• Colin Gobbins (9/5): Fantastic stay - Great location! Quiet area but located just a short walk / tram ride into the city. Plenty of space in the apartment. Towels were fousty, no extra pillows for the bed, a bit dusty around the bed
• B (9/5): Well perfect to stay for the weekend. - The location was perfect and convenient for everything, calm and super spacious Maybe little light instead of the big central ones. The bed is not sooo comfortable.

• Nataliia (10/5): - Розташування просто супер! Трамвайна розв'язка поруч. Піша доступність до туристичних пам'яток. Тихий район. Перший етаж. Легке заселення. Зручний матрас. Кухня обладнана усім необхідним. Ціна доступна. Контакт з адміністрацією швидкий. Рекомендую. Ми дуже гарно відпочили. Телевізора нема та нам цого і небуло б часу дивитись.

• Dominik (10/5): - The position is super, very close to all of the sights. You can go by foot to almost everything. It was very warm, clean, and you have everything you need. The pillows are on the small side and very soft, could be a little bigger and more comfortable, but all in all very good.

• Slava Yakobson (8/5): דירה גדולה ונקיה . מיקום טוב - הדירה גדולה ונקיה . המיקום טוב . יש מכונת כביסה יש תנור ומדיח כלים . הקשר עם בעל הדירה היה טוב . ביקשנו קיבלנו. בדירה היו חסרים כמה דברים שהיו הופכים אותה לעוד יותר טובה. אין טלויזיה בדירה , אין מצנם במטבח מכונת קפה פילטר היתה מלוכלכת כנראה בשוכרים קודמים . במקום זה לשים מכונת קפה פשוטה עם קפסולות כמו נספרסו קל ונוח . הכריות לא נוחות גם המזרן לא . דירה טובה אך לא מפנקת.

El sofá cama es muy duro, No HAY ALMOHADAS,unos cojines finísimos,las sabanas edredones y toallas muy muy usadas y los edredones estaban sucios.una mancha oscura en uno de ellos me hizo sentir muy incomoda,la cafetera no hay quien la entienda,no hay tostador ni televisor,por todos esos motivos la estancia no fue cómoda.

• Fra Me (8/5): Gerne wieder - Die Wohnung ist unschlagbar gut gelegen! 10 Minuten von der Karlsbrücke entfernt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung nur für 2 statt 4 Gäste vorbereitet. Das hat er innerhalb kürzester Zeit nachgeholt. Wir hatten Glück und haben die Wohnung kurzfristig zu einem guten Preis mieten können (4 Personen, 2 Nächte, unter der Woche für 170 Euro) Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass es feucht war in der Wohnung. Die für uns hinterlegten Handtücher waren klamm und gefühlt auch unsere eigenen Sachen als wir sie am nächsten Morgen angezogen haben. Auch ist es relativ dunkel. Für einen Städtetrip, wo man nur die Nächte in der Wohnung verbringt ist diese ideal. Aber nicht, wenn man mehr Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt. Es ist nicht unbedingt wirklich gemütlich.

• Sira (10/5): Maravisolla estancia en Praga al lado del Río - Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero un lugar muy tranquilo. El apartamento era muy bonito y muy acogedor. Solo había una sartén y dos ollas, la sartén era demasiado grande para el tamaño de los fuegos y era imposible cocinar dos cosas a la vez. Se echa en falta una cafetera de cápsulas pero hay una cafetera francesa, no sabía cómo funcionaba pero aprendí y muy bien, así que no es nada importante. La verdad que malo poco que decir, me encantó el apartamento y me sentí como en casa.

• Sofia Dayhana (10/5): Everything was perfect - The apartment was very complete, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, very quiet and near to the most famous pleases. Only thing to improve, outside the apartment it is very dark and the outside lights did not work.

• Filipa Norte (10/5): Viagem a Praga gótica - O apartamento tem muita luz natural. É como uma pequena vivenda no meio da cidade. Tem micro-ondas,forno e placa,máquina de lavar loiça e de lavar roupa e ferro de engomar. A localização, em Mala Stana. Com o verdejante monte Petrí mesmo ao lado..em poucos minutos estavamos na ponte Carlos. O eléctrico a passar na rua ao lado,com paragem em Újezd que nos conectava para todo o lado. Para relaxar no exterior,tinhamos uma mesa e cadeiras..um pequeno oasis na cidade..sem escadas,resguardado. Existe o lidl na paragem Andel entre outros supermercados. Restaurantes nas proximidade

• Oxjay31 (9/5): hidden gem - perfect location, nice and quiet, i came very late and as i stay quite a while i usually see about three turn overs off tourists, some are noisy, but thats the same anywhere. ppl just dont think about others. but the bird song and barely noise of the bin collections it was a blessing. had a lovelly table and chairs outside my appartment, so i could watch the swifts etc. i pointed out a mini problem but it will be sorted. had a washing machine, but no iron or board. but the owner said he will sort it now.. apart from that. an problem at all with the place. a gem
• Katja (10/5): Cozy retreat in the middle of Prague - The location is great: calm yet very close to the centre. The facility is excellent: very clean, really spacious and comfortable. The host is very helpful. This is the perfect spot to retreat and have rest while visiting Prague. Everything was perfect.

• Lili (10/5): The best you can get - Perfect location, as close as you can get to the city center and the Charles bridge, with minimal tourist crowds. A very quiet courtyard in a minimal traffic street, it was safe and relaxing. The apartment was very cosy, modern and clean, and had all the needed utilities. Comfy beds as well as spacious kitchen and bathroom. Communication, check-in and out was very easy and convenient. Minimarkets and main public transport lines are a few minutes by foot. No negatives, had a wonderful time here with my friend group.

• Viktoria (9/5): Value for money - Appartment is nicely and practically furnished with new furniture, light, easy access, very clean. All is good. Maybe access to one side of the bed is not super practical, maybe one armchair in bedroom would be fine, but not necessary. Room has no view. But again, its not a big deal, if you do not expect it.

• Anonymous (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay in Cozy apartment and thanks to its location we could walk to the most touristic places. Cafè - The apartment was very comfortable, in a very quiet courtyard. It would be good to find a cloth for cleaning the table and 2-3 kitchen towels. Also I would take off the curtains and put blinds not to be seen from outside. These are details that can easily be fixed. In general I do recommend this apartment to everyone!

• Pawel (7/5): Location over comfort - The location is superb. Easy and quick connections to other points of interest, airport, and main railway station. The apartment was very clean. Overall, it was good value for money. Recommended if not looking for first-class accommodation. It is a well sized studio with a separate kitchen. Only one towel per person, where normally you get two at any accommodation. My suggestion would be to get bigger pillows to your guests as these were very small.
