• Bronwyn (8/5): Overall, enjoyable stay - Lots of room for a family! 3pm check in is really late. Automated message when trying to organise earlier check in. Carpark was always full when returning later in the night. Would be handy to have allocated parking! Cooking was not easy when their were no oven safe dishes, and a few basic items like a colander were needed.

• katie (8/5): A perfect unit for our one night stay prior to our flight home next day - Location and layout & size of unit No lift just stairs to carry up & down the 23kg suitcases. There was plenty of street parking, but would have been nice to have a car oarking spot / unit available onsite. We got one at check in around 2pm but when we went out for dinner, on return from dinner there were no spots left onsite behind security gate.
• Alex (9/5): Perfect for our needs. Would be happy to stay again. - The apartment was spacious and well laid out, perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 teens). There was even room for a portacot in the bunk room if required. The hosts had thought of everything - cleaning supplies, washing supplies, lots of inclusions like snacks, drinks, water etc included. The location was convenient. It is about a 25min easy walk to the marina, and a short drive distance. We only stayed 2 nights, but the unit would have been suitable for a longer stay as well. We didn’t get time to use the pool so I can’t comment on that. The hosts, Ian and Sarah were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries we had. They had a key code system which meant we could check in and out at any time and weren’t constrained by office hours. Late checkouts for an additional cost was available but we didn’t require this.

• Jennie (7/5): Good 3 bedroom apartment - Good facilities and good amount of space and layout of the apartment. The pool was great for the kids. A lot of little extras from the hosts. There was a lot of noise from other apartments and the apartment was a bit tired eg broken blinds and ripped screens.
• imasha (2/5): It was okay - Property was clean, tidy. Hi team, we’ve paid $977 for this property as it had the pool facility included. But the pool area was not attended by any staff and was closed all time, specially at night there for no lights in the area or no pool lights were on. I’ve contacted the property manager many times and they have tried to send an onsite manager to get the pool area open. Unfortunately they were not able to do that and the property manager Ian, promised an one-night refund, but since we checked out, there has been no communication from them and no responses to my booking.com messages or direct messages. For the price we paid, we did not get to enjoy the property or our time at this stay due to unavailability of the pool facility. I believe it’s their responsibility to remove the pool facility if the pool is out of order due to maintenance. But unfortunately, there were no signs to inform that too prior to the booking or at the property.

• Aleks (8/5): - We had a lovely stay, loved the decor and the 2 bathrooms. All the ameneties were great and we weren't too far from the city centre. thank you the school accross the road was a bit loud in the mornigns with all the maintainance crew but apart from that it was great
• William (6/5): Overall we thought the Apartment was very overpriced for its location, coffee pods for the machine. - The Apartment was clean and well presented The location was too far from the CBD and a long walk to the Esplanade and main attractions of Cairns for the nightly rates of this Apartment, The Apartment was in need of some maintenance especially to balcony fence which was rusty and weathered.
• Damien (6/5): A less than ideal experience but owners went out of their way to be helpful - Convenient. Owners were helpful when needed. Very difficult to find (no signage and limited Google maps / Apple Maps profile or presence) particularly after a long day of travel. Communication methods resulted in multiple calls to owner when trying to check in. Emails that were supposed to be sent weren’t sent until requested. Property is in need of some maintenance
• Toni (9/5): Comfortable and tidy place to stay with all amenities. - Spacious and tidy. Included laundry powder, dishwasher detergent, teabags, soap etc. The self entry with code was convenient. Good communication from the owners. Walls can be a bit thin .. can hear heavy footsteps above, voices next door etc.

Apartment overlooking the pool with private balcony. Very spacious and clean. Parking was a challenge at times but nothing that spoiled our experience.

• Nicole (4/5): Disappointed that the pool was closed and green. - Inside apartment was clean and contained everything one could need. Clean bedding and towels. Beds were comfortable. Aircon in every room. The furniture and decor was very budget, but fine. Issues with the pool filtration system and maintenance. Upon checking in we noticed the pool was green and cloudy. We alerted manager and a pool cleaning man attended that day. He put a lot of chemicals in the pool and said it was unsafe to swim for a couple of days and ‘might’ be ok after that. He put up a ‘Pool closed’ sign. On our third day the pool was still closed and water quality hadn’t improved much. Our stay was in January, 30+ degrees and all our three kids wanted to do for their holiday was swim. Our holiday was severely impacted. We asked for compensation and owner/manager refused. He took down the sign in the afternoon and said pool was fine, despite it still being green. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay in Cairns.

• Sofie (9/5): Fantastic accommodation for families - Fantastic property for families. Excellent condition and scrupulously clean, with all the comforts of home. 2 bathrooms - a definite plus as is airconditioning in all bedrooms. Nice balcony and a swimming pool in the complex were a lovely added extras. All equipment for small children and babies provided (portacot, high chair and stroller on request). Hosts are abcolutely wonderful! Super fast responses and bent over backwards to help us with every question and request. Overall a great holiday experience. Will definintely stay again! Just a couple of things that could improve the property: kitchen appliances were a little difficult to use and lighing in the lounge room could be a little brighter. Not a criticism, just advice for families: there are stairs, so keep this in mind if have strollers, large luggage, etc.

The little extras left for us on arrival were much appreciated. It was situated across the road from an excellent Indonesian restaurant and many other cafes/restaurant nearby. I would also highly recommend this apartment for its close proximity to Cairns CBD and many other attractions. Thank you very much to the hosts.

• Ngapera (3/5): Dangerous location. Was left stranded in another town - Beautiful apartments My car was stolen out of the car park that has a coded gate. They climbed the balcony and somehow got into our apartment and stole our bag, jewellery, money and car.
