- Debbie (3/5): Bad - The area was close to the wembley arena The room was very dirty and run down broke furniture stains everywhere burns in the carpet only 1 window opened we were riggt next to the comunial garden everyone could see in out window we had to keep blind closed at all time. There was stains all over carpet including a iron burn there was mould on the wall under the desk the sofa bed was uncofortable to sit on had stains all over it the chair was covered in stains also the drawers has something spilt in them and the freezer was dirty. Behind the bed was manky the shower curtain was mouldy. The comunial garden was full of old beds and the other guests were drinking and smoking cannabis we had to keep out window closed and it was over 30 degrees outside no fan in room telly had 0 channels working i had to use my own netflix. Defo not a place i would reccomend or stay at again when i complained i got offered 15% off another stay at the same place thats not acceptable.

We were suffering in the small room with no air like prisoners. Will never go back there again. Didnt like anything about this acomodation.

- carl (7/5): Good value for money - Location is brilliant if going to event at wembley, good value for money as well Is a bit bruised in placed I stayed 2 year ago and was not like this , was not aware basic toiletries would not be available such as loo roll as was available last time I stayed but there is some shop closed by and they are open 24 HRs

- Konstantinos (7/5): Acceptable stay - The room is spacious and clean. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. The location, unfortunately, doesn't help. Access to supermarket is at least 20mins walk, underground also 20mins walk. The windows are not closing properly and are single glazed, so, in a windy night, it gets cold. A couple of coffee sachets or tea bags could be a nice touch, alongside basic toiletries.
- Claire (1/5): - Nothing. I arrived at the property and it was in the middle of an estate. The front door was hard to open and close. Then when I got into the room it was nothing like it was described. There was mould inside the wardrobe, the curtains were hanging off and it didn’t feel safe at all. I was there with my daughter so I contacted the property to ask to cancel because of this but I have had no response at all from them. I had to book another hotel which has left me out of pocket. I will be raising a complaint for a refund as this was totally unacceptable.

- Libby (6/5): Basic but close to Wembley stadium - Very close to Wembley arena Not the cleanest. Old products left behind in the shower / food in cupboard. Broken fan & marks on carpet (big iron burn) and the bathroom was all cracked with mould. I paid £20 to reserve a space to park beforehand which I was told was available. But an hour before arrival (only because I rang FIRST) I was told I couldn’t have the space anymore as there was no permit! The host did find us another space nearby but it was more than double the cost and really not secure. Because of this mess up we was 2 hours late to the event :( Best thing is it’s only 15 mins walk to Wembley stadium but I wouldn’t stay again.

- Shannon (8/5): Great but staff could be better - The room was very clean, easy to access and comfortable and a good size for me and my friend. The room has a sink and a fridge so good for snacks and drinks. We came at around 11 to drop off our bags (I had messaged previously and was told this was ok). When we got there we saw 2 cleaners outside so we asked them if we could drop off our bags, and they told us they didn’t speak any english and said come in and wait at the front. We then waited for about 15 minutes whilst they just chatted to each other, and we asked multiple times where to leave our stuff and we were just told ‘wait a bit.’ We ended up having to call the number on here and we had no response the first 2 calls. Also, the walls are extremely thin. We could hear everything the people upstairs were saying and they woke us up in the morning.

Die Reinigungsdame war ein Schatz und ließ uns ins Haus und half uns sehr… total nett! Wir waren zu dritt. Ich schlief auf der maximal zum Sitzen geeigneten Schlafcouch. Am Tag vor der Anreise schrieb ich die Unterkunft an und man antwortete nicht.

No fresh or new toilet rolls provided only 2 used one which hasn’t got much left on it . Bit Poor communication . Didn’t get it touch until the day we’re supposed to arrive.

