and snacks. Apart form the oven the kitchen had everything you would need.

The kitchen was well equipped and everything you needed. Comfortable beds and pillows. The penthouse also had a large and beautiful balcony overlooking the Beach. We really regret that we only booked this place for just 1 night, we will definitely come back and we recommend this place to anyone visiting Malaga. Nothing at all !

• Charlotte (9/5): Basic but good value for money - We only stayed for 2 nights between flights. The place was clean (even if a bit tired in places) and check in process was straightforward with instructions to collect the key from a key box. We didn't use the designated car parking space in the garage after reading previous reviews but there were ample free parking spaces across the road from the apartment. We loved the location as it was near a supermarket, had parking near by and it's not too far from the airport. It had all we needed for 2 nights but we wouldn't have liked to have stayed much longer as it was quite noisy (close to the road) and the kitchen was only minimally equipped (no oven for example or wine glasses). The little coffee pods were a lovely touch though. A bath is something we look out for as we have children, unfortunately there was no plug for the bath so we could only have showers. This was fine for a short time but for a longer stay this would have bothered us. The outdoor areas are large, it was a shame we had rain whilst we stayed so we didn't get to use them. We also couldn't get the TV working (not really a problem when away, but could have been useful when we were cooked up with the rain). We understood the rules with the deposit system and had no troubles receiving this deposit back around 8 days after we checked out without having to ask for it. All in all, excellent value for money as we paid a very low price for the two nights.

The actual address was not given until sign in online was completed and 100 Euro damage deposit paid. It was difficult to know if we were at the right address as we had only booked that morning. Tried to phone owner it was automated so therefore uncontactable. Stressful! The 100 Euro was only returned on the 12th day when we complained about length of time taken to return damage deposit. So if you can do without 100 Euro in your account for two weeks, happy days! The owner would have known that the apartment was left in good condition on the day of our departure. So unacceptable lengthy time taken to return money.

• Petr (8/5): Perfect one-night stop before the flight - Nice, spacy place. I do not understand why is the rating so low. We loved the terrace and wathich the sunset from there. Just be prepared that between you and the beach is the road and it can be noisy. It was fine for one night but I am not sure I would like to spend the whole week here (I really like quiet)

• Yasser (1/5): Bad - Just the location Don’t take it …… don’t make my mistake ….. this apartment is a disaster …… They took 100 Euro as deposit but they didn’t write that before and just before one day they said either 100 pay or cancellation… the apartment it’s a disaster ….: dirty and the beds are not comfortable….. just the location is ok other than that nothing.
