Katrin (7/5): - Eine schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit viel Platz. Alles sauber und unproblematischer Kontakt mit Vermieter. Wirklich toll, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Platz im Haus haben möchte. Guter Startpunkt für tolle Wanderungen. Wir sind sehr "Ferienwohnung-erprobt". Weniger "gastlich" haben wir es trotz der schönen Wohnung tatsächlich noch nicht erlebt. Es ist wirklich NICHTS vorhanden, was den Alltag leichter macht in einer Ferienwohnung. Angefangen von dem Duschvorleger im Bad, über eine zweite Toilettenpapierrolle, Küchenrolle, Filtertüten, mehr als ein Spülmaschinentab, etc.. Ferner wäre es schön, wenn der Kühlschrank an wäre, wenn man kommt und man nicht noch Stunden warten muss, bis dieser kühlt. Die fehlenden Verdunkelungsrollos in den Schlafräumen sind im Sommer auch unangenehm. Alles in allem hat uns hier das Gefühl gefehlt, dass man es dem Gast schön machen möchte. Haben wir tatsächlich selten so erlebt.
Claudia (9/5): Schönes ruhiges Urlaubsquartier im Grünen - Schöne gemütliche Wohnung in einer Doppelhaus - Hälfte mit Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen). Sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter, hilfsbereit, unkomplizierter, schneller Kontakt. Auch unser Hund war willkommen 😊 Viele schöne Spazier-/Wanderwege in der direkten Umgebung., aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um andere Highlights im Harz zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder (Ideal für Hundebesitzer wäre es, wenn der Garten eingezäunt wäre, aber wir haben uns gut mit einer Schleppleine geholfen). Dünne Anbindung an ÖPNV in der Ferienzeit, so dass wir das (mit der Kurtaxe) kostenlose Busfahren wenig nutzen konnten. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir gerne selber kochen. aber es ist vergleichsweise wenig Gastronomie in der näheren Umgebung.