- Moses (1/5): Absolutely awful if you encounter a problem as they won’t help resolve it. - Nothing - I paid £212 for a studio apartment, I checked in and saw I wasn’t in a studio apartment but I was in just a bedroom with a tiny bathroom. The tv didn’t work and the showers controls were incorrect so to switch it on you have to select ‘cold’. I then contacted the property to be ignored! Multiple screenshots where I’ve communicated the tv doesn’t work and then communicated my huge disappointment and frustration that I’m in a bedroom and not a studio apartment! The apartment also being more expensive. I got NO response, no resolution, no apologies, no refund. I’ve instead been ignored and short of £212. Absolutely no care. I wasn’t contacting for dead batteries, I was contacting because I was in a room I didn’t pay for! I paid MORE for a studio.

- Emily (6/5): Good for a quick stay for a gig at Wembley. - This is a great location! The accommodation was clean. Parking permit was good to add to the booking. The bed and linen need replacing ideally and the curtains need re-hanging. A bedside lamp would be a nice addition.

Let us check in early even though we hadn’t asked or arranged this as we arrived early to check out the area but our room was ready early so they were able to let us in early. Nice modern finish throughout. Good big tv and kitchen appliances. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Whenever either myself or my partner rolled over or got up it woke up the other. The bathroom sink was a little small for the size of the tap making for an awkward teeth brushing session. Curtains were a little broken which allowed in light in the morning. Shelf was falling off the wall so wasn’t function-able. Not suitable mugs/ cups for hot beverages.

- David (8/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient for Wembley Stadium. - Great location for Wembley Stadium, just 20 mins walk. The room was clean and had what we needed. Communications from the owner were quick and helpful. It was a little tricky to gain entry as the key pad wasn't very obvious. But the owner helped us over the phone and everything was fine. A couple of good additions to the room would be bed side lamps and a less creaky bed! But over all these are small issues as the property was fine.

Easy to get in touch with and friendly. So convenient for Wembley Stadium and competitively priced for an event day. We would definitely stay here again! The apartment could do with a blind for the sky light, as it was so bright from early in the morning- we could have slept in longer but the light woke us. The sofa bed also needs updating as it was very uncomfortable.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and they provided clear instructions for arrival and departure. The area felt safe and had plenty of shops, restaurants, and transport links nearby. - Rebecca (1/5): - Nothing Everything. Hi, We checked out this morning and I can't say I've been impressed with our stay at all. Very disappointing! Firstly, upon arriving, the entry code we had been given for the front door was incorrect! Meaning we were stood in the rain, with no way of getting in. I called the number on here and fortunately someone answered and said they'd look in to it and call me back. They didn't call back, but did send a message saying the code was wrong and with the correct one. Finally, we were in! Nice hallway. We then struggled to get in our room door. I made a further call as assumed the code was also incorrect, but it turns out it was my mistake and I was turning the knob the wrong way. We then walked in to the room.... we were hit with the stench of weed! I appreciate this isn't the owners fault, however, still not nice to be presented with upon entry!!! It was throwing it down outside and the bathroom window was leaking! Making all the side wet. Later on we were getting in to bed, pulled back the (very thin) duvet to discover a stained bedsheet!!! One can only imagine what those stains were! 🤢 So we decided we would not sleep under the duvet, we would cover the bedsheet back with the duvet and just sleep on top of the duvet. With our 1 thin pillow. This resulted in a very cold sleep! Waking many times due to being cold, but could not bring ourselves the sleep on the stained bedsheet and I daren't remove it, as goodness knows what state the mattress is in. If I'd seen that... I wouldn't have slept at all. The morning.... it was time for a shower! Well, that was an experience. Firstly the knobs are on incorrectly and do not activate the mode it's pointing at. Secondly Cold, Econ and High all perform the same... terribly! There was no difference in power between High and Econ. The very low power of the shower would have made for a tricky shower alone....

Literally 5 minute walk and then into the calm of a quiet suburban cul-de-sac. Great place. There are some good retaurants nearby too. The greek place is lovely. I have no complaints.

