Ignas (4/5): - Nice view through the balcony, easy to use public transport, decent shopping mall in 15 min walk. There was one umbrella for public use :) Beds in good condition comparing to the room it self. Poor communication from the host side, no toilet paper and no answer where to find it. You will receive Wi-fi password only after asking. No information about general rules nor FAQ. Most rooms need renovation. Towel dryer is not working. Only small amount of liquid soap for 3 persons for the 4 nights... Please consider bringing with you all bath commodities. If you will consider cooking something, buy salt and pepper also. Invoice was sent only after 10 days and intervention of booking.com administration.
Carl (5/5): Zum Schlafen reichts, aber eigenes Geschirr mitbringen oder außer Haus essen! - Check-in war in Ordnung per Schlüsselsafe. Die Möbel waren in passablem Zustand Die Küche war wirklich dreckig! Unter aller Sau, mit ungespülten Kaffeetassen im Schrank, dessen Abtropf-Vlies dringend gereinigt (besser verbrannt) gehört. Der Ofen sah aus, als wäre er seit über einem Jahr nicht geputzt worden. Putzmittel oder Spülmaschinen-Tabs, selbst Lappen zum Abspülen mussten wir selbst besorgen. In der Beschreibung steht "Equipment für Kaffee und Tee", nichts davon war vor Ort! Parken vor Ort ist ein absoluter Krampf, aber das liegt eher an der Lage.
Sören (1/5): Asozial - Nichts Die Wohnung war unsauber um nicht dreckig zu schreiben. Das Porzellan in der Küche war klebrig und auf dem Schrank im Badezimmer liegt benutzten Papier mit einer Staubschicht überdeckt. Da ich beruflich in dieser Unterkunft war, benötige ich eine Rechnung, welche ich bis Dato nicht bekommen habe. Auch die Anfrage von Booking.com an den Vermieter war erfolglos. Das Booking.com einen solchen Vermieter überhaupt noch anbietet???