- Paul (7/5): The location as we hoped is great & of course a key component but we think a little more TLC with the studio ( espec - Of course the primary point is location within walking distance to Wembley stadium We could see the Mohammad had painted & tidied up the house & probably had converted all the rooms into studios - we understood this and the size of the room was fine . The shower was good we did have a settee to sit on However the accommodation is not cheap so I think it’s fair to mention that the bedding could be updated , the bed had seen better days and wasn’t very comfortable & the pillows should be replaced We couldn’t understand why the skylight had no blinds & it was very mucky It wouldn’t cost a lot to sort these issues & it would benefit Mohammad in the long run We wish Mohammad well with this venture he seems a nice chap and was helpful when we spoke

Shelf hanging off the wall. Moved bed to find rotten food on the floor. We had one pillow each and both of them had no filling in them. Paint chipped off wall. Black marks all over wall. In the en suite the tap was too big for the tiny basin so couldn’t wash or clean teeth properly. Temperature of shower ok at teatime however in the morning couldn’t regulate for a warm shower. Shower leaked badly. Had to put a towel on the floor to mop up water. No room between the toilet and basin. Carpet filthy !!!!!! No blind in the kitchen area so in the morning it was very bright. Duvet cover had missing buttons so quilt kept coming out. Mattress awful, very uncomfortable.

Amenities have room for improvement for sure. - It was clean and relatively modern looking; it done well as just a place to just touch base with belongings and put your head down for the night before travelling. Of course the area is also super convenient being so near to Wembley. The bed is was creaky and flimsy, even the slightest movements made a squeak, it didn’t make for a good nights sleep at all. Only one pillow was provided so my boyfriend’s shoulders were in bits after the two nights. The shower only turns on and off outside the bathroom on a switch above the door frame for whatever reason, if I wasn’t with my 6ft boyfriend I would have struggled with that. There were also no instructions or signage to say that was the case we had to figure that out ourselves, other people would be forgiven for assuming the shower might be broken. The shower door also doesn’t actually close properly. The tap in the bathroom is far to big for the sink so every time you wash your hands or face water sprays everywhere, it also gets far too hot too fast which makes the use of warm water to wash your hands kind of pointless because you can barely manage 10 seconds. It wasn’t clear that the kitchen was a shared space, which is fine it should just be clearer (I was confused as to why it said kitchen but also kitchenette) It was also unclear about the outside area being shared too. There was also an old mattress and headboard in the outside area, not the most tidy looking. There were no tea towels or oven gloves provided- plenty of other kitchen utensils provided with use of the oven and microwave but no tea towels or oven gloves. We had to use our hand towel from our room- as we’d already put food in the oven before realising- which is a bit unsanitary. Also there was no hairdryer provided. That would be a handy touch.

Room was extremely dirty with lots of used tissues everywhere, bed was broken, sofa bed very dirty so not able to be slept on, staining on walls, sofa and curtains genuinely felt like a health hazard to stay in due to the mess.

- Dylan (7/5): Perfect for a bed for night after a show/gig or football at Wembley Stadium - The property is a brilliant location around Wembley with only a 15 minute walk away from the stadium The room was small but was only used as a bed for the night. The bed its self was ok but the sheets were very old and tattered which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.
- simon (8/5): Our Wembley stay - Great location for a visit to Wembley stadium, about a 10 minute walk. Plenty of takeaway places to eat. Key coded to get into the property. It was clean. Nice hot shower clean rooms. Could use the kitchen downstairs if required The parking was at the property, room for 1 small car. Was a struggle getting in the space due to outer cars parked on the road, made it difficult to drive on the driveway. No room for on street parking. The only other problem we had was the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel all the wooden beams has you laid down.could do with replacing. The rest of the room was OK.

- silvana djarkova (5/5): - The location is good and the property has an easy access. No communication with the host, except the automatic messages. We were four guests and the second bed was not prepared at all. The water heater was not working properly. There is no air conditioning in the property, which makes the apartment use not very pleasant during the summer.
- JAEL (6/5): Just for one night it’s fine - Great location! Very close to the stadium. If you stay one night it’s fine. It’s summer time and the fan was super cheap that it didn’t blow any air, we had have to open the windows but then we get all the sunlight. Very cheap and bad pillows

- Mark (8/5): Great location for Wembley Stadium - Chosen for perfect location for going to Wembley Stadium concert with a short walk back. Modern decor and a thoughtful fan provided in the room. Compact kitchenette although not used. Comfortable double bed. Clean. It is a room in a converted house so noise privacy is not the level of a hotel. Was unsure how to enter front door from instructions, although thankfully through the doorbell we were told how to use the lock. Bathroom and sink are small, though very modern.

- Douglas (8/5): Excellent location, communication and a smart tidy flat - Excellent location - about 10-15 minutes walk from Wembley stadium. Great communication from the host. Tidy, comfortable space. The shower didn’t work after a few minutes - a fuse seemed to go.

- Rebecca (9/5): - Location was perfect for Wembley - just a short walk away. Door code was really easy to use and made check in and out simple. Room was clean and tidy, having fans was useful as room was in the loft Loft room has a velux style window, which didn't have a blind on it. We had to get up early anyway, but if you wanted to lie in this would be difficult with the natural light the window lets in, especially this time of the year.
- Jane (4/5): Overpriced and disappointing. - Very convenient for Wembley stadium. Secure entry system. Hot shower/good water pressure. Very difficult to get hold of host - he didn't reply to multiple messages for a couple of hours so unable to leave the property location as we didn't know where to park (we had paid extra for guaranteed parking to find out the extra was charged to use the property's driveway!) No TV remote (at least not one we could find after a lot of searching) and we were unable to use the TV Shower controls are upside down - works fine but took a while to realise this and get the shower working. 'sofa bed' is very old and uncomfortable even as a chair. Very rickety bed frame and although I think the bed linen had been laundered (at least I hope it had been) there were multiple stains on the bottom sheet. Very off putting so we slept on top of the duvet - by the time we discovered the stains it was too late in the evening to contact the host and await a reply. Very overpriced considering - certainly very convenient for the stadium but I would not stay again.
- Clare (8/5): Great location, clean, comfortable, will definitely use again…thank you. - We stayed in apartment 5, which was clean & had everything we needed. The location to Wembley Stadium was great. The apartment was great for 1 night but with 4 adults it was a little small.

Really nice room and perfect location to Wembley stadium to see Oasis Only issue was the lack of communication when asking about parking. Ended up sorting parking from somewhere else round the corner. We paid a premium due to the concert but it was a nice place.

- Ella (6/5): Brilliant location and brilliant stay with a few minor issues. - Location was excellent for Wembley stadium. Check in was easy and fast and house felt secure. Apartment was clean and modern. We asked prior to our stay if an iron was available and we did not get a reply. The advertisement also mentions television however we were left no remote control, I did message the property about this again with no reply (it was late however I expected a message in the morning). The shower is also cold and runs hot for seconds before returning to cold. The shower is ok for a quick wash however not for a full shower, which was disappointing.

Smještaj je bio prljav i ne pripremljen za goste, spremacica nije htjela očistit smještaj te je napustila objekat. Zvali smo vlasnika smještaja također on se ispričao, ali smo morali uzeti drugi smještaj jer je ovaj bio neprihvatljiv. Tražimo refundaciju troškova i čekamo novosti od Booking.com-a Smještaj nije očišćen, niti najmanje Slike su poslane već korisničkoj podršci. Povrat novaca je zatražen jer nismo ni bili u smještaju. Iako smo vlasniku ponudili da očisti da ćemo čekati oni to nisu napravili. Vrlo neugodno iskustvo. Smještaj je uredno plaćen i postojala je mogućnost da nemamo da nemamo gdje prenocit.

- Laura (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - Location, comfortable room, had a little issue host sorted it straight away. The sky light didn’t have a blind so was super bright early hrs, so disturbed all our sleep, definitely need to put a blind up.
